Well, the thing is that both Togeria and I have a stake in it. There would have to be a war there also, but I'm saying I have it because from the start of the war Baghdad has been in Volkstradi control.

Surely, there should be some radar signature from the nation the plane was flying over. we demand the nation relinquish these signatures

Well, the fact that they are planes rules out the VHG, the most likely culprit, as they only have ground vehicles. Volkstrad is low tech though, but it is unlikely that it was Volkstradi planes who did it.
