SONNEL ADVENTURE: "Sonnel: Legacy"

Postby Xhayparia » Tue Jun 16, 2015 9:49 am

Hello! This is the official topic thread for the new Roleplay!

Please understand there are rules!

"But Xhayparia! I don't know what you're talking about! new Roleplay? Where's the other one?"
Well after you crawl out of the rock you've been under for the past 3 years , buy a computer and order some internet to be installed and go to this link:
http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=267859&start=725

RULES:
1.) You must be one of the following nations to participate:
Drawkland
Mushcap
Xhayparia*
Katrasen

2.) NO POWERPLAY
I can't stretch this more. Absolutely no invincibility and no invulnerability either. It's just no fun for the others.

Other than this, feel free to do whatever you want, as long as the plot moves along and doesn't end too early.

*Subject to change

Now here's some need to know information before we begin:

LOCATIONS:
DRAWKLAND: The capital state of Sonnel, home of Iarocav of the Original 5 and his son, Lerocav. Culturally and environmentally diverse.

MUSHCAP: A fungus-themed dimension with a colony known as "The Shrooman Isles" on Sonnel. This is the home of the Shrooman, Paceman of the Original 5, as well as his apprentice in the Legacy Initiative, Sainman, hailing from here.

XHAYPARIA:A frozen tundra on the outside, tropical jungle on the inside. Home of the Xhays, a race of repilian-mammal hybrid bipeds. Lunaserpo "Luna" Bevroren of the Original 5 hails from here, as well as his son Ubiytsa "Shade" Bevroren.

KATRASEN: A war filled planet dominated by the Elders, and the site of the Battle for Sonnel. Too much detail for someone as lazy as I

INTRODUCING NEW CHARACTERS: Caution! To avoid true spoilers, please wait for to read about them in the actual forum!
LEROCAV - Iarocav's son, and eventually the leader of the Legacy Initiative. Uses a axe like his father, and as for anything else special;
Drawkland:
"He's like Iarocav but less cool lel"

SAINMAN - Paceman's apprentice, eventually respected enough to become second in command of the Legacy Initiative. Uses an energy blastic shield as his weapon.

SHADE - The son of Luna, real name is Cherny Bevroren, but he goes by Shade. Has limited powers of his father, but yet has more advanced abilities of his uncle, Toendra, earning him the nickname Frozen Shade. Inherited the throne from his father, and uses a techno-gauntlet able to create chains made of hard light, attached to an ancient Xhay artifact, a kunai with cryokinetic abilities in itself.

ECHO - not much is known about her, but she is the successor to Mistyfang of the Original 5 hailing from Katrasen

Now, if you're ready, read the prologue, as told by Shade:

A long time ago, a project was started, known as the Sonnelian Embassy. Countries and planets from around the Galaxy could join, to promote peace, tranquility, and good-times.
And for a long time, it worked. Of course there were many who wished its destruction. Dark Ones, Brytils, that lot.
But that never stopped the Original 5.
The Original 5 were the most powerful beings in our galaxy
Iarocav
Mistyfang
Paceman
Classan Lustic
and Lunaserpo Bevroren-

My father.

It was 30 of your years ago.
The day all hope had been lost for most.
The Elders of Katrasen, they killed them. The Original 5. No one would ever think that day would come.
The Axeman
The Archer
The Swordsman
The Martial Artist
The Assassin
They're all dead. And My father, Luna, the Assassin, left me a holo-messenger only to activate in case of his death.
My name is Cherny Bevroren. You can call me Shade. It's time.
I opened the holo-messenger:

"Hello, son. If you're hearing this, I'm dead, and so are my friends. I believe it's time I finally tell you what the purpose of all those years I spent training you were about. Encoded in this messenger is a set of co-ordinates for you to go to. There, will be the answers you so desire to seek. And your kunai? That i have a solution for as well."
The moment he said that, a compartment opened in the throne room. in it was a set of gauntlets, and a new kunai
"This is the Bevronek, an ancient Xhay artifact capable of the same powers you inherited from your uncle. The gauntlets are to create hard-light chains to connect to the kunai. Use them wisely, Shade."

"I will, father" I noted.

