In order to attain this, LifeWyze would like to request the following;

• Schematics for custom weapon systems suitable for the delivery of the aforementioned biological and chemical weapons
• Weapon systems capable of continental and intercontinental delivery
• Weapon systems sufficiently advanced as to provide the highest quality of service to LifeWyze customers

AND:

• Production rights to weapons systems designed by Haruspex International Armaments, with the intent to sell on the aforementioned weapons system only after modification to include LifeWyze brand biological and chemical weapons

OR:

• Outsourced production of weapons systems designed by Haruspex International Armaments to Haruspex International Armaments on behalf of the LifeWyze Corporation, with the intent to sell on the aforementioned weapons system either before, or after, modification to include LifeWyze brand biological and chemical weapons, at a reduced price

INCLUDING:

• The condition that the aforementioned delivery system created by Haruspex International Armaments is available for sale only to LifeWyze, or to other members of the Global League of Major Corporations when in keeping with the goals of the GLOMC, excluding possible re-sale by the LifeWyze Corporation
• The condition that, regardless of whether production rights of the delivery system devised are provided to LifeWyze, that domestic production rights are not provided to any other company, nation or entity

  • That Haruspex International Armaments would reserve the right to otherwise sell its own product, when appropriately modified so as not to negatively impact upon the LifeWyze Corporation's economic and market interests, with its usual level of discrimination

The LifeWyze Corporation understands the costly nature of this venture, and is open to discussion of costs based upon any agreement of the above terms and conditions, or agreement upon a future set of terms and conditions decided upon by both the LifeWyze Corporation and Haruspex International Armaments. If the above terms and conditions are unsatisfactory, the LifeWyze Corporation is happy to negotiate further with Haruspex International Armaments in order to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.

On behalf of HIA, Special Projects and that of the Armaments Research Systems Division, we are prepared to accept current terms as laid out by LifeWyze Corporation. Our dual centers for the advancment of bioweaponry technology have been also authorized to seal an exclusivity deal with that of LifeWyze, and to other members of the Global League of Major Corporations.

Haruspex International Armaments currently has several delivery systems already on the market, for the usage in delivery biological weapon systems. However, we currently only have one that meets the requirements as listed, therefore HIA will authorize the provision of our concept delivery systems that are in the final stages of pre-production. HIA is willing to offer all designs as a catalog for that of the LifeWyze Corporation.

* The MBMS-01 'Cduns' (Storm)

Deployed, The MBMS-01 has a range of between 350 and 530 km (217.48 and 329.327 miles) with a 500 kg payload which is specifically designed to be equipped with bioweapon systems. The MBMS-01 warhead section separates in flight and has four small fins for control. The previous combination of inertial and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) guidance has been supplemented by a new optical correlation terminal guidance system that has improved the accuracy to 200 m CEP.

It's vehicle launching system is that of the MLS-02 'Nrehu' (Rhino) is capable of moving through roadless terrain, and launching a missile from any point along its route. It is an eight wheeled vehicle, and comes with an anti-infantry/light vehicle defensive remote turret.

The introduction of the MBMS-02 significantly strengthens HIA's bioweapon delivery system capabilities as its range and accuracy allow it not only to strike hardened targets such as airfields, and command centers, but moving targets as well. It also has a fast reaction time, being able to fire in approximately five minutes, and is nearly impossible to intercept, thereby allowing it to penetrate defenses.

The Fetuf Class represents the state of the art in submarine design, incorporating characteristics that make it superior to any submarine currently in service, such as the ability to cruise silently and be less detectable to sonar. Advances include a compact and integrated hydrodynamically efficient hull for reduced broadband noise and the first ever use of pump-jet propulsion on a Haruspex designed nuclear submarine. The Fetuf Class is approximately 170 metres (560 ft) long, 13 metres (43 ft) in diameter, and has a maximum submerged speed of at least 46 kilometres per hour (25 kn; 29 mph). The Fetuf carries a payload of sixteen SLBM-03 'Nayban' (Reaper) class missiles.
