How about we all keep the name "Ruon" and just make some minor changes to the currency?

May I join aswell I will have lands between feraxia, and myraxia as well next to riche kuste.

(also on the banking system taking the EU as an example many smaller states are allowed to use the Euro even though they are NOT part of the EU but ARE apart of the EU economic zone

I put this because we're getting unorganized. We are talking of:
1) The Ruon
2) The taxation and situation of Haja-Mishu
3) The name of the Alliance and the Continent.

Alright, so let's head back to the Ruon. How does everyone feel about having the minor changes from country to country? I personally feel as though the Ruon should have some uniformity and be the same for all nations, but it's up to you.

As for others joining, currently Free Tuks and I are in charge of the SC armies.... We could just combine armies and use it as the Army for This continent? Whatever we call it!?
As for others joining the alliance, join the army of SC first!

Every country will hold their own army that will also be open for the alliance army. I think each country should have an army because that way we can defend our external borders, and internal borders if an inner war might happen. Let's hope the second one doesn't happens, but I am a person who puts everything as possible. Also, because in my country, joining the military is compulsory.
The Ruon will be presented with each national animal. Two in each Ruon. The Ruon numbers will be: 1Rn, 5Rn, 10Rn, 20Rn, 50Rn, 100Rn, and the 500Rn.

I proposed that the 5Rn has the lion, which is my national animal. Why? Five is my favorite number. Oh, and the 500Rn should be the continent.

I think we should first propose the continents name so we can then propose the Alliance name.

Technically there is no Spanish Euro just the images are different what I propose is that we use one Ruon but ot has pictures depicting all of our cultures promoting sensitivity, also I be lieve the name deviations make the Ruon unstable

guys, guys the Ruon dropped .2 in value USE THE RUON rp wise the Kelvins Ruon and Ruon token will exist but you are killing the ruon by not using it and if you do, strive to have a good economy

LOOK AT THIS! I agree. Use the name "Ruon", no name variation, and each bill will have a characteristic of each country.

As for uniting our armed forces. I feel that it's unfair that some nations that have mandatory service and have larger armies should have to make up for countries with smaller armies, therefore, more of their men die. I feel that we should all have our own armed forces and we should unite them if we come under attack.

A country which name I will not mention here for now has come with news that worries me a little. This country wishes to use the Ruon, and maybe join the alliance. Of course, to use the Ruon, you must be in the Alliance. However, a little conflict appears. Iron Bay and the Eastern Trade Union, who I just learn that they have a blockade of Nova Fortuna. This makes them potential enemies, and a potential war. I personally don't know how strong they are, but this country fears them.

Want the Ruon to increase? Let us use it on defenses! Let us arm ourselves with what might happen.

This country might not join us for the reasons of his fears, but we must be prepare to the potential conflict.

Eh...Nevermind anything I just wrote! False Alarm! XD

But this raises an interesting question? What do we consider an "attack"? Would we consider a blockade on a nation an "attack"? Of course we would consider it an attack if one country had a military strike on another.

I propose this:
-An Economic Attack (An attack in hopes of hurting one's economy)
-A Military Attack (An attack with actual armed force)
-A Cyber Attack (A nation is found hacking into an alliance member's files/military operations/power grids ect.)

Anything else that we could consider an attack?

Also, I propose a rank of each country of our current terms with them, something kind of like DEFCON:

0-A nation IN our alliance
1-A nation we are on friendly terms with
2-A nation we are on neutral terms with
3-A nation we are on hostile terms with (Military on standby)
4-A nation we are currently at war with