"And Shade, I know about the Frozen Shade. Kinda obvious. Grab the kunai and go."

I grabbed the Bevronek and headed for the co-ordinates. What awaits me is yet to be known.

And I'm ready for the adventure.

A husk of armor lay on the battlefield along with a familiar sky-blue sword. The Shrooman had fallen, The Elders had slain him.

Sainman, the apprentice of the Shrooman Swordsman, Paceman, sits inside Paceman's home, polishing his shield. Sainman was not aware of the battle that had happened, but had a feeling that something was wrong.

Drawkian Lore wrote:Iarocav married his wife Meliauden when he was 720 years old. She was merely 27 at the time, but through the power of the Fount of Van-Torm Unaz, they managed to live many many more years of happy marriage. Eventually the couple decided to have child, and his name was Lerocav. They found out soon enough that the firstborn child of two Triconads has the muted abilities of the parents, and so Lerocav was gifted (or cursed) the longevity of life near-eternal.
He was born on Ponten 44th, 2836. He was constantly taught by Meliauden and Iarocav for a few centuries, and Iarocav put him in a position of power in the Drawkian government, lest Iarocav be killed and Lerocav needed to take his place (it is a sort of Constitutional Monarchy after all). But nobody really expected that. Lerocav became a general in the Drawkian Empire Military, and led alongside his father in the Second Planetwide War. He, like his father, went on lonely journeys throughout the universe and others, and picked up many magic skills. To this day he oversees the Drawkian Senate, and completes his father's duties during his occasional LoA's. He never seemed to be much into girls, and despite being several centuries old, he never found a woman to marry.

*-----Sonnel-----*

Lerocav sat in his small penthouse. He was reading a small critique on on Drawkian Steamcycle Art, which was his specialty considering he grew up in the tail end of it. That's the problem with history books, he thought to himself, They never know what they're really talking about.
He knew Iarocav was off fighting in Katrasen, something about the hyper-powerful Elders coming back to destroy the universe, for some reason or other. But he never expected him to die, after all, the odds of it were slim and he'd been in battles much like this in the past. Plus, Meliauden was accompanying him, and the pair of them coming together was a powerful force that even the Elders would need to heed.

Or so he thought.

*-----Katrasen-----*

Iarocav was lain on the ground, and Meliauden was crouched over him. A sharp chunk of Triconite Obsidian was embedded deep in his stomach. Meliauden had a small chunk ripping into her left calf, and both of their ears were being ravaged by a strange ringing noise that only they could hear.
"The bells, M-meli ..." Iarocav sputtered out as he held onto his wife's hand with a death grip.
"They're ringing to us ..." she replied as tears fell from her face onto Iarocav's.
All around them was destruction, but the Elders had ultimately won and were off to commit many heinous deeds. Nobody knew how one of them had obtained Obsidian, much less the extremely rare Triconite type, but it was too late to try and avoid it.
Iarocav sat up, and, a little bit at a time, started to pull the obsidian out of his gut, accidentally bringing some intestinal tract with it. Meliauden helped him keep himself slightly clean and cut out the flesh keeping her chunk in place with her pike blade. Once they both finished, they took off outer layers of clothing to try and stop their bleeding.
"V-v-vAn Torm really knew how to keep someone in a lot of living pain," Iarocav mumbled to Meliauden as they scanned the plain of battle.
"The bells are quieter," she whispered back. They scanned the scene. Paceman was gone completely and all that remained was his armor and sword, as if a turtle abandoned its shell, leaving it empty. Mistyfang was scattered everywhere, and it was evident her revival stone was no longer in existence. They couldn't locate Luna but they could tell he was gone too.
"Nobody is l-left to stop them now ...." Meliauden mused as a cut on her hand started bleeding.
"perhaps you're right," Iarocav replied as he looked for his axe. It was snapped in half about 10 feet away, "But there still are the Successors ..."
"I plain forgot about them," she said as she limped over to retrieve the old weapon, "We should leave Lee a message so he can assemble them all."
"And reassure him. He will not take this lightly," Iarocav pointed out as he took his axe from Meliauden's hands.
"Where's your Essential Bag? Ah here it is," she wondered out loud. She stumbled taking it up from the ground. "Holo, activate. Protocol 2." a small disc lit up in her hands and displayed a small screen displaying "RECORDING" in Drawk.
"Lerocav. You must travel to our mansion promptly, go to our bedroom and shout "Tricon" as loud as you can. You'll know from there." Iarocav said curtly.
"We never expected this, my child ... but it is the way He's fated it." Meliauden added.
"We will be in your heart. Goodnight my son."
"And good morning. We know you'll be good."
They then switched it off, and threw it in the bag full of marbles and other items. Iarocav cinched the bag closed after inserting a piece of the obsidian into it. It dissolved in his hands.
"Are you ready?" Meliauden asked. Her voice was fading as she activated a small flare.
"Of course my love. I'm with you," Iarocav choked out. With the last of his strength, he spun open a small gear on his axe hilt. Immediately, 2 small slits of Triconite sprung from it, directly into the couple's hearts. Just like that, their "bells" tolled once for all to hear, then everything fell silent for a moment.

