It's 2019. War and diplomacy have changed the borders in the middle east and the governments in the middle east have mostly purified their nations into one people, one religion and one leadership. The major powers are looking to the middle east to gain influence and the nations in the middle east want to expand at the cost of the others so the tension grows. If you want to join in in this game of power can you choose a nation and fill in the application to rule one of the nations of the world. At the same moment that I deny or accept you will I give you a short history, starting allies and an indication of your nations military strength. The starting borders are already defined. Multiple NS nations can control one nation and a NS nation can control up to two nations.

So, choose your nation and create your own future for that nation. The IC will go up when enough people have arrived.
