It is the best AAA sandbox title ever created.

Rockstar doesn't owe you shit.
They spent fuckloads of money and hours making GTAV the amazing game it is.
You already got your ~$60 worth of content and now you're being ungrateful.

Not only did you get an amazing story mode, you didn't have to pay for an online pass like some games have done recently.
Going further, you get community-created maps for the tons of game-modes available.
And further still, you get free DLC. FREE. DLC. That's extremely uncommon with AAA titles, so don't take it for granted.

Heists are just one aspect of GTA:O that has been hyped since day one.
I'm glad that Rockstar is spending time on it rather than rushing it out because of people like you.

If they rushed it, it would be a buggy and shitty mess that would have to be patched later.
That'd probably be pretty disappointing.

I believe it's taking so long simply because they want to make the heists replayable so you can customize each one a thousand ways.
Nothing says returning customers like fun content that doesn't get old.

Now quit being ungrateful.

That doesn't change the fact that they've been hyped since release and consistently delayed in a manner that suggest R* knew they wouldn't be able to provide when they said they would.