Eventually a cleanup wolf from Central Point Pack found their flare and took the pair to be eventually transported to Drawkland, still holding each other in their arms.

*-----Sonnel-----*

Lerocav had just eaten and was standing at the window of his penthouse, watching the flying traffic and airships go by in the night. He sipped at a small wine glass and sighed. All of a sudden, a loud thud could be heard on the floor near him. A few feet away from him was a small sack, with Iarocav's seal and signature in faded gold lettering faceup, looking at him.
Immediately he got a cold sweat. He knew this was his father's essentials bag, and he knew it appearing close to him was bad news.
He dropped his glass without noticing and fell to the floor to pick up the bag. He opened it and empty glass marbles spilled out, devoid of their previous essence. Some cracked as they rolled onto the hard floor. Lerocav pulled out a piece of Triconite obsidian, and he could tell because his ears were bombarded by an all-consuming ringing as soon as he touched it. He dropped it, crushing a few more marbles, and then he tossed away some other items until he found the disc. "activate," he hoarsely said to it. His hands were shaking.
"Lerocav." A small holographic projection of Iarocav faded in, "You must travel to our mansion promptly, go to our bedroom and shout "Tricon" as loud as you can. You'll know from there."
"We never expected this, my child ... but it is the way He's fated it." Meliauden appeared in the picture.
"We will be in your heart. Goodnight my son." Iarocav dropped out of the shot.
"And good morning. We know you'll be good." Meliauden added with a pained smile.
Just like that, the disc blinked off.

Lerocav stared at it blankly. Tears fell from his face and he screamed. His mind raced with memories of his parents, adventures and misadventures alike alongside them, and all their advice to him. He stopped screaming and doubled over in pain and tears. He faced out the full-length windows, eyes tear-filled and unfocused as he sobbed.

Eventually he fell asleep. The next morning he was awoken by the building attendant, who generally finished his morning checkup rounds by waking or checking on the Drawkionel's son.
Well I suppose now he's the Drawkionel ...

"Sir? I assume you heard the news ..."
"How- how did it get around?" Lerocav muttered. His voice was hoarse.
"Some automatic protocol, I'm not sure," the man replied. After a few silent moments he continued, "I suppose this makes me in the presence of a major world power now."
"I don't need that of all things right now," Lerocav replied, too tried and messed up to be truly angry, "Please leave me alone. If someone asks for me, tell them I'll address it tomorrow. I have... business to attend to I guess."
"As you wish, Supreme Drawkionel," the man replied with a bow and left the room hastily.

Lerocav went to the bathroom to clean himself up. He noticed he looked a few years older when he eyed himself in the mirror, but he didn't really take it to mind since he had much, much more important things to deal with.

A half hour later he was in his personal airship heading to his late parent's manor. He was being followed by a multitude of media scooter-ships, but he largely ignored them.
The lights of Metropolon were all Red. A pair of matching towers had advanced displays of portraits of Iarocav and his wife. Lerocav stared at them blankly as he passed.

An hour later he docked at the manor. He made sure nobody else was there, then he walked into the main doors.

It smelled empty.

