We would like to ask if HIA v.2 offers refurbishment and modernization packages for existing equipment. Currently some 50% of our equipment is damaged or unoperational due to the civil war that ended recently. Our military infrastructure is still recovering and we're not able to perform this program by ourselves yet. We operate the following items:

* Ground Forces:
- 3,800 T-72B local production tanks; 2876 of them are unoperational, the others need major repair;
- 850 T-80 local production tanks; 214 are unoperational, 337 are battle-damaged and the rest need major repair;
- 350 T-90S local production tanks; all of them operational but their electronic equipment and sights need modernization;
- 4,300 BTR-80 local production APCs; 3,455 are battle-damaged and the rest are unoperational.
- 1,000 Stryker combat vehicles; 829 are battle-damaged
- 500 BTR-90 local production APCs; 116 are battle-damaged, the rest need inspection and eventually modernization of electronic systems;
- 400 BTR-60 local production light APCs; 305 are battle damaged, the rest are in a very poor condition due to lack of maintenance;'
- 28 Pershing tactical mobile missile carriers; missiles and vehicles need major upgrade;
- 50 SCUD-D missile carriers with a total of 150 missiles; all need a major upgrade.
- 1,120 Castor SP artillery units; need major repair;
- 200 2S7 Pion artillery units; need modernization;
- 650 M270 MLRS rocket artillery units; need upgrade and repairs;
- 325 BM-21 Grad rocket artillery units; very poor condition;
- 225 Msta-M artillery units; very poor condition;
- 1,600 Dragon-T mobile mortar systems; need modernization;
- 300 Bandkanon-1 artillery units; need complete modernization;
- 100 2S1 artillery units; extremely poor condition;
- 400 M101 SP artillery units; very poor condition;

* Air and Air Defense Forces:

- 550 SA-6 mobile SAM systems; need complete modernization;
- 1,100 SA-2 and 650 SA-5 fixed SAM systems; need complete modernization; we are ready to acquire similar systems in case these cannot be repaired or modernized.
- 180 SA-10 mobile SAM systems; need minor repairs;
- 100 SA-13 mobile SAM systems; need modernization;
- 100 SA-17 mobile SAM systems; need minor repairs and inspection;
- 450 MiG-23MLD fighters; need complete modernization;
- 1650 MiG-29S fighters; need repairs and modernization;
- 50 MiG-25 fighters; need complete modernization;
- 31 MiG-33 fighters; need inspection and minor repairs;
- 19 Su-27 fighters; need minor repairs;

We are currently modernizing our transport fleet and sea vessels, but our factories do not operate at full capacity in order to handle our modernization program. We would like to know if you can perform these tasks. We thank you for your attention.

Subject: Military Hardware Upgrading, Replacement, Repair

Your forces have significantly been affected by the ravages of combat as listed. HIA can do refurbishment and modernization packages for your equipment listed, with our homegrown technologies as per afore mentioned equipment is slightly different then those offered by us.

Still such is within our capacity to do so. At the extent of damage, and the need for a general repair, refurbishment for most, if not all of what's listed, this will be an extensive contract. We have reviewed this potential contract and are prepared to offer our services for the following total:

For Repair/Refurbishment and Moderization of your total forces as listed: $30.8 Billion Credits

If approved, we will begin by recieving your shipments of product to our nearest port, which would probably be Perya, and from there to the local factories and repair yards. Estimated rate of repair has been theorized at at maximum rate of repair by the labor force of said city state to be no more then two standard (NS) years, including the shipping time between nations.

We are thankful for your rapid response.

Hypparchia is currently mobilizing its forces for a major conflict, and we accept the price you offer. The Transport Departments of our Air Force and Navy will start delivering the damaged units of equipment immediately by means of An-225 aircraft and cargo ships, respectively.

We would also like to acquire a certain amount of equipment for the spearhead of our armed forces - the Special Operations Corps (88,000 personnel), such as Infrantry Fighting Vehicles (300 to 400), Armored Personnel Carriers (up to 600), tank destroyers (70 to 80) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (20), as this unit will be the first one to enter combat, and most probably the last one to leave it. We trust the quality of your arms and we believe you could provide us with suitable equipment for a military unit with such a task.

Here is a list of our requirements for the needed equipment:

* Full NBC kit;
* Reliable armor, modular if possible;
* Night vision and infrared equipment;
* If possible, active defense systems;
* Suitable for combat in very cold and forested regions;
* High mobility.

Our Department of Defense is willing to pay any price, so long as such equipment is received and deployed in short notice. We thank you for your cooperation.

