They'll need to go there.

"A power level a bit higher then the one heading for us has plot off withy he main group, he's heading towards a Dragon Ball, should I intercept him and take it?" Hiroshi asked, even when his blood practcialy boiled for combat, he felt more tense then he had ever before in his life, just knowing Freiza was there made him want to vomit, just the inherent evil his energy held amde him sick.

"Fine, go for it. But come back soon. We'll need any possible firepower we need, if they are hostile." Augustin said and nodded away, then looked up at the sky. The group of strong power levels the are going to meet will come here very soon. They can show up in the sky at any moment now. Augustin already prepared the weakness serum, his newest weapon, to fire, just in case. Likely to take out the strongest one.

Northern Namekian Village

Upon arriving, Hiroshis previous apprehension nearly caused him to tuck tail and run, in a more literal sense, since he was a Saiyan.

It was Freiza, he and his men were terrorizing this village, three warriors had already arrived, and had been dispatched almost as quickly as they had came, and every moment he had to watch, anger bubbled beneath a thin wall of self control, his teeth grinding together with thinly veiled rage.

"You have your Dragon Ball, now you can leave us alone!" A lone Namekian shouted. 'Its Moori! I've gotta help him!' but he found himself rooted to his spot, just the sight of Freiza was enough to leave him rooted to the cliff side in fear.

"We only need one more thing actually… Dodoria, kill him." The words were devoid of any emotion, as though his floe was of little consequence to him, as though his death was a statistic.

Even as he moved to intercept, he felt as though he was in slow motion, his aura seemed slow, his movemnts sluggish as he burst off the cliff side into the air. But the damage was done, min the blink of an eye, Mooris neck was snapped, his form slapping wetly against the grass below.

"MOORI!" only after did his movements speed up, his form whipping into the air like a missile, before swooping down and batting Dodoria away like a fly, sending him off into the distance. In that unforgettable moment, he and Freiza locked eyes, hefore he burst off once more, Dragon ball clecnched in his hands as he swooped off after his enemy.

Dodoria ha dust begun to dig himself out when the tip of Hiroshi's boot sent him bouncing along the ground once more, phasing behind him, he delivered a hay maker to his back, several pops reaching Hiroshis ears as he gripped the man by his collar.

" Give me your scouter."

Even to himself, his words felt foreign, mas though someone else was speaking for him. Maybe it was the fury that raced through his system, maybe it was something else.

" W-Why Do you need it?"

First several bones in his forearm shattered. Tossing him away, Hiroshi gathered Ki in his left hand, forming a small knife on his pointer and middle finger, the glowing azure energy illuminating every beed of sweat on Dodorias terrified features.

" It. Wasn't. A. Request!"

The snarled words escaped his clenched teeth as he drove the tip of it through Dodorias left eye, blood curdling screams filling the air around him.

" Here! Have it!" Catching the device with his left hand, he drove the blade into Dodorias shoulder, twisting it brutally, more screams escaping his throat.

"Where's Freiza's ship? What does he want with the dragon balls? Where's The Ginyus?"

Dragging the pink blob to his feet, his fist slammed brutally into his midsection, Hirsohi pirouetting around him to grip his neck with his right hand.

"It's almost 30,000 meters from here! Please, stop! He wants immortality and he didn't beign the Ginyus with-

CRACK!

Kicking the body forward, he attached the Scouter to his head, tweaking it a bit for his personal use. Sprinting forward, he grabbed the dragon ball, bursting off back towards the base camp, a deadly frown across his features.
What don't you understand? I CAN'T DIE!
As if that gives you an excuse to live.

Okarot woke up in a healing pod, his memories of how he got there a blur, as he had gone unconscious in his pod. As he got out, he was given his new armor and told to take it easy by the doctor. He didn't plan on it, and began to make his way to the training room, when he overheard several soldiers. What they said shocked him. Frieza was on the planet Namek, collecting Dragon Balls. Okarot wasted no time as he ran to his pod, setting the coordinates. If Frieza attained immortality, it could be disastrous.

*fast forward slightly*

It was no time before he reached Namek, but he wasn't alone. He could sense others, not to mention that there were ships there that were clearly not of the PTO. But, his pod was too small and fast to intercept, so he felt safe. Crash landing on the planet, he exited the pod and immediately felt Frieza's presence. He Ginyu Force wasn't there, at least not yet.

But, he had other plans on his mind, and looked over to see what distinctly looked like a village. Perfect. Flying over, he was greeted with fear, as his armor was that of Frieza's men, and he assumed they had done their fair share of terrorizing. One of the more powerful villagers spoke up, "What do you want? Why have you come here?", he said, assuming a combat position.

Okarot smiled, "Don't play stupid, you overgrown slugs know why I'm here. There are two ways this can happen. Both end in me getting a Dragon Ball. Your lives however, are liable to either perish, or remain intact. Your choice.", he said arrogantly.

Three of the Namekians charged him, but found there hits striking each other. Confused, they looked up into the air, seeing Okarot, "Wrong choice.", he said, blasting the three warriors. All but a minute or so later, the village was in flames, and the occupants dead. Okarot emerged with a Dragon Ball in his hand. As long as he could keep this one hidden, Frieza wouldn't get his wish. He flew over to a cave across the river, and tossed the ball in. Now, he just had to pick off Frieza's goons one by one, along with whoever else showed up on the planet.

Nathan and his team dusted the Namekian grime off their jackets as they reached the centre of the base. The base resembled a small town, and were composed mainly, of three buildings. As Nathan glanced around he noticed Augustin floating above the ground, obscured slightly by a thin layer of fog.

"Hey!" Nathan called out, "Which building should me and my team settle in?"

Considering they had fought for as long as they could on the ship, he really didn't want to listen to his incessant talking anymore. Or at least for a while.

"I can feel strong people all around us. I'm sorry to say, I'm getting the same feel Hiroshi had when he flew off. You could see on his face how anxious he was. I'm just itching to knock somebody out."

