Anlekor, thanks to aid from the UEO has managed to nearly expel all Korlast physical influence inside it's borders. Korlast radio programs continue to spout propaganda around the country, but the broadcast locations are slowly being silenced as the remaining Korlast sympathizers move eastward and out of Anlekor.

A rather infamous station that seems to broadcast out of the capitol of Anlekor itself, has been mainly making stabs at the government. In a recent broadcast, the speaker, who goes by "Ender Lavender" has made claims that the upper echelon of the government practice cannibalism, don't care about the people, and are torturing possible Korlast supporters for information. These claims, of course, are unsupported and ridiculous.

In other news, it has been announced that, as long as Korlast stays out of the borders of Anlekor and does not disturb its populace, it will be left alone. What is meant by, "disturb its populace" is unknown, and if the aggressive radio programs are included.

Tankara pushes ADG forces out of the country. 37 Tankarians die in action within the last 3 days. 218 of the ADG die, as attacks keep getting better. The group seems to be getting weaker and weaker. We project with how they are fighting, we will end them in a few weeks. Overall 4 million people have died on both sides.

The Vladivoseoul Military Academy has announced that it will field a brand-new light tank suitable for mountain warfare but also for certain kinds of airborne and amphibious combat. The low profile, light, fast and agile fighting vehicle has been extencively tested throughout the mountainous regions of Vladivoseoul and will see initial deployment with assault battalions of People's Fighting League of Vladivostok.

The ZTQ, has been developed in order to help defend Vladivoseoul's western land border, and it will impress many nations with it's capability.

More and more, Vladivoseoul is matching Earthica's greatest military capabilities with new warships, submarines, and fighting vehicles. The ZTQ represents one military niche where Vladivoseoul has actually exceeded the accomplishments of many other nations.

The ZTQ mounts a devastating and tank destroying high velocity 125mm smooth bore cannon, and features ERA protection and the most advanced Active Protection Systems.

The ZTQ has a mission of providing armored fire support to airborne and light forces. In addition to replacing 50 year old Type 59 tanks on the border. The ZTQ is available with a less experience 105mm main gun variant which will go in to service with The People's Liberation Army of Seoul and could be a popular export to African and Latin American countries.
The ZTQ-105 is also capable of firing the Type 84 guided anti-tank missile through it's main gun. The Type 84 is an independently developed version of the Israeli LAHAT guided anti-tank missile and is similar in capability to the Hellfire.
This makes the lighter ZTQ-105 a versatile vehicle against not only tanks and armor but also a lower cost alternative against lightly armored vehicles.

The ZTQ-125 and ZTQ-105 are both described as Tank-destroying vehicles and Light-tanks which puts them in a class of their own.

The UEO has released the following information about the new treaty signed by the UEO, Nigeria, and Angola and about the war itself:

-The UEO now knows that the two nations declared war on the UEO because the UEO's industry and trade were taking away all economic growth from the rest of West Africa. Also the growth of the UEO into the seafloor caused the military-led nations to also fear of the UEO gaining a massive tactical advantage in both terms of resources and strategic positions.
-Following the surrender to the UEO, the militaries of both nations were removed from power and a President in both nations after the people address their displeasure of the military actions by the nations.
-The reason no contact was made with the UEO prior to the war or during until its later stages was that until the Africans lost their fleets they were confident that they would be able to defeat the UEO, thus ending the war and stopping the UEO's growth in the region.

TREATY - The Treaty of Logos
-The three nations signed a treaty recognizing the oceanic boundaries of each nation and established a buffer zone where no nation has a claim between these boundaries to act as a demilitarized zone.
-The three nations agreed to cover war damages to all the nations
-The Africans owe the UEO 2.2 Billion in war payments
-The UEO agreed to help the nations after the new presidents asked for help rebuilding their nations. UEO Military forces are now present in the damages areas rebuilding them.
-Nigeria and Angola are now restricted to a 10 vessel fleet each, three of those are submersibles and no more then that limit.
-UEO embassies have been established in each nation to try and reduce diplomatic tensions between the nations
-Until the Africans have regained their ability to defend themselves, UEO forces are protecting them for the time being.

The UEO realizes that it has set very lax terms for the two nations but the UEO also acknowledges that it was mainly the military, not the people, who caused this war and will not make the people of Nigeria and Angola suffer for it. The UEO will be releasing reports on the activities in the area.