Put Your Life in Our Hands

To: Jin Ka Me Sargtlin, Chief Procurement Officer & Director of the Armaments Research Systems Division; Huran Vek Elemmiire, Chief Technology Officer & Director of Special Projects, Haruspex International Armaments
From: Dr. Marcus Westwick-Smythe, Ph.D, Executive Director of WarCare Operations, LifeWyze Corporation

RE: Weaponisation of LifeWyze Products

Greetings,

We at LifeWyze have been contemplating providing fully weaponised options as part of our biological and chemical weaponry sales. Unfortunately, the LifeWyze Corporation lacks the expertise and facilities required to engage in design, manufacture and production of appropriate delivery systems. As such, the LifeWyze Corporation is looking to respected fellow Global League of Major Corporations members, specifically, Haruspex International Armaments.

The LifeWyze Corporation seeks a set of appropriate delivery systems for its foremost products: Osteo4osis, ImmunYze, and NuTrylyse, with a view to expanding across the entirety of its biological and chemical weapons range in the future. In order to attain this, LifeWyze would like to request the following;

  • Schematics for custom weapon systems suitable for the delivery of the aforementioned biological and chemical weapons
  • Weapon systems capable of continental and intercontinental delivery
  • Weapon systems sufficiently advanced as to provide the highest quality of service to LifeWyze customers

AND:

  • Production rights to weapons systems designed by Haruspex International Armaments, with the intent to sell on the aforementioned weapons system only after modification to include LifeWyze brand biological and chemical weapons

OR:

  • Outsourced production of weapons systems designed by Haruspex International Armaments to Haruspex International Armaments on behalf of the LifeWyze Corporation, with the intent to sell on the aforementioned weapons system either before, or after, modification to include LifeWyze brand biological and chemical weapons, at a reduced price

INCLUDING:

  • The condition that the aforementioned delivery system created by Haruspex International Armaments is available for sale only to LifeWyze, or to other members of the Global League of Major Corporations when in keeping with the goals of the GLOMC, excluding possible re-sale by the LifeWyze Corporation
  • The condition that, regardless of whether production rights of the delivery system devised are provided to LifeWyze, that domestic production rights are not provided to any other company, nation or entity

    UNDERSTANDING:

    • That Haruspex International Armaments would reserve the right to otherwise sell its own product, when appropriately modified so as not to negatively impact upon the LifeWyze Corporation's economic and market interests, with its usual level of discrimination

The LifeWyze Corporation understands the costly nature of this venture, and is open to discussion of costs based upon any agreement of the above terms and conditions, or agreement upon a future set of terms and conditions decided upon by both the LifeWyze Corporation and Haruspex International Armaments. If the above terms and conditions are unsatisfactory, the LifeWyze Corporation is happy to negotiate further with Haruspex International Armaments in order to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely Yours,

Dr. Marcus Westwick-Smythe, Ph.D,
Executive Director of WarCare Operations,
LifeWyze Corporation

Subject: Military Hardware Acquisition and Development

Greetings,
On behalf of HIA, Special Projects and that of the Armaments Research Systems Division, we are prepared to accept current terms as laid out by LifeWyze Corporation. Our dual centers for the advancment of bioweaponry technology have been also authorized to seal an exclusivity deal with that of LifeWyze, and to other members of the Global League of Major Corporations.

Haruspex International Armaments currently has several delivery systems already on the market, for the usage in delivery biological weapon systems. However, we currently only have one that meets the requirements as listed, therefore HIA will authorize the provision of our concept delivery systems that are in the final stages of pre-production. HIA is willing to offer all designs as a catalog for that of the LifeWyze Corporation.

Current Delivery System
* The MBMS-01 'Cduns' (Storm)
Image
Deployed, The MBMS-01 has a range of between 350 and 530 km (217.48 and 329.327 miles) with a 500 kg payload which is specifically designed to be equipped with bioweapon systems. The MBMS-01 warhead section separates in flight and has four small fins for control. The previous combination of inertial and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) guidance has been supplemented by a new optical correlation terminal guidance system that has improved the accuracy to 200 m CEP.

It's vehicle launching system is that of the MLS-02 'Nrehu' (Rhino) is capable of moving through roadless terrain, and launching a missile from any point along its route. It is an eight wheeled vehicle, and comes with an anti-infantry/light vehicle defensive remote turret.

Pre-Production Delivery System
* The MBMS-02 'Drihtan' (Thunder)
Image
The introduction of the MBMS-02 significantly strengthens HIA's bioweapon delivery system capabilities as its range and accuracy allow it not only to strike hardened targets such as airfields, and command centers, but moving targets as well. It also has a fast reaction time, being able to fire in approximately five minutes, and is nearly impossible to intercept, thereby allowing it to penetrate defenses.
