Ho Chi Ein arrived at the conference, as president of SEAF, he saw Vietnam grow from a regional power in South East Asia, to SEAF, a federation that controls south east Asia. Ho Chi Ein was proud at what he accomplished, SEAF was on its way to becoming a superpower. He traveled to Istanbul/Constantinople rather discreetly he did not use the private jets of the other leaders, he merely arrived in a commercial flight, in economy class making him the great commoners and is also what allowed him to retain such high level of support among the population because he lived a lavish life style only a simple and spartan one. He did have trouble convincing the driver that he was a leader of a country though, even though he eventually prevailed and arrived at the conference.

"But East Anglia appreciates the shipments: the newly constructed Anglian Patrol is finally in our waters, so we can start patrolling in case of Irish/Russian attack now without fear of looking weak. Actually, we've just began construction of two smaller fleets at the same dockyard."

Currently is the republic of Cyprus being conquered by the UK as they promissed not to attack Northern Cyprus, even with honouring Northern Cyprus by flying you're flag on cityhalls. And of course will we be you're ally, that's our duty as the country who made you exist!
Also Ireland has declared war against Turkey and Russia has decided to ally with Ireland so right now a conferance is being held in Istanbul.