Finally, some support. Augustin looked at Nathan's gang, pointed to one of the side buildings and shouted:

They were all humanoid, and wearing the same armor that Okarot and Tabaga wore on Earth. Perhaps they are allies. "Well, they are hostile. Plan B, guys!" He shouted to Nathan's group. "Beat these bastards up!" The scouter said they had a power level of 2,000, the same as a Saibaman. However, between them was one of 18,000.

A few of the Frieza Soldiers landed on the ground and were charging towards the base. Nassan, you control them yourself. "You, Sayaku, come with me. We'll deal with the people up there." One of the soldiers foolishly attacked Augustin, who grabbed his neck and blasted a hole through the poor guy's chest, then continued onward, fighting the others.

Alex activated the warp drive to the ship. Son of a whore... Why does Victor ALWAYS have to be right? I hate it when he's right. He's ascended to a whole new level of smug. He thoughts as he arrived close to his destination. The Ginyu Force's base. They knew who he was, and thanks to some exaggeration, they believed that his power level was close to a million. Even though in actuality he was weaker than most of the force. Except Guldo, but Guldo was a psychic. Which was his target. He parked his ship and stepped out of the ship where he was greeted by none other than Ginyu himself. Oh GOD... Kill me now... He mental relented as he disembarked.

"Greetings Mister Alexander! We're always happy to see you!" Ginyu said.

"Just Alex is fine Captain. Unfortunately-" Fortunately "-I don't have time to stay. I just need to speak to Guldo for a few minutes and I'll be on my way." He said trying to maintain the illusion that he was friendly with them even though he found them a bit... Too colorful for his tastes. Though the idea of a premier powerful Mercenary group had crossed his mind. Though hopefully they would be far less... Ginyu.

"Guldo? Oh. Alright. BURTER! TELL GULDO TO GET OFF HIS FAT BUTT! He has a guest!" Why does everyone want to keep talking to Guldo? He wondered to himself as Guldo came running in as fast as he could and his facail expression went from his normal one, to one of absolute terror when he saw Alex waiting for him.

"You- What do you want?" He asked making sure Ginyu was gone. "I kept my end of the bargain!"

"I'm aware Guldo. This has nothing to do with our mutual friends. Though you may want to start looking for a new employer soon. I have a quick job that won't take more than a few minutes." He said and walked over to the little green alien. Alex pointed at his own head. "Someone put a psychic lock on my mind so I can't tap into my full power. You're going to go in my head and removed it. Then. I'm going to kill Frieza's brother. Any questions?" He asks.

"That's suicide! I know your power level is over a million... But Cooler's has to be in the dozens of millions! There's no way any power boost would be enough to fight him! You're crazy!" Guldo insisted.

"Then what are you worried about? If you do this, and I wind up dying, then you'll never have to see me again because I'll be dead, and if you do it for me and I win. Then the looming threat of you becoming useless to Frieza and Cooler goes away. The way I see it, for you it's a win win. You're getting something out of this no matter how this ends. Cooler will never know you were involved. Well. He won't if you keep this quiet and kept away from the other Ginyus. Do we have a deal short stack?"

Talk about twisting his arm. Alex had him cornered 8 ways to Sunday. He had no choice. "A-alright. I'll do it."

Mad Max Morningstar

Tossing a small metallic device to Val, Mad Max began to explain it's purpose to the curious girl. "We will be teleporting down to the surface, these are our way to come back to the ship. It'll stick to your skin or clothes, and when it's removed, it will instantly transport you back here." Maxwell said, affixing the device to his armor, it integrating with it instantly. He looked at Val, who wore her white robe-like outfit with her hood down and revealing her face. She too placed the transporter on herself, more toward her belly than the center of her chest like Max.

She smiled at the Mad King, cute and excited at the same time. "I'm ready!" Max returned her smile and nodded, stepping on a circular platform and was joined by Val at his side, who playfully tapped him with her hip, grinning a bit. He was glad - this mission was bringing out her best, and even now, he saw her as a regular companion...and not only that, but something more. Regardless of his feelings at the moment, he activated the teleporter, sending the duo to the surface in a beam of glowing light.

Arriving on the surface, away from the others, Max scanned his surroundings with his eyes, feeling the energies of the planet as well, locating his, for lack of a better term, "allies" and whoever else whose energy did not match this planet's natural one. "I have located the Dragon Balls - one is close, but it's interesting, some are moving and some are gathered together. Perhaps Frieza has gotten to them first. No matter, so long as I possess one, no one else can use their power."

Twenty Minutes Later...

"Emperor Sanji, Chancellor Ryaku, and High General Myaku Masaki, please report to the bridge, we have arrived at Sigma Galli Prime, repeat, Emperor Sanji Masaki, Chancellor Ryaku Masaki, and High General Myaku Masaki, please report to the bridge at this time." Was what droned throughout the ship, Informing almost everyone within the Starship that the Republic Cruiser had just jumped out of hyperspace and arrived to the planet known as the great Sigma Galli Prime, the former homeworld for the Human-Celestial Hybrid Species which was currently Critically Endangered as the only members of that species were Sanji, Ryaku, Myaku, and Kenji Masaki, Kenji being the firstborn son of Sanji. Upon hearing their names being called, Sanji was the first to enter the bridge, followed a few seconds would come both Ryaku and Myaku Masaki.

"So I assume from the message we heard throughout the Starship is not false, correct Grand Admiral James Quimond?" Myaku asked, his expression being stoic as it had come to the attention of Ryaku that the Psionic Barrier within Myaku had been weakened when Dark Myaku had supplied a small amount of his power to keep his host body alive and well from Okarot's attack. Turning to Myaku, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Quimond saluted to what he would consider his own equal "Ah, of course General Myaku, they don't call me the Red Baron of Space for nothing, you know my record from the Second Great War." Quimond interjected with a small smile on his face.