Netma blockaded

Chileana's navy and it's allies Larsaka and United earth Oceans have begun a blockade of the teritorial waters of Netma.
The actions taken are in line with the economic sanctions taken against the island.
Another member of the coalition against Netma is Rhahal who will mainly be delivering medical aid to the rebels.

Meanwhile the rebels have succeeded in capturing several airfields which will allow the coalition to send constant logistical aid to them.
A new offensive against the government forces has also begun. It's aim is to penetrate within 50 kilometers of Nateria, the capital of the island.

These coordinated actions prove that there is a strong core leadership among the rebels and that they are not merely a loose affiliation of indipendent groups.
According to the Chileanan commissar of defence Gazini Tandie this will make stabilizing the island much easier in the future.

The air campaign has also begun.
The air effort is completely carried out by the Chileanan air force.
It's task will mainly be to keep the Netma air force grounded. The task is tricky since Chileana does not posses an aircraft carrier and fighters can not reach Netma on one fuel tank.
That's why an elaborate system of tanker aircrafts will be used in order to allow the Chileanan air force to do it's job.

Breaking news from Sasheldi last night as it was just reported that beloved queen Sachi-Mahura Yaling was killed in the town of Kabutara, a few miles from the capital city, when the car she was riding in was swept away when the bridge it was crossing collapsed. Other than her and her driver, Daman Kaliranjan, none were killed or harmed in this event.

The river was swollen from the extremely heavy rains, according to one of the two surviving eye-witnesses.
"We were behind them, heck we didn't even know who was in the car in front of us, you know?" Sniffs an eye-witness,
"We were waiting for them to cross the bridge, for safety in this kinda weather, it's only polite. The rain was so heavy that we couldn't hardly see nothin' two yards from us, so we didn't see the huge wave just... Swallow 'em until we heard this big crash. And then I pulled over and called you guys. finally right before y'all got here the rain let up 'n..." She then points to a totaled and upside down black vehicle in the water near the riverbank.
"It happened right in front of me..."

Both bodies have been located, but not yet retrieved do to the danger of the river.

Manufacturing sector taking off

In non war related news, the manufacturing sector of Chileana appears to be taking off.
Today the nations first "real" domesticly produced cars were unveiled.

The PLC2, a hatchback car that is very cheap to manufacture but still posseses quality construction


The PLC2 was approved and developed by the supreme soviet, the car is manufactured ont he island of Sochoma, mainly because the aluminum deposts of Chileana are close by.
This car also contains a lot of aluminum components so the decision to put the factory there seemed logical.
Supreme Commissar Nandi Njabullo stated that this car will drive the mechanization of the people themselves rather than the mechanization of the people's industry.

The second car unveiled was the PLV1, a car mainly produced for optimizing deliveries to stores. The people working for the states consumer and distribution office will mainly be driving them

The third car unveiled today was somewhat of a surprise, the soviet of the island Narema decided they wanted to produce their own car, next to the supreme soviet's PLC2.
The Narema car is called the NPC1 and is narrower but slightly longer than the PLC2. The people of Chileana now have two different cars to choose from.

Netma
The first shipment of material has arrived to the Rebel's on Netma. The Hauler and three UEO Trident Class submarines arrived early this morning with medicine, food, and weaponry to aid the rebel forces. Along with the supplies 30 UEO military instructors have gone ashore to help teach the rebels combat tactics and military strategy as well as training them in weapons handling. While the materials were being offloaded, the UEO Defiance launched missile strikes at enemy airfields and military installations to aid Chileana in the Air War and keep the skies clear. The vessel is currently heading to Larsaka for rearmament and the UEO Valkyrie is taking its place as part of a cruiser rotation to keep a constant missile attack on Netma.

The UEO offers is most sincere condolences for Sasheldi and her people. The loss of the Queen is a blow to the whole planet and in a sign of respect all UEO Flags and banners throughout the globe will be set at half staff as a sign of remembrance. The UEO extends its hand to Sasheldi and offers aid if Sasheldi needs it.

New Cape Quest
Today a strange sight was seen west of the current location of the Aries Subyards. A massive project of some sort is underway with dredges and bulldozers clearing away soil in the bay and on land. with tons of construction material being dropped off daily near the site. The massive construction project measures a half a mile long. With the massive size and immense incoming material it is clear the UEO government is building something but for once the UEO Government is remaining absolutely silent on this issue without as so much as a peep about the project. For now this project and its purpose remains a mystery.