As Shade reached the coordinates, he was in one of Luna's old coats, hood up. You could see the Snow White hair tipped with a deep silver stick out. Drawkland was a peaceful place, but a Xhay was uncommon, especially in these parts, so he didn't want to attract any unessessary attention.
He stuck to shadows, and eventually came up on the epicentre of the coordinates

This is it" he told himself.

Shade entered the building, a large mansion, Shade knew it belonged to Iarocav and Meliaudian. While wondering through, Shade smelled a familiar scent,

"Iarocav, why has the Initiative been acti-...wait...you're not Iarocav..." Shade growled.

Lerocav was at the top of the balcony overlooking the entering foyer when Shade walked in. He jumped when he heard the voice, his eyes were closed and he thought he was alone.
"What! Oi, who's that there??" he yelled when he saw Shade.
He recognized the cloak faintly, "Are you Luna? I can't tell from here. It's me, Lerocav, Iarocav's son."
He leaned over the balcony. It creaked slightly and it echoead through the house, a further reminder that Lerocav was alone. He felt a pang of sadness but swallowed it quickly to look dignified, since he though he was in the presence of another leader.

The foyer itself was pentagonally shaped and had a grand chandelier hanging over it, and the tile was made of glossed stone arranged in a pentagon formation with stars in each one. The staircase was made of fine Ellzidanian wood and went in a sweeping fashion around the edge of the room ending in a balcony on the far side. The balcony's columns were carved in the shape of Drawkian City Columns (a cultural type marker).

Shade appeared from behind Lerocav, and let down his hood.
"Lerocav, is it? I'm sorry to say I am not Luna. I am Shade, his successor."

Sainman sat there, nearly done with polishing his shield when he suddenly heard a noise.

"He's gone."
"Who goes there?" Sainman replied, standing up quickly.
He was wearing his armor. Not anything like Paceman's, but it got the work done. It resembled the look of a paladin.

"You can guess, paceman has spoken of me."
"Sh-h-roomyl?? What are you doing? Paceman said you wouldn't ever enter my head...unless... He..... No...." Sainman said.
"I tried helping... They were too strong... If I had not thought to bring the other creators..." Shroomyl said in sorrow.
"No... This is impossible... I refuse to believe this!" Sainman exclaimed.
"Go to Drawkland, enter Iarocavs mansion and find his son. Word must keep still of Paceman's demise, you will be needed to keep the peace but must attend to this matter first." Shroomyl said dutifully.
"Ok... But how would I even get there? Only paceman could make a portal there." Sainman pointed out.
"Look in the basement. Near Curatrix. A secret portal rests there." Shroomyl told sainman.
"Ok... I'll do that.."

Sainman eventually made his way into Drawkland.

Unknown to the city, it would take him a while to find the mansion.

Sainman was standing near the center of the city, outside the Capitol Square.
A local nearby saw him, and recognized him as a Shrooman.
"Excuse me, sir!" the man walked up to Sainman, "You look lost. Would you like directions to someplace?" he hoped that Sainman understood Drawk, because he hasn't tried speaking Shroomish since Inter-meda School.

*-----CavManor-----*

Lerocav whipped around when Shade shadowhopped to right behind him. He cooled his composure and nodded, offering his hand to shake.
"His successor you say? I assume Luna met the same fate as my parents. It's good to meet you, however unfortunate the circumstances are. Or perhaps not, but I don't know why else you'd be here. Why are you here anyway?"
Lerocav stuttered a bit but he admittedly was still a bit shaken.

Sainman turned towards the drawkian.
Taking a moment to remember his courses in the drawkian language he spoke to the man.

"I am looking for the estate of the supreme drawkionel." Sainman stated waiting for a response.

Shade shook Lerocav's hand
"It's a pleasure to make your aquaintence as well. And yes, my father did suffer the same fate I'm afraid. I'm sorry for your loss, sir. As for my appearance, I assume the same reason you are. I'm one of the members of the Legacy Initative."

Shade smelled the air.

"That smell is familiar as well. Smells like Paceman. He must be nearby".