"You know, just to bring a random fact out, I happened to be looking around in the database of Earth and there was someone with the title of Red Baron before you Quimond." Ryaku said, bringing out a holographic of the now-deceased Manfred von Richthofen "This man, known as Manfred von Richthofen was considered an Ace who served as a German fighter pilot for the Imperial German Army Air Service or the Luftstreitkräfte during the First World War and was most known during 1917, or back in 118 BBR for our time, so the true Red Baron existed over a hundred and eighteen years ago." Ryaku stated, having gained almost entirely full access to the Earth and it's Superpower's Databases.

Quimond then quickly turned away, a small frown on his face, before he felt a pat on his back from Sanji "Ah don't worry Quimond, you would be the technical Red Baron for the Republic, and besides, we aren't from Earth so of course the Republic will recognize you as It's greatest Naval Commander and amongst the aces of the Starfighter Divisions, weren't you responsible for the destruction of over fifty Imperial Starfighters during the battle of Reserdan?" Sanji asked with his trademark smirk. Quimond chuckled as he nodded his head in agreement "You can ask Pellaeon and Admiral Thrawn about that, they helped me when I was in the middle of the fray." Quimond replied with a smile on his face.

After a small moment of reconciliation, Sanji walked forward, telling Quimond to go on a brake while Sanji would lead the Starship "All Forces, this is Sanji Masaki, maintain a protective blockade above Sigma Galli Prime, to the officers of this Starship, begin the landing procedure to the planet, land as close as you can to the Temple of the Grand Warlord, which should be the largest temple, upon landing, I want a protective perimeter established around the starship and the Temple Itself, there are to be no Clone Troopers to enter the temple itself, remeber that we are not here to take anything from the planet." Sanji remided, keeping his hands behind his back as the Starship dubbed as the Supernova began its approach to the surface of Sigma Galli Prime.

A wormhole opened just outside of the atmosphere of Namek and three figures exited out of it. Under normal circunstances, the presence of these beings would essentially spell soon for the universe itself. However, this was no normal circumstance and these beings were not "normal" for their kind. In fact they were here to seek a way to fight their brethren. Word of the Dragon Balls had reached them and they sought to use them to further their own personal goals as well as ensure the preservation of this universe and countless others.

They floated like motionless statues for a few moments before flying down towards the surface of the planet. Upon reaching the lower atmosphere, they broke apart into three groups. One headed in the direction of the base established by Augustin, another heading towards Mad Max, while the third rushed in the direction of Hiroshi. When the base of the Earth heroes came under fire, the being on course there seemingly decided to hasten its approach. It "spoke" and in an instant it was gone and reappeared above the base just as the attack on the base was underway.

The same being spoke once more and for most individuals in the vicinity they wouldn't even be aware that anything had happened. Some however would feel a momentary tug within their mind as the surface of their memories was read. Th e being heading towards Mad Max quickly reached him. Upon doing so it floated above him, motionless as though waiting for a cue to react in some way.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

Nathan was examining the unfamiliar environment until he saw silhouettes far into the mists. Augustin began to yell and Nathan wondered what it was before he recognized the sound of a marching squad, running towards the base. He quickly commanded, “Positions! Aliens! Assume they’re hostile!”.

"Take cover in the building over there!" Nicholas yelled as he signalled towards the building to their left.

Nathan and his team quickly sprang into action and dashed into the base, they crawled against the wall standing between themselves and their enemies, but before they could take positions inside the base, they were already quickly fired upon. The windows above shattered as bullets of energy pelted against them. The base’s walls shook as it stood against the repeated blasts. They were cornered, if they stood up and attempted to retaliate with their own shots, they’d be blasted. Only Richard could withstand the blasts.

Richard stood up and leaned against the wall, and Nathan tossed him a spare energy pistol. He quickly fired several rapid shots through the shattered windows and the proceeding screams indicated at least a few of the shots struck. He was struck twice as well, but the scorch scars healed in almost an instant. He had managed to take out enough aliens to force them to take cover behind a pile of Namekian rocks.

“We won’t be able to get them from here.” Richard informed the team, “I can take them all out, alone, if I charged out.”

Nathan considered what Richard had said. He’d seen what Richard was capable of, and he was confident that Richard had faced stronger enemies.

“Go for it.” Nathan responded.

Part 1:

Richard:
Richard braced his right arm and charged forward. His body forcefully breaches the enemy line. Three of the soldiers lost their balance and fell onto their backs. Richard slammed his hand down straight onto a purple-skinned soldier’s neck, and lifted him by the neck. The soldier grabbed Richard's arm and squirmed and begged as he was lifted even higher before being slammed into the ground with a loud thud. Richard dropped his body and grunted at the surrounding soldiers, who were momentarily distracted by their comrade’s demise. Richard glowed hot-red as he yelled at his remaining enemies. The air around him blurred as he began to radiate heat. The cries of the alien soldiers quickly filled the air, as he released plumes of flame on his enemies, leaving only charred corpses.

“Fuck these bitches.” Richard spat, but just as he was about to return triumphantly to the base, his sides flared up in agony. Richard lost his balance and was knocked aside. He moaned as he clutched his sides and struggled to get back up. What the fuck did that, he thought. As he looked up, he saw the culprit. The beastly alien was at least twice the size of Richard. He had spotted dark-blue skin, a face resembling that of a bull's and was dressed in the same garb as the dead soldiers. Richard clenched his teeth and prepared to retaliate.

The monster released a deafening cry as it charged head first, Richard tried desperately to push himself away, but he quickly fell to his knees. Richard howled as he was struck and pushed back against a tree. The tree snapped at the weight of Richard’s body. Richard‘s glow began to dim as he struggled once more to crawl back onto his feet, but just as he grabbed the side of the fallen tree for support, the monster leaped and landed on Richard’s back. Richard opened his mouth to scream, but no sound managed to escape. The monster stomped repeatedly on Richard’s back. Each time the monster struck, Richard would attempt to push himself back up. The monster continued until Richard stopped struggling.

