Formerly of Project +90, Corren really does seem like Nephara's future between the sticks - as Patriots stopper Pence is looking for a transfer abroad, he's set to take the number one jersey if it goes through. He's a very good, agile shot-stopper. Beresford is a solid goalkeeper who's fought hard for his starting spot, while Archer is Corren's successor at the Project.

Beckett becomes the first Nepharim to play in three DBCs - this is the first the quick-footed rightback will spend as a starter, however. They're backed up by a similarly promising and arguably better prospect in Sasha Christener, though they do have the edge of being a regular starter for their club. Thrush showed promise thrown into the rotation at Crisisbless, and might well start next season. Centreback, however, is arguably the strongest point in the squad - Kruse and Ritter are inarguably Nephara's future in defence, and if they can strike up a similar understanding to Belfast and Marlowe, the heart of Nephara's defence will remain secure. Rebecca Larkland is by no means a slouch, either, helping Leichhardt to promotion as a starter.

Neither Layland nor Ashdown was a regular starter last season, but they've both shown themselves as capable of remarkable poise and grace. Kestrel is in much the same mould - she played on the left for Extreme Hills on loan, but is also capable of playing at leftback, central midfield or in the hole. Jess Teagan, meanwhile, is a classic Nepharim winger - breathtaking pace, remarkable physicality, and inclined to murderously incisive crosses. Of the backups, Tarrant is perhaps the most talented - great things are expected of the assertive Project playmaker.

Kellard has always been considered one of the gems of the Project +90, and has shone in his few appearances so far for the Moths. Matheson's stock has risen dramatically since his breakthrough into the starting XI of the Hawks - inexperienced he might be, and sometimes his rawness is noticeable, but you could ask for few more dedicated, athletic and strong players to lead the line. Maddon is a clinical finisher with a fiery temperament, while Weiler could develop into a very good player if she can get over some injury setbacks.

Victory and all that sort of thing! Furellum introduces Under-21 Squad

Furellum come into the Di Bradini Cup this time as champions, continuing their surprising success in youth football. Not everyone makes a return to the squad; some are too old, and others are out of favour with the new administration.

The Background
To the unaware, Furellum is a small island situated at the mouth of the Taaru Sea in Atlantian Oceania. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg, as it were. The vast majority of the nation sits in another dimension, accessible only through the portal at the top of the White Tower that connects the capital of Altsby with its counterpart Other Altsby. Furellum is a land soaked in magic and stalled in time, and it is common to see men flying through the air while at the same time cars are missing from the streets. Furellum's population is made up of a vast array of sentient, bipedal, anthropomorphic animals, mostly of mammalian species. Humans are relative newcomers, only appearing in the country in the last 800 years, when the country was conquered by the Kingdom of Maalvia, who maintained Furellum as a Grand Duchy until recently, when the country came under the rule of the fascist Corvidae party.

Age: 19
Position: Starting Goalkeeper
Bio: Mihails star just keeps on rising. Starting in the U-15 squad, he is now the keeper for both the senior and U21 squads, a remarkable achievement. Naturally gifted, Mihails has an almost unstoppable energy that has him bouncing around the goal and stopping shots from any angle. His long reach and jumping distance make him tough to score against, even on a rebound.

#12 Mikhail Nicolescu
Species: Elk
Club: Gallifor
Age: 16
Position: Reserve Goalkeeper
Bio: A member of the most recent U-15 squad, Nicolescu fits solidly into the role of reserve keeper. He has a dominating presence in goal, standing nearly seven feet tall with an impressive reach. Has stopped more than a few goals with the wide antlers on his head.

#4 Mladen Gabor
Species: Wolverine
Club: Straight Street
Age: 17
Position: Starting Right Back
Bio: Banned from the U-15 team for feeding a teammate laxatives before a semi-final, Gabor is now back in the FFA's good books after helping to win the DBC last cycle. Mladen brings an attacking ferocity to the team, a defender prepared to get the ball at any cost.

#3 Ragnar Asbjorn
Species: Polar Bear
Club: Guldisall
Age: 20
Position: Starting Centre Back
Bio: Ragnar is one of the players from the senior squad. He is big and tough, but he is also remarkably quick. He has a tendency to go in too hard and foul opposing strikers. Due to his bulk, once they're hit, they stay down, often causing Asbjorn to be yellow-carded where others might be let off with a warning.