The man inwardly sighed in relief that he spoke Drawk and replied, "The late Drawkionel I suppose? It's far out of town. I believe it's closed off from visitors at the time here, but if you take the ... Ellzidan Pike Outer Train, and get off at the Historic Junction, you can take the signs or get directions to the place. Not sure if they'd let you in unless you have official business. Anyway, good luck! The entrance to the Outer Train Hub is right across Tower Court and into the underground entrance. Follow the signs and you'll be good." he explained, trying to go slow so Sainman could keep up.
He ended with a wave and started walking off to attend to his own business.

*-----CavManor-----*

Lerocav nodded with a half smile when he mentioned the initiative. What is that..? he thought to himself, I guess that's whatever father has a hidden entrance to in his room. I'll check that out then get back to Shade.
As Shade said he smelled Paceman, Lerocav shook his head in slight confusion, "I doubt it's Paceman. If both our parents died, he would surely perish in the same field of battle. Besides, the nearest place where people should be is Historical Junction on one of the train lines, and that's about 10 miles out. And the capital city is about 20 minutes away from that by high speed train," he explained, "It's unlikely anybody, much less Paceman, is close."

He then took a sidelong glace to the master bedroom which used to be Iarocav and Meliauden's. He looked back at Shade, "If you'll excuse me," he said to him suddenly, "I have some quick business here to attend to. You can stay here, perhaps in the study, or maybe there's food in the kitchen. But I require to be alone for however long. You're welcome to make yourself at home," he finished, and started walking down the hall to the bedroom, hoping Shade didn't follow.

Shade was suspicious, but left it alone.

"Whatever you say, sir."

But he knew he smelt a Shrooman.
He made his way to the study and just sat and waited.

This Shrooman scent I'm getting...where is it coming from??

Sainman took in what the man was saying. Even with the man going slow for him he had a little bit of trouble keeping up, but he got the information he needed.

Following the mans directions Sainman arrived at the mansion (or as close as he could). He reached for a pass hidden in a compartment of his shield, paceman had said to show it to people when traveling anywhere other than Mushcap when he we on Sonnel (basically saying "hey I'm important, let me do this).

Sainman walked to some mansion guards, guarding a fence surrounding the home of the drawkionel (taking one liberty here). As Sainman was stopped by a guard he showed the pass to the guard and spoke to him in Drawk.

"I am on official business and urgently need to see the Supreme Drawkionel."