The monster reached down and lifted Richard by his hair. “I'm going to destroy you.”, the monster whispered. Richard wrapped his hands weakly around the alien’s grip, and begged, “No, please.”, he muttered before being slammed head first into the ground. The ground shook at the force of the impact. Richard’s arms twitched one last time before it fell limp onto the ground.

Nathan:
Nathan shuddered at the sight of Richard’s onslaught. This was the exact reason why Nathan recruited Richard, he’s a wrecking ball, capable of taking out entire squads of enemies by himself. Nathan hid his smirk as Richard burnt his enemies alive, he secretly enjoyed seeing his enemies suffer.

Nathan noticed a silhouette at the far east of the battlefield, it was partially hidden underneath the layers of ash and dust in the air. The figure grew bigger and bigger until it emerged violently out of the cloud of ash and dust.

Nathan thought Richard was aware of the impending alien, but as Nathan glanced back at Richard, he realized Richard was walking back towards them with a snarky grin on his face. Nathan was taken aback as Richard was thrown across the battlefield. The monster wasn’t like the goons Richard and the team had faced, he was bigger, and stronger. Nathan hand instinctively grabbed onto Nicholas. Nicholas was also visibly worried. Nathan gasped as Richard was once again thrown backward, landing on a tree. “Fuck.”, Nathan muttered as he finally realized how terribly outmatched Richard was.

Nathan begged Nicholas, “We need to do something, please.”, but Nicholas and his team behind him was stiff with fear, their body shook each time Richard was pushed into the ground and Nathan released a soft yelp as Richard fell for the final time. They were no longer watching Richard’s onslaught.

“We need to—“ Nathan wanted to instruct the team to help Richard, but fell silent as the monster lifted its face and grinned right at Nathan. Nathan’s eyes widened in terror, his face frozen in a glassy stare of horror and his stomach turned to ice. Nathan tightened his grip around Nicholas’s arm. His team behind him frantically tried to shut the doors, but it was stuck. Nathan’s breathing intensified as the monster strode closer.

Part 2:

Nicholas:
Nicholas stuck his head through the shattered window and looked to the sky, the heroes were far away and occupied with their own battles, none of them noticed Richard’s defeat. As the monster was getting closer, Nicholas pushed Nathan’s hand aside and stepped forward. He took a deep breath and shut his eyes, I have to do this, I have to do this, I have to do this, he chanted silently. He felt Nathan tug at his sleeves as he upholstered his blaster. “No.”, he heard Nathan mutter.

Nicholas opened his eyes and rapidly blasted two shots at the monster, both shots struck the head but they only managed to blind it temporarily. Realizing this was his only window, Nicholas pushed Nathan away and dashed forward. The monster swung its arms wildly in the air as Nicholas slid under him. Nicholas raised his blaster and took aim at the monster’s back, but just as he was about to fire, the monster turned and lunged. Nicholas hopped onto the monster’s head and leapt off it, and the monster howled in frustration.

The monster chased after Nicholas as Nicholas fired two more shots at its head. It wasn’t fazed. Nicholas ran desperately as the monster slammed its fist down, shards of the broken earth flew in every direction. Nicholas’ breath was running thin, every breath he tried to take was like fire being forced down into his lungs. His vision began to blur, he wasn’t sure how long he could continue this game of cat and mouse. Nicholas continued running back as the monster stroke relentlessly, showing no signs of fatigue. A thud was heard as Nicholas’ back hit a wall. He had nowhere else to run.

Nathan, he reminded himself as he waited for the monster to attack. As the monster lunged downwards Nicholas leapt over and onto the monster’s back. This time, Nicholas refused to let go. The monster swung wildly in frustration. “Little vermin!”, Nicholas heard it shout. Every muscle in Nicholas’ arms felt like they were on fire, but he persisted. Nicholas released his left grip and reached towards his pockets. Nathan, he reminded himself once more. The monster began yelling furiously, “GET OFF ME YOU-“ it stopped yelling as Nicholas stuffed a plasma grenade into the beast’s maw.

Nicholas prepared to leap away from the beast but just as he braced himself, the monster gripped tightly onto Nicholas’ right arm. A loud crunch resonated in the air, blood from his arm oozed between the monster’s fingers and Nicholas’ eyes widened in terror and howled in pain. God, no, he pleaded. The monster refused to loosen the grip. Nicholas screamed as he was flung far across the battlefield.

“How are you feeling today Nicky?”

“It's Nicholas.” He demanded. He had been in this ward for over 2 months. “And same as always.” He said. The nurse stared at him for a moment before deciding to comfort Nicholas.

“Don’t worry. You’ll be fine.”

Nicholas knew she was lying. He had been admitted into the hospital thrice in the last 6 months. Each stay longer than the next. He was an orphan, and the agency he was situated in didn’t have enough money to provide treatment and the donation campaign they planned failed horribly, no one showed up and he’s depending on the government for this bed. He wasn't this depressed when he was first diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.

During his first stay in the hospital, he had many visitors from the orphanage, his friends insisted on visiting every two days, and his administrators back at the orphanage visited almost every day, it almost felt like he had a family. However, the numbers of visitors he had dwindled during his second stay. The last card he received was months ago, lying in trash somewhere. Nowadays, during visiting hours, Nicholas would just lay down with his face in the pillow, some days he’d try to block out the chatter, others he’d pretend that they were talking to him.

One day, as he struggled to block out the surrounding mumblings, he heard the voice of a young boy. “Daddy, where is his family?” Nicholas pretended he hadn’t heard anything and continued to face away. “That boy’s just like how you were, before you came home with me.”, he heard an older man say. Nicholas couldn’t hear any responses from the boy and he thought they had left until he felt a tug at the corner of his sleeve. “Hey.” The boy called. Nicholas continued to face the other way, pretending to be asleep. “Hey, are you awake?” Nicholas ignored him and the boy left.

