Anyway i think those screenshots look great, yeah obviously there has been a large downgrade compared to what they showed before and it would be fantastic if they could keep them in for the PC version but honestly its not bothering me personally that much, that game looks beautiful to me as it is.

I just would have wished that they wouldn't have been so close in quality to the original Witcher game.

I dont think they are that similar, in regards to colour palette maybe but there is soo much more detail in the screenshots for wild hunt than there is in that easily, the environments are a lot better. I personally would have proffered a darker selection of colours and tones myself for the overall palette but it does not bother me that much.

Also, tank battles are way harder than air battles. In air battles, you have a constant sense of control, even when you're in a spin or stall.
In tank battles though, one good hit by an enemy could kill you or knock out your driver, gunner, or loader, or any other crew member. When that happens, you're a sitting duck.

And I love it.

Indeed, Tanks are fun.

Unless you play Realistic battles and get one shotted instantly and are left in an AA truck for the rest of the game.

Realistic is fun if you think getting dominated by the Germans constantly sounds like fun. Not in the good way, either. Also, for a 'realistic' game mode the matchmaking is BS. I've been fighting Korean-war era tanks and jets in my mid-war Bf109's and Tiger II's.

Dude, my team dominated. Literally.
We were playing tank battle domination, and we didn't win by dominating. WE WON BY KILLING EVERYTHING.
THE HOSTILE TEAM LOST ALL OF ITS VEHICLES.

Me, on the other hand, had an only OK game. 6 kill assists, but only 1 death. Got a lot of hits though.

Considering a lot of the games that have been released, I really wish that all games released on PC could utilize the unique software and technologies of both graphics card companies rather than simply locking it down to one brand. Having games being more or less exclusive to those with a certain set of hardware goes against the spirit and the whole point of PC gaming. Not only that, it would force the companies to make sure their particular technologies are best since competition would be forced with every single game.

Like having both TressFX and Hairworks in the Witcher 3, for example.

Reflex looks that it may be a bit too difficult to get into and I'm a bit intimidated by it, but the challenge also excites me.

The thing about Arena FPSes is that they are actually less reliant on reflexes than one would think. They're all about spatial awareness; One basically emulates this entire scene from The Matrix any time that they play an arena shooter. The funny thing is that arena shooters actually do the whole "fight while surrounded by enemies" combat trope better than Arkham/Assassin's Creed/Shadow of Mordor, as one actually has to develop that sixth sense that characters have in Arkham and such in so forth that allows them to automatically counter enemies.

For example, if three or more people are fighting each other in an arena shooter, one has to keep track of everyone in the area and respond accordingly to each threat. That requires remembering the location of each opponent and projectile as well as estimating where the other opponents and projectiles are moving even if they are out of sight.

Your NVIDIA serfs cards don't even have Tier 3 support for DirectX 12. It sounds like you have as much regression grease in your card's cooler as well.

lol you're so mad at your own native console-level inferiority. No one cares that Nvidia doesn't support a service that literally no one supports that AMD only supports through coincidence due to their own failed predecessor service.

When DX12 hits, so will Pascal, and Nvidia will push AMD's market share another few points closer to extinction, forever banishing them to console misery.

IMO, I just want a GPU that can destroy whatever game I throw at it.

And within the price range of people with limited resources such as myself.

I've cracked the late period WWIII code, upgrade Force Recon all the way, spam the shit out of it on up links and let the enemy throw themselves at you. What the FR units don't destroy is easily mopped up by regular units. Especially if you EMP them.

To be honest, and I don't typically care, but The Witcher 3 really DOES look dull graphically. It is still an improvement over The Witcher 2, I can tell that easily, but wow...It just doesn't look that amazing to me. Just looks dull...

Not that I gave a shit about the game in the first place, so there's that.