Lerocav was glad to see Shade off and closed the bedroom door once he entered. He knew the thing was soundproof, so after a tense moment of gathering himself together, he yelled as instructed.
"TRICON!" bounced around the room and echoed. If someone was right next to the door and listening, they'd probably only hear it as a murmur.
And just like that, the wall containing a TV across from the bed opened up, the equipment beneath spreading apart and the TV raising. The TV displayed, "Enter, Lerocav" and then went blank. Inside the wall was a small elevator which glowed blue.
Lerocav tentatively walked inside and then the wall shut yet again. It descended slowly downwards. Eventually it stopped. The door opened. Suddenly, a massive underground complex was revealed to Lerocav. He gasped as he stepped off. It was probably the length of 2 football fields and as wide as 1, and tall enough to fit a large airship into. Which makes sense, since there was a huge airship docked and waiting at one side of it.
He walked down a set of stairs and at the bottom was a long set of rooms. Each one had similar doors with screens in them and small labels for the room purpose.
The one he looked at first said "Briefing Room" and the screen cackled to life. Iarocav's face was on it. Lerocav's heart jolted for a second, then he calmed himself and listened.
"Since this is your first time here, enter this room, son" Iarocav's voice said, in a flat and sort of distorted voice, since the speaker was contained in a door.
Lerocav pressed a small pad next to the door, which displayed "Affirmed!" then the door slid upwards. It slid back down as soon as Lerocav was inside. The room was filled with a curved array of screens. They all lit up gradually, and Iarocav's face appeared on the large center one, while various logos and graphics appeared on the others.
"Hello, Lerocav," Iarocav's image spoke.
"Hello ... father," Lerocav replied quietly. He still found it hard to believe he'd never see him in the flesh again.
"Welcome to the Legacy Initiative," it continued, "I assume you're a bit confused. Probably by my death or permanent disappearance. I hope you were promptly informed. I'd hate for you to not know my fate for months after the fact. Anyway, all that aside, I'm sure you're wondering, 'Iarocav? Father? What is this Initiative you speak of?' And you're right to wonder that. The Legacy Initiative of Sonnel, or L.I.S., or Sonnel: Legacy, or the Initiative, or The Legacy Crew, or Second Sonnel Savior Squad, The Protectors, or some other cool name that refers to the same thing, is an organization consisting of the children or relevant apprentices of the major Sonnel powers. Or, at least the ones that protect Sonnel from large threats singlehandedly as a team."
Lerocav kept up, and eyed the other screens, one which listed the different names as he said them, and one next to it displaying the logo of it.
Another screen started listing things as Iarocav said them:
"So you, my Son, the son of Luna, Paceman's apprentice, whoever it is at the time, and hopefully Vlassan's child or one of Mistyfang's children or packmates. All of these are to combine as a team and will hopefully be able to successfully come together and use the power of teamwork to keep our Legacy (a screen displays " haha nice pun see what I did there" then goes off again), alive and keep Sonnel safe from all sorts of invaders meaning to destroy us or take our freedoms. Now I'm gonna hand it off ..." he explains, then seems to look over at another screen. Then, another, slightly smaller screen opens with an image of Luna.
Lerocav eyes it with surprise but keeps paying attention.
"Hello Lerocav! I trust Shade has made it to your manor with you. If he's not present for this briefing, which I assume he isn't, tell him I said hello."
Iarocav spoke again, "We'll all get messages to them later. This is just Lerocav's briefing."
"Right," Luna replied, "Anyway, I helped assemble this team along with Iarocav. We both made sure your new team will be well equipped. We've included spaces for armor, weaponry, study, information archives, and of course, vehicles."
A few screens displayed blueprints and floor plans for the various amenities.
"This complex itself is actually a small, well, large, ship. It's meant to be a mobile command center, from which good land, air, sea, and space vehicles can be deployed," Iarocav explained, "We have an airship as I assumed you've noticed, a smaller-classed Battleship, a large land roller-tank, and a fleet of fighter jets and space cruisers for each of you." The images and schematics of each were clearly displayed on some of the arrays of screens.
Luna flickered out and was replaced by a diagram of one of the space cruisers.
"Now, Lerocav," Iarocav looked forward. He seemed to stare right into his son, even though he was only an image rendered on a screen.
"My son, I've set you to be the official leader of this team. All of you are equally competent and versed enough for the job. But I've given you this task. I know you can lead this group. In the beginning, it may seems impossible. You will always encounter stress and strife. But you can lead these people better than even I could. I know it. I will return somehow, someday, to you. And until then, you must focus on defeating whatever defeated us. It probably was in Katrasen to be honest."
Lerocav nodded to what he heard, and looked down. He blinked back tears from listening to his father's words.
"Lerocav. Do what you must. You are now the leader of billions, but most importantly, the leader of this crew. Be wise. Be brave. Be my son. Be yourself. Be Lerocav. Goodnight my son."
At that moment, Iarocav appeared to step back, then saluted in traditional Drawkian style. Lerocav saluted back, and kept saluting even when the screens blinked off. He stared at his reflection in the screen. It was in the exact same spot as his father's image just was. He dropped his salute and stepped back.
"I should get back to Shade ... I suppose Paceman's Apprentice is the one he'd smelt."
And with that, Lerocav followed directions back into the manor.
He stepped down the hall and stairs and strode into the study.
"Shade, I think I know who you are smelling nearby." He said as he sat down across from the Xhay.

*-----Outside-----*

The guard eyed him up and down. Judging by the armor and shield, he decided he probably had personal business with the Drawkionel or his son, so he let him pass. It was about a 50 foot walk to the doors of the massive estate.

Sainman gave a short bow in thanks to the guard and proceeded forward. Sainman continued until he reached the enterance to the manor.

Sainman took a deep breath and pushed a button, which was similar to a doorbell, but didn't really ring, just get the attention of the high-tech camera looking at Sainman which would decide if he would be allowed in or not.