A week later, Nicholas had long forgotten about the boy. “You know, you’ll feel a lot better if you don’t sleep all day.” The nurse chided. Nicholas turned away, and the nurse left after finishing her duties. “Hey.” Nicholas turned back and wanted to yell, “Go aw—“. It was a boy—The boy from the week before. Nicholas stared at the boy, confused and slightly annoyed. “Hello.” The boy muttered. Nicholas looked around for his dad but couldn’t find anyone resembling the boy. “Why are you alone?” Nicholas questioned. “No I’m not.” He replied, “My dad’s over there”, he said as he pointed to a blonde Caucasian male, probably in his 30s. Nicholas finally realized what it had meant by “just like how you were”. “Hello”, the boy repeated. Nicholas furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. “Hey.” Nicholas eventually replied. “My dad said I should speak to you, he told me you needed it.” Nicholas didn't enjoy pity, “Go away, I need to rest.” Nicholas scolded.

“But you rested all day!” the boy retorted. “My dad said everyone needs someone to talk to. Come on, let’s talk!”

Nicholas turned away and pretended to fall asleep, hoping the boy would leave.

“Alright, you can just listen. I’ll do the talking.”

“Well, I guess we can start with how my day was. It went really badly and I’m really sad, dad didn’t let me have MacDonald’s for breakfast. Told me I’ll get really fat. I told him I didn’t care though, but he still said I should watch my weight, but I’m as light as a feather! I really don’t know what he’s talking about, he talks a lot, but I like it when he talks……” The boy rambled on relentlessly until he finally stopped. “Oh, my dad says we have to go, I’ll come back tomorrow.” Nicholas rolled his eyes, but as he did, he hid a smile.

That following night his entire body flared up and seared in agony. He tried to scream or press the nurses’ button, but his body froze up in agonizing pain, it felt like his body was being torn apart, cell by cell.

-

Nicholas waited a whole day for the boy to come, but by the last hour of the visiting period, he gave up and decided that the boy won’t be visiting him. “Hey!” He immediately tried to hide his smile as the boy greeted him. “Sorry I’m late!” he panted, “My dad said I should get you a card, said it’d make you feel better.” The boy said as he placed a card onto Nicholas’ arm.

“Um thanks?”

Nicholas replied. Just as Nicholas was about to pick the card up to read, the boy screamed. “You spoke! You spoke!”

Nicholas immediately blushed at the scene the boy was making. “Sssh, yes, I did, quieten down, please.” He pleaded.

“Sorry!” the boy apologized immediately. “By the way, Nicky—“.

“It’s—Nevermind.” Nicholas didn’t mind.

“Since we’re talking now, my name’s Nathaniel, but most people call me Nathan, my dad calls me his personal dumbass though.” Nathan joked.

Nicholas smirked as he teased weakly, “Well, I guess you’re pretty dumb sooo”.

Nathan exploded into laughter and responded, “You’re funny, Nicky.”. They continued talking until the visiting hours were over.

Nicholas was visited by Nathan almost daily from that point. Nicholas was at first reluctant to elaborate on his condition, but Nathan insisted on knowing. Nathan became quieter that day, but the following day he ran past all the other beds and exclaimed, “My dad said he’ll fix you!” Nicholas world stopped spinning for a moment. “What do you mean?” Nicholas hastily questioned. “My dad said he’s hired special doctors to heal you. The doctors will start next week! My dad said something about chemo something.”. Nicholas couldn’t believe it, but it really was happening, there’s actually a chance he’d be cured.

-

It was his final cycle, and the doctor had just announced that he’s body is a 100% cancer free. He was supposed to meet up with Nathan, to share the good news. He waited outside the chemotherapy centre, but Nathan never showed up. He received a call hours later while still waiting on the pavement across the centre. “Hey Nicky.” Nathan sounded gloom. “Hey, sup, where are you? I’m cured!” Nicholas exclaimed. “Good for you, but I don’t think I can hang out with you anymore, my dad got taken to jail, I’m going to be sent to a social welfare centre later today.” Nathan paused. “I’m afraid, Nicky. I think they’re taking away my dad for good.”. Nathan sobbed before he continued, “I need to go, they’re coming. I’ll try to call if they let me use the pho—“All of a sudden Nicholas found himself lying limp on the ground. He heard a voice similar to Nathan’s but slightly deeper.

“Nicholas. Wake up, Nicholas don’t die. Please, wake up.”, Nicholas was confused, he was cured, why would he die? “Nicky, Please, wake up.”, I’m fine, Nicholas wanted to reply, but no words would come out.

Nathan:
Nathan kneeled over Nicholas’ cold body. Nathan had rejoiced initially, he thought they had won, he thought Nicholas did the impossible, but as soon as he realized Nicholas wasn't moving, he lost it.

“Nicholas. Wake up, don’t die. Please, wake up.”, Nathan sobbed, his tears falling onto Nicholas’ face.

“Nicky. Please, wake up.”.

“You never loved him at all?” The voice asked.

“I used to, as a brother maybe, I think. But no. Not recently, and never the way he loved me.”

“And you never told him the truth?”

“No.”

“You never questioned your actions?”

“No.”

“Do you really believe your lies are justified?”

“Yes.”

“Why are you crying then?”

"About time. I don't know if aliens go to the same hell as my mother, but I'M SENDING YOU SOMEWHERE!" Faster than the eye could see, Sayaku flew up to grapple with one of the goons. While Saiyan martial arts were mostly striking attacks, demons relied heavily on grabs and dodging. So Sayaku grabbed the alien by the arms, planted his feet, and tore his limbs right off.

"Really, can you try to fight? You aren't even fast enough to keep up with me." Sayaku's afterimage took the blasts from Frieza'a goons, while he appeared behind two of them with fireballs raised over their heads. They both succombed to unholy blue fire, writhing to the ground in agony, while Sayaku let loose a bone-chilling laugh.

