Women should be prosecuted for false rape accusations

A message to radical feninists: Women (and men) should be prosecuted for the act of harshly tarnishing a man's reputation for the rest of his life and causing emotional distress and legal trauma by pointing the finger for personal gain
A formal prosecution and apology should be administered in false rape accusations and companies should be in centipede to overlook false accusations to someones otherwise spotless record.

This will deter false rape accusations and protect men from double standards.

It's thankfully already a crime in most countries that I'm aware of, OP. It is very difficult to investigate and prosecute, just as cases of actual rape often are. What I'd say is more an issue in some places is making sure the law recognises both male and female (and transgender, too) victims and perpetrators. The wording in UK law at the minute, for instance, means that a woman cannot be charged with rape.

Virtually every law code, including some considered barbaric today, acknowledge the problem of false accusations, and most criminalize it.

Trust the police. They are a force of goodness in most modern countries.

I entirely agree that it should be treated as a very serious felony. The nature of it means that having sufficient evidence to demonstrate it beyond a reasonable doubt is rare.

That's obviously true in rape cases, but even much more difficult to prove a false accusation. Now, if we ever get foolproof lie-detection via brain scans, those may one day change
