Approximiately areound Firebase Kemstov
Armed with AK-74s; 112 fighters of the RNSF advanced on the military base. The Roskian Military; though it considered itself to be a hyperpower; had minimal presence on Kemstov Island. They had restricted the force there to 10 thousand; and removed most heavy weapons from the Island after the 1998 North Sempit Treaty, of which Roski signed because it didn't want a potentially hostile nation on its borders.
The troops were dressed in all white; this not only made them blend in with the snow, but also made them stand out from the Roskian troops; and as the other rebels would be looking for those in all white, they would be easily spottable.
They lined themselves by the trees; for they had finally reached the Roskian base.
They slowly closed in on the base; and advanced slowly until they could hear the voice of the soldiers.
The majority of them were merely having side conversations. How disrepectful, they had just massacred dozens and they were speaking about their personal lives!
This was why the Government had to fall. They were arrogant, rude, and most of all; they had no idea how to run a country. 40 million people were dead because of their actions, and now they think they can keep control?
The troops reached a visibility of the base, and set up. They would begin the attack with sudden explosive devices detonating, tossed into the base from the side and causing chaos. While the petty Roskians ran from the explosions, they'd be running into gunfire; and the first of the rebellion would begin. The leader gave the order, and the rebels grabbed the chain explosive, started the charge at either end, and threw them into the base. The explosions detonated upon reaching the ground, taking the troops by surprise. The rebels immediately opened up with their AK-74s, and the Roskians ran for cover. The attack was sudden, and terrifying for the Roskians. Many fired blindly into the surrounding areas; a couple hits unknowingly being scored, while the vehicle commanders ran to their respective tanks.
The attack turned from good to bad, for the rebels, however. The relative ineffectiveness to counter the Roskian troops put Liberators on them, and the rebels were quickly overrun by the IR sensability on the tanks.
The rebels pulled back, and the Roskian Military had been alerted. The country was now dividing, and the Roskian people would cry at the end of the day.