"Come. Show me what you can do." The soldiers who weren't terrified into retreating looked between each other, and attacked. Really, is this all they can do? Sayaku thought, as he countered their attack with a mass of blue fire from his hands. No enemies were left ready to challenge him, off to attack other parts of the base and Prince's troop. Sayaku, wreathed in blue flames, flew to continue his counter assault.

"O-Okay. Hold still." Guldo says and uses his psychic powers to enter into the mind of Alex where he found the man waiting for him inside his own mind. "You can do that?"

"I was made to be able to withstand direct mental attack. Think of it as insurance. You even think about doing something to the inside of my head, and I'll leave you in the deepest vegetative state the universe has ever seen." He said obviously not in the mood for waiting around. "Lead the way shorty." Alex said and Guldo reluctantly started to walk looking inside of Alex's head and seeing memories of his. He quickly came to the conclusion that Alex in actuality was not very old, only being about 5 years old despite having the body of a fully grown human.

"You looked a lot older. I figured you were at least 20 Human years old. Your mind doesn't go back that far. This shouldn't take more than a few..." He says and stops at what looked like an empty blackness. "Wha-What is that?" He asked and stepped back a bit. It was like staring into empty space. No stars, no lights, only nothing.

"That looks like a hole. Likely the suppressed memory that allows me access to the rest of my powers. The sooner you knock it down, the sooner I'll be out of your hair... Figuratively speaking. Hop to it amigo. I'm not going anywhere." He said and sat down on what would be air.

Guldo took a few deep breaths, not that he actually was breathing anything, but it helped him focus enough to psychically attack the barrier. Upon doing so, Alex fell onto the ground clutching his head. "I'm sorry! That wasn't me I swear!"

"Yes it was! Keep going! Pain is just weakness leaving the body! I didn't say stop!" Hr said and Guldo went back to work.It took what was a minute but felt like an hour, but the void in Alex's mind was gone and upon doing that, both of them were ejected back into eachother's respective bodies. However, Recoome and Ginyu were looking over the two while they were unconscious.

"Do you think they're dead?" Ginyu asked. ""Cause if they are. Those Illuminati guys are going to be very upset. Have you read their power levels? I swear the one in blue might blink Lord Frieza out of existence."

"Recoome thinks we should poke them with a stick." He says and suddenly both of them sat up, Alex with a bloody nose. Recoome and Ginyu both jumped back from the Golden warrior. "Recoome requests a new pair a pants..."

"God... Ugh..." Alex says and he stood back up. "Thanks Shorty. I owe you one. As for the rest of you." He turned to the rest of the Ginyu Force. "Do me a favor and read my power level." He said. "I feel incredible... I feel like I can rip apart a planet with just my bare hands... Come on! What's the number!?" He asked and took a step forward and the Ginyus took 5 steps back. Ginyu hiumself read Alex's power level and was quite literally in awe.

"60 million... How is that even possible... 60 million..."

"That'll do big guys. Try not to get yourself killed. I've got a job to do. Alright Cooler. Say your prayers..."

Lisa had been in a few battles before, if she could remember correctly, about twelve. After all, she was an android, and that tended to attract a certain attention and a certain desire. Some wishes to use her, some to study her, some to destroy her. She tended to be fairly content with either escape or knocking them out, seeing as she had a dislike for killing, perhaps something she learnt or something programmed in her. Some half assed attempt to control her maybe. As a result of her limited experience, she at least had some idea of what was going on, though was confused as to what she should do.

After a few seconds of pausing, she moved away from her pod. A few blasts were sent her way but were easily dodged with spacial powers, giving her unparalleled maneuverability on this battlefield, the only thing holding her back from doing anything really useful was her passive nature and childlike innocence. She didn't really have any desire to fight. She redirected some shots with portals to help discourage further attacks. Soon she found Augustin again, quickly teleporting towards him, hoping to at least be able to support him in this battle.

"Do you require assistance?' She asked.

Okarot was about to fly off to another village when he felt several high powers, seemingly fighting each other. Likely over one of the Dragon Balls. So, if most of Frieza's goons were out fighting... and Frieza was in a village, at least from what he could tell... that meant... that meant...

Okarot suddenly shot off of the ground, a blue aura blazing behind him. Several relatively high power levels that didn't seem to be fluctuating were all in one spot. About ten in total. And just as Okarot suspected, it was Frieza's ship. It was open for he taking, all his! Such a golden opportunity!

Several soldiers patrolled the outside of the ship, making casual small talk while Frieza was away. Suddenly, one of them seemed to explode. The others recoiled in terror as Okarot landed, sticking their blasters at him, "Hey! What... what do you think you're doing Okarot! Why did you kill that soldier?! Why are you even here?!", they shouted.

Okarot smiled, "Well, I was just in the neighborhood and thought I'd stop by and pick up some Dragon Balls. You're not using them, right?", he said before laughing, "And I wouldn't try to stop me, or your deaths will be much slower.", he said, as he stuck out his hand and fired a rapid fire blast at the rest of the guards.

Suddenly, a rather feminine voice sounded behind him, a voice that stopped Okarot in his tracks, "And I had such high hopes for you. Your father was just like you, but I thought you could break your monkey ways. But, it's time for consequences. Just know when I do this, I do it because you've left me know choice."

Okarot began to speak, "Lord Friez-", he managed to get out before he was knocked out by a neck chop from the galactic tyrant.

Frieza looked over to his minion Zarbon, "Go stick him in one of the healing pods. I don't want him dead just yet."