Shade nodded
"Yes, so do I. He's here. Let's let him in"
Shade moved toward the doorway

*-----CavManor-----*

Lerocav nodded at Shade, "Good, let's greet him. I have something to show you both afterwards," he said as he started to the door.

He saw the screen next to the door and knew it was Paceman's apprentice. He opened one of the double-doors slightly and looked across the threshold at the Shrooman.
"Welcome to CavManor, sir. I'm Lerocav, Iarocav's successor, and this is Shade, Luna's successor. I assume you're Paceman's successor or apprentice?" he said while extending his hand to shake.

Sainman gave a quick bow and shook lerocav's hand.

"You assume correct sir. I came here through.... Sources. I hope you hold the answers I seek." Sainman said, stepping inside.

As he entered Sainman noticed Shade.

"Oh. Hello sir. You are?"

She died as she lived, defending those she loved until the last moments of her existance.
Mistyfang heard the sound of th final blow before it hit her, the peircing pain ripping through the very fabric of her being as she leaped in front of those she strived to defend, the massive combined blow mentioned to wipe out her pack. She extended her elements and thew everything she had into defense, suspended in that moment of time for what seemed to be an eternity. Her body dissentigrated as her conscious flicked through different memories.a ringing silence filled her mind, and then the pain drifted away, the shining multi elemental revival stone exploding into a thousand shards. There was peace. Finally, after so long in fighting, she knew it was the end.
Her vision shifted to the dark figure before her, the ancient of Death itself. She smiled, greeting him as am old friend, but then sighed, her spirit looking around at the chaos.
" This is it, I isn't it?"
" yes, I'm afraid so. I sense that you have few regrets."
" only that I am leaving so many behind. They will face great challanges ahead of them... but they will be strong. I know this. "
" Indeed they shall. A dark age has risen, but a new story is unfolding from the ashes. And perhaps one day you will return."
Mistyfang pauses, and looks to Death with a thoughtful frown.
" I do not wish to leave. Not entirely. I wish for my spirit to carry on protecting those I love."
" then your power will split. Some will go into the borderline protection of the pure lands. Some will go into a warrior of your choosing. They will become the next white spirit , born from the bleakest darkness. They cannot fight alone, but they will join others. They shall take up the sword of Ancestry, the Bow of Skarasguaard , and the power of the elements. With this they will take up a new name."
"A new identity, a nephew start. And through it, may she find her purpose once more. "
Death flicks his ears, and turns.
"Come, there are those you've lost that would like to see you once more. "
And with that, they both turn, leaving the destruction and chaos behind.

The girl was young, but her demeanor anything but. Her shoulders were strait, her eyes black, her hair tied back in a simple ponytail. She was dressed as a hunter, her dark clothing and simple armor shifting with shadowy hints of color, almost like stormclouds passing through the material. The only weapon in sight was a simple dagger, tucked in its sheath at her hip. There was an odd scorch mark scar between her collarbones, freshly healed, and she wore a simple necklace with a rather familiar fang resting upon the chord. She appears in the planet of sonnel silently , solidifying from a silvery cloud of mist, and looks around, following her insticts to a rather impressive mannor.

*-----CavManor Foyer-----*

Lerocav let him through and closed the doors. He strode into the center of the foyer and watched the Sainman-Shade exchange. He readied a small device in his pocket. Suddenly, his pager-tablet blinked as another person entered the grounds of the manor. An image of a girl in dark clothing stood at the edge of the Estate.
"I believe Mistyfang's successor has arrived, gentlemen," he said when they were done being introduced.

Shade promptly got introductions together.
"I am Shade, Luna's son. Lerocav is Iarocav and Meliaudians son, and Sainman here is Paceman's apprentice. So, who may you be miss?"

(I'll just work around Jayk being dumb)

Sainman bowed.
"Wonderful to make your aquantiance shade." Sainman said to shade.

As Mistyfang's successor walked up Sainman turned towards her.
"I assume this is her."

She narrows her eyes and draws herself up to her full height.
" I am indeed the successor of Alpha mistyfang . And whom are you, may I ask?"
Her voice is quiet but firm, and she twitches at the name of the wHite wolf, her gaze haunting and bleak, void of all their previous warmth.