Celebrations begin to pop up all around the nation as the Royal Family hosts Queen Mateparae's 79th birthday at Mateparae Palace located in the Northern parts of New Plymouth known as Port Francis. Russauns are expected to spend at least $2.7 million kroners on celebrations alone. Speaker of the Palace, Diana Hollister, announced moments ago multiple diplomats from nations around the world will be dining with the Family inside Mateparae Palace. Hollister also stated police and military service members will be placed on high alert in order to guarantee saftey from terrorism and violence. It is still unclear on how many world leaders will be present, but a significant amount is expected. Ceremonies will continue throughout the day honoring the Queen and her reign of freedom.

Naiedor is currently conducting drone strikes on Jund al-Aqsa still in search of the missing hostages. Sources believe Queen Mateparae and her top advisors will hold a press conference with leaders from Larsaka, UEO, and also Naiedor to discuss the crisis after Naiedor and Russau seem to be the biggest participants with small contributions from Larsaka to hunt down the dangerous barbarians.

The Naiedorian Air Force has just announced that it has successfully constructed a fighter jet called the NAF-Mayflower which can not only hold up to 25 AGM-114 Hellfire missles, but also detect incoming missles from a 200 mile radius. Sources confirm this unit costs around $207 million dollars and at least 150 jets will be built within the coming months to be transported to Tunisia for further military operations against Jund al-Aqsa.

Naiedorian fighter pilots claim taking fire from ground forces belonging to Jund al-Apsa and also recall seeing dozens of large vehicles making way for Tunis, capitol of Tunisia. The fighter pilots were ordered to fire upon the vehicles, but they ran out of missles before destroying all of them. Yet another reason why the NAF-Mayflower must be mass-produced very quickly.

Larsaka announced it would dispatch a small fleet of ships to aid Chileana in its current conflict with the Netma government. This follows other announcements of military and civilian aid to Chileana from south Capric nations, and many believe it is due to the on-going conference between the UEO, Rahal, Chileana, and Larsaka. We will be providing more information on this conference as soon as we can.

Death of a Queen
Larsaka payed its respects to the death of Sasheldi queen Sachi-Mahura Yaling by ordering all schools and sporting events to play the second part of the national anthem, which includes lyrics that show mourning. Edward Chou also observed a moment of silence, along with all of the senate.

Queen Mateparae had her 79th birthday today, and Edward Chou issued a formal statement on the development:

I would like to personally wish the queen a happy birthday and I regret not being able to attend the celebration. Her rule has helped bring Russau to the world stage and I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.

The people of the UEO and Secretary General Bridger would like to wish a happy birthday to Queen Mateparae of Russau. Her rule of the nation and fair hand has allowed Russau to become a respected world power and a friend of the UEO in recent days.

Information Leak
Something else the UEO has remained silent on is the new facility being built in New Cape Quest and what it is, even Sec-Gen Bridger is not taking any questions about it currently, leading many to think it is a new part of the Phase 2 effort or a new military command building.

However, a recently leaked file shows that the facility may be part of the Atlantis Project. While the document reveals little it shows the name Atlantis, relating it to the project immediately. The document is headed by three letters with the first two blotted out and the last shown as an X. The rest of the document was common knowledge, but it made a reference to the new Cape Quest Facility, as the term Aquarius was used in the document in relation to part of the structure. No more information could be found because only 8 hours after the document was leaked the UEO Government deleted the file from the web. No further information is available.

It has been announced that beloved Sachi-Mahura will have her niece, 18 year old Nadi-Sutkala Chim Yaling as her successor. This comes as a surprise to all, as the expected successor was Sachi-Mahura's sister, Ovaya.

The royal family itself decides who the next queen shall be in the event of a death, however the role almost always falls to the next of kin, who in this case would be Ovaya.

Needless to say, Nadi-Sutkala Chim was quite surprised by this. According to reporters, she still grieves the death of her aunt. She walked out of the royal family meeting holding her mother's hand, not quite meeting any reporter's eye.

Nadi-Sutkala will be the third youngest queen in Sasheldi history, with the youngest being Rajdulari Nih II, and the the second youngest being Zaaei-Ko Taran.

Rhahal happily proclaims the beginning of the commercial production of what is commonly known as Carapace!

