Not in the UK. In the UK it comes from parliament. We sorted that out after Cromwell had his jollies.

No the right to reign does not come from a man wearing a bathrobe in the clouds, it comes from the man who has the largest army and gold deposit out of a series of competing contenders and who smashes the fucking daylights out of the rest of them with said gold and troops till he is the last man standing to be made king.

Or that mans son.

Fucking seriously.

In other words, UKIP were claiming that an example of biasing the response toward them showed that the BBC was actually biased against them!

I do not know what Anglican churchgoers tend to do but I do know that Westminster Cathedral tends to be Roman Catholic.

Also, didn't Manisdog say a while ago that it was impossible for far-right parties to exist in the UK because that's what we were fighting against in WWII?

Little wonder he supports UKIP and Piers Morgan.

Actually England and Wales has never had divine right of Kings. The English civil war came about because we rejected the attempts to import the idea to enable the Stuarts to become absolute monarchs. Also had a small hand in the Glorious Revolution.

Shrug, its two ex-tory MPs as UKIP MPs at the moment. I'd say the current coalition is a pretty good example of what a CON-UKIP coalition looks like.

Yeah, Charles I tried to bring that idea into the UK. That went really well for him.

That it is not British and from the viewpoint of UKIP a Catholic cathedral and a mosque are same.