#2 Lievin Zaboulon
Species: Otter
Club: Upton-on-Rode
Age: 21
Position: Starting Centre Back
Bio: Zaboulon, like many otters in Furellum, comes from a fishing village along the Rode river. As the middle child of eight in a working-class family, he's lived a hard life, but that only motivates him more on the pitch. Football is Lievin's life, and he is a hardworking defender with a good ability to harass opposing players and steal the ball from under their noses.

#5 Vidarr Stefanovich

Club: Ingridberg
Age: 20
Position: Starting Left Back
Bio: Built like the proverbial house, being tackled by Vidarr really is like being hit by a ton of bricks. Or at least a ton of over-eager Furellum defender. Vidarr always wants the ball, and takes to the sport with an excitement and energy that cannot be contained.

#14 Radovan Kozel
Species: Abyssinian Wolf
Club: Altsby and Castle
Age: 18
Position: Reserve Right Back
Bio: A new player for this squad, Radovan has a nasty streak. He'll play full-on,m in your face football, and believes that defending is all about hurting the opposition as much as possible. Will foul a lot whenever he is on the field, so will be used sparingly.

#15 Benedikt Vyacheslav

Club: Rodenia
Age:17
Position: Reserve Left Back
Bio: Quick and fast, Benedikt is the go-to man when counter attacks are needed. Hell set up big plays with a quick boot of his foot to send the ball a mile upfield. A new player, he has a lot to prove if he wants to move up to the senior squad.

#16 Tamaz Luka

Club: Upton-On-Rode
Age:15
Position: Reserve centre Back
Bio: Despite being suspended from the U-15 team after allegations of theft, Tamaz has been forgiven, just in time to make the Di Bradini Squad. Known as a technical player, Tamaz often draws an oncoming attacker into making mistakes.

Midfielders
#6 Levi Kolar
Species: Red Deer
Club: Little Whittling
Age: 18
Position: Starting Defensive Midfielder
Bio: A big name on the junior circuit for many years, this is Kolar's third Di Bradini cup. A cool and collected player, Kolar will need every ounce of his skill and experience as the only defensive midfielder in Furellum's line up.

#7 Zhenya Polzin
Species: Jungle Cat
Club: Altsby and Castle
Age: 17
Position: Starting Left Winger
Bio: Zhenya is small, agile and technically brilliant. If it wasn't for his tendency to panic when placed under pressure, he might have made an excellent striker. He is good out on the wings though, and if given enough space can create plenty of good scoring opportunities for Furellum's forwards.

#9 Volund Dragos
Species: Grey Wolf
Club: Other Altsby
Age: 17
Position: Starting Centre Midfielder
Bio: Volund made his debut last DBC, and has been elevated to the starting line-up and the centre of midfield. A perfect gentleman off the field, on the pitch he becomes a fierce and aggressive midfielder with a reckless tendency to try for long shots at goal. If that ferocity can be well managed, he'll go far.

#8 Stepjan Albescu
Species: Gazelle
Club: City Watch
Age: 16
Position: Starting Right Winger
Bio: Stepjan is a solid, dependable player, the oldest of several brothers to play football. Little brother Rudolf has also played for Furellum in the U-15 WC, as Stepjan once did. A talented footballer in his own right, Stepjan will be dangerous on the flank with his powerful right hoof and accurate crosses.

#17 Domen Loke
Species: Leopard
Club: Felismarch
Age: 19
Position: Reserve Right Midfielder
Bio: Another player from the last DBC, Loke has grown as a player in the last year. While quick and with enough smarts to get around defenders, Loke is also introverted and selfish. He'd rather try to beat five defenders himself then pass to a teammate. However, he has been working on that, and will see plenty of game time this cup.

#18 Varfolomei Bohuslav
Species: Mountain Goat
Club: City Watch
Age: 17
Position: Reserve Left Midfielder
Bio: This is Varfolomei's first tournament for Furellum. He has a powerful left hoof, and will pepper the box with crosses from deep in the midfield, rather than try to dive a push out onto the wings. This tactic works well if the forwards are onto it, but he'll do it even when no player is available to take the cross, so Varfolomei has been relegated to the reserves for this tournament.

#19Leontiy Anghelescu
Species: Wolf
Club: Other Altsby
Age: 18
Position: Reserve Centre Midfielder
Bio: A new player, Anghelescu comes into the squad to fill the gap left by Adam Vukoja, forced out for being human. Leontiy is not the most gifted footballer on the field, but he has good passing skills and is seen as dependable. He's biggest gift is that he is a jack-of-all-trades, and may be substituted on as a defender, midfielder, or forward.