Carapace is actually the name for two similar products, a translucent gel that is squeezed through a tube, and a small band-aid like product with a similar gel on the underside.
The band-aid like one is known for now as Caraband, while the other simply goes by Carapace

Carapace, when applied to a bleeding wound, is able stop the bleeding within twenty seconds after being applied. To be able to clot an injury so quickly, Carapace assembles itself on the wound site in a way that copies the body's extracellular structure and accelerates the production of chemicals, such as fibrin, that make the clotting process rapid. Carapace is then absorbed into the body naturally after it has done its task.

The tubed gel Carapace acts much more quickly than it's counterpart, however it has been shown that it takes slightly longer for the gel to be absorbed. The band-aid-like Caraband is slightly cheaper to make, say manufacturers, but it it can be overpowered by a high enough pressure of blood.

Although currently it costs about 35 Suyeshiis a box, both products will be relatively cheap soon enough, and it is hoped that they will be found in ambulances, purses, and backpacks around the world.
The Rhahalian government, who was the discoverer and soon to be producer of this product, hopes that this product will save thousands of lives. The Federation also hopes that this, along with other ongoing medical projects, might be a proving of scientific strength to the rest of Earthica.

The glorious government has announced today that it will begin to develop chemical weapons.

Arly Matthiessen,the main engineer of this project, working on orders directly from the glorious Alpha, says that his research team is working on several agents that will kill our enemies not only quickly, but for that short time, extremely painfully. The nerve toxin is called the fire of the gods, and is able to kill a man under 40 s. "We have many test subjects right here in Ironwulf city, pigs that have betrayed the Alpha. I am very happy to report that these weapons are well under way to being developed and soon we will use them on these traitors in the capitol."

While our brave engineers are working to usher in a new age of security in Ironwulf City, our glorious Alpha has orderd the military to start drills in preparation for the annual purge. The glorious commander in chief of the army, Endor Sorby,
has stated that he "hopes the chemical agents are done for the purge, because it will make our job a lot easier. Many citizens reject our authority and run from the military when we come to drag them from their homes. We remind them it is their own fault for regecting the Alpha and kill them, but you can't run from a chemical attack. It could change the whole prospect of the purge."

In other news, the insurgency known as "The Brotherhood" has lost another stronghold. One detachment of the special forces Alpha Guard has utterly destroyed a rouge village in the trailing islands. The commander on the campaign against the insurgents said today that he believes that the rebels are almost destroyed. "We have killed many of them, and destroyed much of their supply trains. They can't hold out for long." This may mean that we are almost done worrying about being blown up by cowards in the night.

Scientific breakthrough!

Chileanan researchers have succesfully created a prototype gauss gun, also known as a coilgun.
The principle is largely the same as the UEO's railguns from which the development of this coilgun started.
But instead of using electric current it uses magnetic fields to proppel projectiles.

the researchers started out with studying a UEO railgun that was gratiously shared with us by the UEO.
There they found that railguns do not use propellants to fire it's projectiles but instead uses an electric charge converted into kinetic energy.
Some scientists on the team had a revelation and realized that a similar magnetic principle could deliver the same result.
It originally started out as simply an idea but when one of the scientists explained his revelation to his project secretary it was immediatly sent to the supreme soviet to aquire approval and funding to start researching this alternate principle.

After some exploring and tinkering the result is a fully operational gauss gun. powered by 4 lithium polymer bateries.

Chileana is planning larger future aplications for this technology.

Coming to you from the docks of Larsaka City, near the UEO's SeaQuest

Edward Chou walked off of the UEO SeaQuest today with DaXing behind him wearing a big smile and holding a document in his hand. He traveled to a nearby press conference, where he told the public about the new organization recently founded by Larsaka and three other nations. Known as the "South Capric Commonwealth," it is an organization that has agreed to govern the South Capric Ocean and its inhabitants. The UEO, Larsaka, Rahal, and Chileana are apart of the agreement, which divides the ocean between all of the countries into "zones". These zones can be used by any government, but they must first be approved by the SCC and comply with SCC regulations. As well, a Mutual Defense Pact, non aggression pact, and a trade agreement are all apart of the new organization and were all signed by the UEO, Larsaka, Rahal, and Chileana. We will display a copy of the official agreement below.

