Occupation: Senator, Carpenter
Party Position(s): Senator
Positions in Government: Senator
Constituency: N/A
Political Ideology: Far Left
Family: N/A
Background: Born in the city of New Perth, Janurary 20th, 1990, Senator Cashmere was born to Mr Robert Cashmere and Mrs Bethany Cashmere. His father was once senator for New Perth, and loved by many. Mostly raised by his mother, Senator Cashmere showed a love for politics at a young age, as well as working with wood, though that is not the reason he was voted senator. Schooled at the expensive God's Private Primary (A Catholic Private school), and later on in life, Christian High. When his father was tragically gunned down by people claiming to do the work of god, Cashmere lost all faith in god, and later attended a secular university. Joining the race for the Senate at the young age of twenty, Cashmere had two failed runs, before finally being voted in, at the age of 23. Cashmere's policies reduced crime in the city by 10%, and has been reelected to the Senate twice. He has been recently appointed the Toronian Senator for the Democratic Left party in Calvarde.

How does senator Cashmere, self-describing as belonging to the far-left feel about the DL forming a coalition with the LDP a party that at best is center-left and has a large minority group describing as plainly center or even center-right?: "It all depends on their social policies. If they are Center Right Economically I can deal with that, but socially I would not like it all."

Elon Stark, PhD - Union for a Common Movement

Occupation: Senator, municipal government official, and businessman/entrepreneur
Party Position(s):None
Positions in Government:City Council Member of Palamara and Member of the Board of Education of Palamara
Constituency: The city of Palamara and the surrounding area
Political Ideology: Friedmanism, democracy, classical Liberalism
Family: Wife: Caylie Stark; Children: Nathan, Deshler, and Wendy
Background: Elon was born on the city of Palamara to father Damien and mother Darla Stark. Damien Stark was a millionaire at the time by his starting and owning a large engineering firm and later a real estate and architecture company. At the age of 16 Elon graduated from high school and went to Palamara College majoring in business, engineering, and economics. His college shenanigans are famous due to the amount of people that went to them and the amount of illicit activities in them, he is the reason why Palamara College was the Number One Party School in the World for a decade. He graduated with 2 PhD's - one in economics one in aeronautical engineering - and 3 Bs's - in all of his majors - at the age of 22. He then joined his father's engineering firm working on military contracts that advanced the nation's military might by an incredible amount. After his father's death when he was 24 Elon was left full ownership of the firms. He began expanding the engineering firm buying out nearly all of his competitors. The new corporation that was created by him then went public, far exceeding expectations for its ipo. With Elon's first billion made from the new Corp's ipo Elon expanded the real estate/architecture to international levels. Elon again went public with the company and again exceeded expectations. Elon then bought nearly all busineses in Palamara. Finally retiring from business with an estimated value of 6 billion nsd Elon became the mayor of Palamara and chairman of the Board of Education. After a decade of this Elon began his assent up the political ladder. Before becoming Senator, Elon was the head of the space agency for 5 years, becoming a loud advocate for increased spending for the agency.

Any Questions from the Public to be answered?
- How do you feel about funding for the space agency? I believe we should be investing into it, our future as a species depends on having an insurance policy of other places in the universe.
- How do you feel about education? If we want to be at the top of the world stage our population has to be very well educated. For this reason I believe that free college is necessary. I also believe that funding for k-12 education must be raised, to allow our schools to pay for the most modern tools in the world, to maintain a technologically literate population.
- Health care and insurance? Health care is very expensive, as is health insurance. We need to take care of one another. By us taking care of each other we lower costs over time due to a healthier populace to start. I propose health care vouchers for the nation's neediest citizens so they may afford to be healthy. The reason for vouchers over nationalization, in my belief, is because the private sector is more efficient than the public, though if the hospitals and insurer's begin to raise prices due to artificial stimulation from the government, nationalization could be beneficial.
- Business regulation? As a businessman I can say that most of the nation's business regulation are superfluous. They accomplish nothing more then increasing over head. I believe that business regulation is still necessary though, to prevent our citizens from abuse.
- What is your stance in foreign policy? I believe that the nation should have a reasonable defense force and should continue military research. I don't think we should engage is useless conflicts though, as that is very expensive for us. I believe we should maintain a system of armed neutrality. We should strive to maintain peace through economic conditions with all nations - selling anything to anyone, whether arms or food. I believe that us selling arms to other nations will allow us to maintain military technological development.
- How do you believe in the Garunteed Minimum Income and maintain an anti-socialism stance? I believe in near completely unregulated capitalism. I do recognise that the poor sometimes suffer in this type of system. That is why I belive that the Garunteed Minimum Income is necessary, it Garuntees everyone a decent life. It also requires one who is capable of working to work in community service to some degree this helps the community by allowing for things like janitorial services to be taken care of.
- You seem to look like Elon Musk. Do you happen to know him or anything, whats your relationship like? You know what, I seem to get that a lot. Truthfully he and I are very close friends who often spend summers together in Monaco, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Liechtenstein for our vacations. I am actually invited to go with him to Mars eventually, and to see the launch of the first Falcon Heavy. He is very uhh special in my uhh heart. I am also in discussion with him to move some of his companies' operations to Calaverde.
- The US supported the dictatorship in Calaverde and many others in the regions assisting authoritarian regimes murder and torture thousands of anti-government activists. Should Calaverde ask for an official apology or financial compensation for the victims of this abuse? Yes, no government should ever be forgiven for supporting evil and suffering. We must have some form of justice for their predatory, victim creating foreign policy.
- Should Calaverde try and gain full employment? Not necessarily, it is better to just support the unemployed and to gain as much employment as is necessary. We should not begin hiring people for useless tasks.
- Do you believe in man-made climate change. How should we tackle it/Why don't you believe in it? (different questions depending on the first response) Yes, we need to begin investing in solar and wind energy where possible and nuclear where not. We should also invest in becoming potentially able to habit other worlds, like my friend Elon Musk is attempting to do, so that if our planet does become uninhabitable we have a back up plan for the species rightfully meant to harness the universe.
The senator is looking for more questions from the public.