#10 Ezra Szczelaszczyk
Species: Leopard
Club: White Market
Age: 18
Position: Starting Right Forward
Bio: The son of Furellum's star forward Eleazar Szczelaszczyk, Ezra is a champion in his own right. He's been a key player for the successful U-15 and U-21 teams, and continues the Szczelaszczyk sporting dynasty. This will no doubt annoy foreign commentators who will have to try and pronounce that surname for many years to come.
#11 Sorin Dubreski
Species: Maned Wolf
Club: Guldisall
Age: 16
Position: Starting Right Forward
Bio: The sole striker on the last U-15 squad, Sorin is a gifted striker. He'll keep his cool in the box and slot it home, and is very good in the air. Unfortunately, being the lead goalscorer all the time has given him an overinflated ego: He'll fake injury every time a defender comes near him and usually won't pass to a teammate who may be in a better scoring position.

#20 Mikhail Novak
Species: Black Boar
Club: City Watch
Age: 16
Position: Reserve Centre Forward
Bio: Another player who started in the U-15 squad, Novak is an aggressive, no-holds-barred type of player. If he can't dodge a defender, he'll go through him. While his style might be rough, he's also tenacious, and if there's an opportunity to score Mikhail will be there, swooping on the ball. He's also got a great header, his curving tusks and flat snout giving him a scoop with which to flick the ball home.

#21 Han Kaspar
Species: Wolf
Club: Little Whittling
Age: 19
Position: Reserve Left Forward
Bio: Han played alongside Ezra in the Under-15 squad, but while his companion has risen in fame, Han faded into obscurity for a few years. Now he's back on the squad, albeit in the reserves, and ready to make his presence felt. Han prefers to shoot from point blank range, and will try to get as close as possible to the goal before attempting to score.

"Sir, Santa Maria has fallen and a full scale civilian revolt has ousted our forces in Nice." began a saddened Mario Bellini, "Its over Passerini." The wild Lazzaro looked around, frantic and looked at his colleague, "No! No! We can still win this! Get Carlton Thurstan here! The FIA can-" Mario interrupted him, "Carlton is dead Lazzaro, don't you know that?" Lazzaro looked at him with a confused, "What do you mean he is dead?" Mario was genuinely concerned at this point, "He was assassinated, don't you remember?" Lazzaro shrugged, "Oh... Well, that doesn't matter. Let's get the Sarians to help us, surely they can defeat this menace." Mario was shocked by his comment, "Sir, have you gone mad? The Sarian has publically and privately called off their support for us. Hell..." Bellini began to walk around, "They denounced us and said they do not associate themselves with the Corvidae."

"Those traitorous bastards! I want rockets thrown to their cities!" Mario shook his head as he continued to walk around, "We have no rockets, we barely have an army... WE HAVE NOTHING!" He paused and composed himself, "Lazzaro... We don't have anything anymore, your brand of Nationalism. Lazzaroism... Its dead in Felix. The people have decided, you failed." Lazzaro stood up angrily, "How dare you! How dare you say I failed! You're dismissed Mario Bellini! Get the hell out of my room!" Mario was going to say something be he nodded his head and was out of the Generalissimo's room. When Mario exited he looked at the two guards, "You two follow me." The guards nodded and followed him unaware what he was going to. Mario guided the two guards towards a lonely hallway and got out his military issue pocket knife and sliced their throats. As they laid their dying Mario looked at them sympathetically, "I am sorry I did this to you boys, but I did for the Nationalist cause."

The next follow hours were crucial for Mario in order to pull of this plan he needed to do the follow things, one, find the "killer". Two, find new guards loyal to Mario's cause. And third, make sure there are no witnesses. First he got out some fingerprints, it was of his political rival and a Lazzaro loyalist, Gabriel Tucker. He then decided to do the third thing second as he went to the unguarded and unoccupied security room and scrubbed the tapes. Lastly he needed to find the two guards. That was actually the easy step of them all, there were many soldiers unhappy with what was going on the in war. The only hard part? Finding men who were willing to kill the Generalissimo. He found one man and his name was Justin Osborne and he was a veteran of the war. Three years of fighting made him a professional killer and that was good for Mario. Mario convinced Justin to do this and eventually Justin got his friend to join him. The plan was set, now he needed move it along.