Upon landing the Starship Supernova about six and a half miles away from the Temple of the Grand Warlord, Sanji had re-though the idea for his soldiers within the Starship, turning to Quimond did he tell his friend "Admiral, let the Clone Commander be aware that my standing order has changed, rather that the troops are to establish a full perimeter around the Supernova at this time, but only to defend the Starship from potential attacks from wild animals, yes I know that they will wonder why can't they just seal the damn landing platform, but that will only serve to be a type of hassle, and besides." Sanji started, leaning close to Quimond's ear "They need a little bit of a Live-Training Exercise to keep their minds sharp and their weapons ready for anything that comes our way." Sanji finished, looking to see a smile on the Grand Admiral's features "Alright sir, I'll organize the perimeter within the hour, just got to rouse the troops for preparations in establishing the perimeter." Quimond replied, lifting his Admiral Hat and tipping it towards Sanji in a manner of respect.

"So I assume that you told the troops to only establish a perimeter around the Starship until our return Sanji?" Ryaku asked, receiving only a small nod from Sanji, who jumped aboard a speeder, starting the speeder up "Alright then, considering that we have about a five minute journey to the temple, Sanji, you and Myaku can race towards the temple if you wi-" Ryaku stopped as within moments, Sanji and Myaku took off at full speed on their speeder's as they began to race towards the Temple of the Grand Warlord. Ryaku let out a heavy sigh as he took off at a relatively fast but safe speed towards the temple "Damn, I guess they really did want to race, I can't blame them though, this job is always stressful to just manage a nation with great seriousness."

Frieza looked over to his minion Zarbon, "Go stick him in one of the healing pods. I don't want him dead just yet."

Kirana remained silent as the Saiyan was dealt with, staying nearby Frieza, though not a close as Zarbon was. "So this is Okarot..." She muttered indistinct to herself. She had heard of the Saiyan before, though not enough to form an opinion. She had some empathy for him, a being who had lost his planet, his entire race, like her... Still, this sympathy didn't exactly matter. She was a professional, and professionals didn't let feelings get in the way of their work. It was part of the reason people hired her. That and she was a Kryptonian. That came in handy too.

She looked up one of the stars this planet could call suns, the yellow one specifically. A smile almost cracked as she felt their reinvigorating energy. Though, as she looked down she was reminded of what a piece of crap this planet was otherwise. There was not a whole lot on this planet, apart from blue grass, water and a few scattered villages (Which weren't exactly going to be around for much longer)... Oh, and powerful artifacts which summoned dragons and gave wishes. That was perhaps the other saving grace of Namek. Though honestly she didn't care enough about them. Gaining infinite money or infinite power just by wishing for it seemed pointless.

She continued to think as she stayed near Frieza, awaiting any orders the Tyrant might have for her. Dodoria and Zarbon had dealt with the Namekians up till now. Who knows? She might actually get to do something rather than stand around twiddling her thumbs.

The figure continued to float silently in front of Max. If it had eyes, it would probably seem as though it were staring right at him and studying him. However, there was also a sense that it wasn't truly "looking" at him. Rather it seemed like it was looking through him. It felt cold, and detached. It slightly cocked its head to the side and then suddenly turned its head to Val. It looked at her for barely three seconds before turning back to face Max once again. And then it spoke.

To Max, it would first sound like a bunch of incomprehensible garbles. It also sounded completely...alien, for lack of a better term. It didn't sound like it had a particular gender, either. In fact, it sounded mechanical -- lifeless. After a few seconds, it formed actual words that Max could understand.

"...not your enemy. Ah, there. Forgiiive us. We have not spoken on a...mortal level iiiin some tiiime. We care not for faiiiling to iiintrude upon your miind. The figure, once done speaking, went back to the state of that previously. It floated in silence once more, waiting for a response. It appeared to be attempting to not seem threatening in any fashion as it looked at Max.

Myaku Masaki
Trial of Strength

Upon landing within the darkness, Myaku quickly jumped up, activating his double bladed lightsaber from sheer instinct as he feared something would happen, however these fears were quickly vanquished as the Ghostly Spirit of Asumar Masaki manifested in front of him, a small and friendly smile on his face "You need not be afraid young Myaku for you are not to die in the temple, but rather to experience something like your two brothers too are experiencing." Asumar stated, the darkness around Myaku lighting up to reveal a medium sized room with what looked like the carving of a Yin Yang Symbol. Stopping to take a look around the room, Myaku quickly turned to the spirit of Asumar "What... what in the world is this place?" Myaku asked in awe, never having seen a room like this even within the greatest Dark Jedi Temples. "Ah yes." Asumar said with a start as he took a seat onto the ground "The call this room the trial of the mentality, a test which will test your current mental condition, as you can see, you've noticed that the darkness within your heard is beginning to grow, correct?" Asumar asked.

Being taken aback, Myaku was stunned at how even the now-deceased specter of Asumar could detect that the psionic barriers within his body were beginning to deteriorate at a rapid rate due to inadvertently awakening the darkness during his extremely short fight with Okarot, a battle which resulted in Myaku letting his guard down for quite a few minutes, allowing Dark Myaku to work extremely quickly to begin the entropy of the psionic barriers. Myaku then looked at his descendent with a small frown on his face "Yes, I too have noticed that the sickness within my heart has begun to expand at such a quick rate that the barriers themselves cannot keep up with the entropy of their lines, very soon will the darkness overtake the barriers and take over my body and soul." Myaku stated, sitting on his knees.

"Which is why you joined your brothers on this journey to see If we could do anything correct?" Asumar said with a small smile, before he placed his hand on Myaku's head, closing his eyes as he whispered in an ancient dialect "Don't worry, me and my brother have expected something like this to happen, which is why I've just added some extra power to the barriers, that should stop your dark counterpart's advancement." Asumar said as he took a step back, gesturing Myaku to the carving of the Yin Yang Symbol to the ground, Myaku taking steps to the Symbol "Take a seat on the Symbol and begin meditating Myaku, for your trial is about to commence." Asumar said calmly, sitting right in front of Myaku, who stared at Asumar with a confused look on his face "A trial?" Myaku said in question "What type of trial are we talking about here, one of power?" Myaku asked.

