You did notice his population, right? It's about thirty four percent larger than the population of modern-day France (which has only around sixty six million people). I mean, sure, he apparently has the Benelux and Switzerland under his control, but IRL France only had about thirty seven million people at the time according to the sources I've looked at, and I highly doubt Algeria, the Benelux, Switzerland, and Guyana would have a total of sixty three million people to bring up his population total. I mean, granted, the population I made is a couple million higher than what the actual US population was at the time, but a hundred million people living in France in 1870 (more than the number of people who live there today) is ludicrous.

Alright, reserving all that area. What is the POD in this? I want to know if it makes sense for this to be an actual powerful nation, and not the collection of largely impoverished, weak, and unstable states it is today.

I mean, he has Belgium, the Netherlands, Catalonia, even Switzerland, which is essentially impossible to take over, because a single line of soldiers in a mountain pass could hold off a small army. It also seems strange that most of these countries were never at war with France, so how did he get their land, and why does he claim to be neutral if he's seemingly conquered much of western Europe?

If I were to wager a guess, perhaps it's because in his timeline Italy never annexed the Papal States, and the Pope is still an independent ruler; that would make sense.

No, you can't have thousands upon thousands of airships. But... it says 10,000 Airships, while the Navy says 50,000 and Army also 50,000, which implies that the army and navy are personnel and the airships is ships.

I just went with the rule of thumb of "one-half of my RL 1937 military" in figuring out how much stuff I should have.

Since RL 1937 air force had 900 (fixed-winged) aircraft, I went ahead and gave myself 400 aircraft (airships).
