Why'd you hate it? Piggy was such a boss in the book, as was simon and Sam and Eric. Piggy was my favourite though. I did my grade 9 essay on how piggy was a boss too.

we had to read it for school for one and i didn't like the concept. Boys killing each other after just being alone on a island for 2 weeks doesn't seem right

Description:(Can't post a pic) He has an athletic build. Has brown eyes and black hair, He is 6'5, considered handsome by some. Although large and intimidating his smile proves he is harmless, at least as long as he is unprovoked.
Personality: Quite friendly, he doesn't enjoy quarrels with others. He is a calm man, some say he is wise and perhaps he is. He is patient and really doesn't hold grudges with others.
SHORT Bio: Kukov was born to a family low in social ranking but he had dreams of improving his rank within the clan. It was his dream since a early age and he did everything possible to make it happen. His father taught him how to hunt, crave and identify the many herbs within the jungles of the island. Kukov used the knowledge once he had become old enough to become a merchant. He would make treks into the jungle every day for more product to sell to the people of his clan and their neighbors. He gradually rose within the social hierarchy using his wares to gain favor with others. along the way, he fell in love with a pretty girl named Tahu and they were married, producing three children. They had a nice life until disaster struck and one child was killed when he was dragged out to sea by the tide. The family tried to carry on but the lose weighed them down. Kukov then decided that they would leave the island for a new land and a new life. The group joined the next expedition to faraway lands
Skills:Hunting, foraging, fishing, and making crafts. He is also a great leader, his voice commands respect and he is able to sway others with his ideas. He also knows much about medicine's and herbs.

Clan Leader: Reatra (Riatorea)
Clan History: They really weren't much. A few dozen men and women living in one of the tiny archipelagos, when their patriarch got the great idea to explore and settle the other islands. While at first nobody thought it a good idea, after a series of discussions with the other clan-members, and one small fist-fight, everyone was on board for a large expedition. It took a few weeks but soon many large canoes were full of pigs, sweet potatoes, coconuts, fowl, and other foodstuffs (including a large amount of stowaway rats) were ready to launch, and that they did. Luckily they arrived on the virgin island just after the others had, and soon were accepted into the new society.
Why did your Clan migrate?: Their patriarch had always had an intense love for sailing and the seas. When he had the resources to leave his island and bring his family he pounced at the chance, and honestly this island is much better than their former home. Their tiny atoll was plagued by tidal shifts, and huts had to be bout either far inland (which was hard on such a small landmass) or up high.

Personality: An easygoing sort of fellow, but also a fairly laid back one. Not lacking in intelligence or physical strength, but not particularly endowed with them either. Biggest fault is most likely laziness and indecisiveness. Generally, though, he's a good, friendly person, attached to his family and the kind of person you'd want as a mentor.
SHORT Bio: Once inhabitant of a nearby island, the erosion of a great storm started the process that slowly began to degrade the island. Though he saw it in his youth, all throughout his life, his fragile sandy home was worn away, until there came a day when not even any trees higher than a man would grow. The population dwindled, and they eventually elected to try and build ships to sail away to wherever they could go, their home now no longer capable of supporting them, and many of them going hungry and lacking space. Everything of even vague value was loaded onto two ships at last, and along with his wife, a somewhat more hardworking woman, and all the people of their island, they sailed off. A mighty storm hit them though, not unlike the one that had swept away much of their island, and one ship sank, the other seeing many thrown off. Finally, after it passed, scarcely a handful of people still remained, and even then, they were weak. At last, as they slowly starved on their substandard ship, built of salvage wood, and gnawing on whatever was left, floating aimlessly and unable to control the damaged vessel, land was sighted. Though by the time it had been sighted, only three remained alive, and as the couple dragged the third fellow alive on shore, feeding him what forage was to be found, he breathed his last, the ordeal too much. They dug as deep a grave as they could for the man, and left their ramshackle ship on the shore, going inland to start a new life.
Skills: A decent carpenter, and somewhat of a jack of all trades in practical matters. Not so good in more abstract planning or creative pursuits but generally a round robin in things like farming, fishing, carving, building, etc.

Description: Dark brown hair, dark-ish skin, somewhat muscular (likes to wrestle and build things), is a creative-type. Honestly I like to leave it up to imagination more than a set "He is exactly like this".

Personality: Generous and friendly, loves to play with other children (wrestle, throw stones at birds (which are very very easy to hit since they have no idea that humans are bad for their health.), etc.). His friendliness got him into some trouble a few years back where he had to defend a good friend, and ever since is quick to violence should a situation either hopeless for negotiation or never very diplomatic in the first place. He can get very bossy at times, especially when his friends do something stupid. He likes to think of it as being good for a chief, others just think he wants everything his way(which they aren't wrong about).
SHORT Bio: Landed a few months ago with his father, chief Aldrix, and immediately began helping to build his new home. Since he already knew a few children from his old island he was never really alone on the first few months, but honestly he got tired of his extended family quite quickly. Since he was a energetic tween he has spent most of the last few weeks with children from other clans, and already has some good friends.
Skills: Great swimmer, and rather good at "diplomacy" or charming, being friendly, etc. A somewhat talented carver, only because he spent a few years with only a knife and a bunch of logs at his old island. Now he has so much more opportunity to be formed all the boys and charm all the pretty girls.