This agreement links all four nations in defense and trade and was approved by the Larsakan Senate, which had given the president the authority to move forward with the agreement. The agreement comes at the same time Larsaka is revamping its submarine fleet, and officials say it is so that Larsaka can take part in the joint task force which will be policing the south capric. The delegates also talked about a cultural fair, and Edward Chou mentioned in his speech that it was a very real possibility.

South Capric Commonwealth
The following are the articles of the SCC, an organization formed by Larsaka, the UEO, Chileana, and Rahal for mutual security and the preservation of peace in the region. These articles officially bind all four nations by its laws and it is open for modification.
1.) Mutual Defense
All member nations will come to each other’s aid should they be attacked or have war declared on them by a hostile nation. If a member nation declares war on another nation, other member nations are not obliged to intervene, and this decision is left to their respective governments. All member nations also agree to a promise of non-aggression and the allowance of open borders between all member nations’ military units. Each member nation must allow other member nation bases within their country in areas designated by them. Each member nation will commit to participating in joint military exercises, to be held at a time decided by member nations. Each Nation will also share technology and designs with other members of the alliance, although how much technology and design they are willing to share is a decision to be made by member nation’s governments.


2.) Trade
All member nations will agree to reduce tariffs on all trade to 3% or lower with all other member nations. As well, no member nation can close off the oceans from trade with other member nations. An official minimum wage will be implemented across all member nations, which will be 9 NSD an hour.

3.) Under Water Development
The South Capric Ocean will be divided into zones, which either member nations or other nations can claim ownership over once it is voted on by all members of the organization. Un-claimable trade routes will ensure unrestricted trade, and a joint task force of all four member nations will patrol these routes above and below the ocean. Private companies cannot claim economic zones, but they can operate within the economic zones of their respective governments.

4.) Voting
Each member nation receives one vote in the SCC. In order for a resolution to pass, the final vote must be unanimous. However, this system can change should more nations enter this agreement. In order for it to change, a unanimous vote to change it must be reached by the SCC.




5.) Under Sea Environmental Standards
These standards will be implemented and enforced by the joint task force to be formed by all member nations.
Vessels
-All vessels mush have escape pods that can hold the full capacity of the vessel.
-No discharge of any kind is permitted from vessels
-All vessel hulls cannot have paints including lead or other harmful chemicals
-Propellers - cavitation, standard, or impellers - must be internal in the ships structure to avoid catching marine life in the props

Facilities
-All facilities must have enough supplies to accommodate the population +10 people for an emergency food store.
-No discharge of any kind is permitted
-All power is from hydroelectric turbines, no gasoline or other fossil fueled machines should be present.
-Air quality must be the same as on the surface
-Air purification, air conditioning, and heating must be a priority as they are essential for underwater living
-Escape pods for entire population +10 people are required

Areas
-Set Fishing Zones to monitor population and prevent overfishing
-International parks and sanctuaries to protect special and diverse environments such as reefs and migration routes.
-Set trade routes that avoid fish migration routes and underwater hazards like ridges and hydrothermal vents.

Tour
The delegates from all four nations will take part in a tour of Larsaka, and the itinerary includes both civilian and military locations. Below is an itinerary released by the government.

-Larsaka International Airport
Civilian transport hub of the world, with Larsaka Air flying to the most countries and carrying the most passengers in the world. Larsaka Cargo is expected to take a big part in transfering goods between the four member nations.
-Democracy Square and our government building
To better understand understand Larsaka and its government, the delegation will tour democracy square and the modern government building, which houses the senate.
-Larsaka's largest naval base
A huge base south of Larsaka City, where the delegates will see a parade of the grand fleet, recently repaired and refitted after the UEO conflict.
-La Nang Island
This island is located far east towards the heart of the south capric, and Daxing told reporters a possible joint naval base would be constructed on the island for all member nations.

Larsaka Air recently announced it was buying small shipping companies and land transport companies to form Larsaka Transport services, which is now owned by the state. Consolidation has to occur, but soon LTS ships, planes, trucks, and trains will be ferrying goods across the world. At least, that is what the company said in a statement earlier today.

Nadi-Sutkala has stated that she plans for Sasheldi to join the SCC in order for Sasheldi to gain the economic and military support of other nations.


Crowds are already beginning to gather near the palace and in the park around it.

Just in time for the celebrations it seems the flooding has ended in almost all areas of Sasheldi. Nature itself seems to know that a new queen shall soon be crowned and in turn knows to bow in respect.