Asumar smiled and shook his head with a chuckle "Why of course not young one." Asumar said, putting his hand upon Myaku's shoulder "But rather a trial of the spirit, a trial which will pin you against an opponent who knows almost all of your powers and abilities, an opponent whose heart is as dark as the blackest void. An individual with such malice that even the brightest mind would shiver in submission to the entity, a power that is almost entirely unlimited with no time limit whatsoever." Asumar said cryptically, causing Myaku to stare at him In utter confusion "How would I be able to face such an enemy who knows all of my powers and abilities, I don't think It will be possible." Myaku said, trying to point out the obvious things to his ancestor.

Asumar let out a small chuckle as he kept his eyes closed, his face showing such a serenity that it seemed as If his spirit too had died and gone to 'heaven' so to speak "That... I will allow you to find out, but I will give you only a small hint, accept..." Asumar said, placing his finger on Myaku's forehead, and within moments did Myaku's eyes close instantly.

Appule sat outside of the healing chamber that contained Okarot. He had sustained massive damage to his spinal cord, fortunately, the newer model of healing pod was able to heal it quickly. And, his power had increased marginally. It was now a little less than double what it was before, nearing 90,000. And, he was just about feeling better. Appule looked up at the sign of movement. The last thing he would ever see.

Suddenly, an explosion rocked the ship. Frieza looked over at Zarbon, "Zarbon! Who did you leave guarding him!", he shouted angrily, as they rushed to look outside of the room hey we're standing in, to see Appule dead in the mostly destroyed hallway, "Appule?! You left Appule with Okarot?!", he screamed.

Zarbon responded quickly and somewhat defensively, "I thought he could handle it!", he yelled, terrified of what Frieza might do.

Frieza yelled back at Zarbon, "Dammit Zarbon, you will be punished for this!", the tyrant screamed angrily, "I have to make a call.", he said, patching through a transmission to Captain Ginyu, "Ginyu, we need you here! Hurry the Hell up and get to planet Namek!"

Meanwhile, Okarot stormed into the room where they were keeping the Dragon Balls, blasting a hole through the window, laughing as he tossed five of the balls out of the ship, counting as he did, "One, two three, four, five!", he shouted, before he took off, flying out of the ship and to where he threw the Dragon Balls. His shots where pretty accurate too, as he managed to get them near the village he destroyed, and hid them in the cave with the other one. That left only one more ball.

And what do you know, another person seemed to be nearby, someone of decent power. He crossed his fingers as he approached, and when he saw the ball in the person's hands, he nearly couldn't believe it. Stopping right in front of the one he would come to know as Hiroshi, he smiled, sticking out his hand, "Well hello there. That's a nice Dragon Ball you've got. Mind if I hold onto it?"

"I've got a Dragon Ball!"

Hiroshi's body surprisingly giddy voice echoed across the landscape, again, surprisingly considering what he'd done to Dodoria. 'Bastard deserved it, after what he did… he felt a moderate power sweep across the horizon nearing him, but not before Hiroshi reached him, his wicked smile unsettling the young hero.

' He's stronger then me, how did he get this strong since Earth? Please don't make me use the Kaio-Ken so early on.' he growled as he clutched the Dragon Ball closer, raising his power level to his max comfortably.

"I saw what you did to those villages, your lucky I don't kill you where you stand bastard." He spat, taking a deep breath as he readied his body, both physically and mentally to activate the Kaio-Ken.

Alex left and went back to his ship. It involved a small flight through the vacuum of space, but it didn't bother him thanks to his Kryptonian genes and the near by stars. "Next stop. A dead Arcosian. Wonder how I should kill him..." He thought to himself. "I could just slice off his head and keep it as a trophy. Eh. It might stink after awhile. Who could I pay to stuff and mount something like that... And where would I get the money to afford something like that? I don't have space money. Credits I think one of them said was the currency." He said and looked at the semi-reflective wall of the ship. "I'm talking to myself." He said and let out a sigh. "I really need to make some friends. That's just sad."

He flew for the better part of an hour and then came across a circular space ship in the orbit of a planet. He turned on the power scanner and confirmed that Cooler was indeed on the ship. A power level of 50 million. Weaker than him. It wouldn't be an easy fight, but the odds were in his favor. He had more advantages than Cooler did. Or so he though until the entire rear half of his ship was blasted off and forced him to let the front have fall towards the planet. He looked into the void of space to see three beings. "That was kind of rude. That was my ride home." He said and flew over to the group. "I'll leave..." He said and The Large Green one and the Lizard like one tried to grab Alex only to be immediately vaporized. "Alright pretty boy. You wanna try something too?"

Salza flew back a bit in what could best be described as absolute terror. The golden man just obliterated Dore and Neiz like they were ants under a magnifying glass. "What... What are you?!" He said and tried to get a reading on Alex only to have the scouter explode when it tried to count his power level.

"French? I wasn't aware there was a space France. Our French smell like crap and are cheese eating surrender monkeys. Are you a cheese eating surrender monkey?" He said and snickered a bit. "Okay okay... I may have been a bit over dramatic with vaporizing your cohorts. Sorry. I've had a rough day. Tell you what Frenchy. why don't you head down to that planet while I speak with your boss, mmmkay?" Alex said and without a word, Salza shot towards the planet with quite a bit of fear speed. "Now..." He said and "opened" the door to Cooler's ship.

"I wasn't expecting guests. But that little light show you put on earlier is interesting. Those men had power levels of over 150,000. You swatted them like flies. I am impressed with you to say the least. You're... You look human. I have heard the stories about your guardians. Powerful beings who protect your world at all costs. Earth is it? Tell you what. Since I now ave a few positions open, why don't you come work for me?"

Alex stopped for a moment. Was he really considering Cooler's offer? He did pretty much tell the Illuminati to go jump off a cliff. Going back to Earth wasn't going to be safe...