The next two weeks was a tough one for Mario, he knew if anything went wrong with the plan, saving the Nationalist (and greater Corvidae cause) was doomed. But after many sleepless nights the plan made it out. Gabriel was convicted of murdering Lazzaro's guards and planning a plot to kill the Generalissimo. He was sentenced to death by firing squad and two days later was killed for a crime he didn't commit. The guards Mario got were approved and were the two new guards for Lazzaro. The plan was working perfectly. But time was running out, the front line was collapsing under allied assault and the southern forces were making a beeline towards Cato. He needed to do the killing now while he still had a chance. In a dinner with senior staff Lazzaro was unhappy and what Lazzaro did was something Mario Bellini was hoping for. Passerini was drinking, a lot. By the time dinner was over Lazzaro was in a drunk stupor and was escorted to his room by the very two guards Mario got to kill Lazzaro, the time was now and Mario couldn't wait to hear the gunshot.

Justin Osborne and Ferdinand Clarkston guided the very drunk Lazzaro Passerini to his bedroom. There the two guards enacted what Mario told them what to do. Ferdinand stood guard at the front of the room while Justin carried Lazzaro. Justin helped the Generalissimo change into his pajamas and sat him down on the edge of his bed. The two had a conversation and it was about the future of Felix, Lazzaro began to speak, "You know... Ferdinand..." the guard quickly corrected him, "Its Justin, sir." Lazzaro threw his arm, "Ah, close enough." he continued, "Look... I feel like the end is near for me... You know I feel like... A rebel... Or something... Is going to end me life... With that the idea of the Nationalist cause is dead... Yeah?" The guard was sort of put off by that comment, it was as if Lazzaro knew the plan that the end was indeed near, "Sir, I believe we can still win this." said the guard as he took his gun out, Lazzaro laughed, "We? We can still win this? Are you mad?" he laughed and burped, "We... Won't win... Not all..." Lazzaro began to laugh again as the guard got Lazzaro's hand and put his fingers on the trigger of the gun. Lazzaro began to speak, "You know... I really thought we were going to win this... I mean... We had Lex on our side... Like wut... The hell..." The Generalissimo looked down and began to cry.

"I wish my wife was still here... She died... With that 10,000 force... I am such an ass..." This was the guard's chance to kill him but he hesitated and gave the mad leader his final words, "I am glad... I am glad, I was a leader... I think I did well... I love my country and I love my men and women that served me... Too bad... I messed up..." Bang. The gun was fired right into the temple of the leader. Lazzaro fell into his on his bed and was died quickly. The guard shook his head, "That was fucked up..." He quickly got another pistol and put it in his hostler. He then radioed everyone telling them the Generalissimo was shot and has no pulse. The military base went on lockdown and medics, troops and military police flooded the room the medics soon pronounced Lazzaro dead. The leader of the Nationalists died in what seemed to be a alcohol induced suicide. The following days would consist of a autopsy and a very rushed investigation. The two reports came in by Sunday and it was revealed that Lazzaro did indeed commit suicide and no one would be facing charges. Then the Chiefs of Staff then held a vote to promote Mario Bellini as the new Generalissimo.

Mario in a speech that was held on all radios across Felix and he announced his intent to end this war once and for all by surrendering Cato in the next ten days as he disarms the troops across the battlefield. The public and the transitional government both had doubts if the Nationalists did indeed surrender but they trusted Mario's words and the new government have the Nationalists a ten day period to surrender and disarm themselves. Those ten days wouldn't be used for surrendering though, it was going to be used for something Nationalist scientists have been testing for three years. A way to teleport people. The tests were successful for the most part and it was now time to get out of this trap. Mario Bellini, some trusted soldiers (including the two guards that killed Lazzaro), and some personal advisors were the first ones set to leave. They got on the transporter and it was set for Cordoba, Mendoya. The capitol of Mendoya. The transformational machine began to turn on as a loud and bright blue light began to surround the men and women inside the machine. Suddenly though, the power went out for a few seconds during the process. But the blue light was still spinning. And eventually the men and women (including Mario of course) disappeared. Presumably to Mendoya.

The next two groups consisted of elite troops, Chiefs of Staff, scientists and important government officials. Everyone of the two groups each got on right after the other and the same blue light went on. Their destination too was Mendoya. There they would link up with Mario and form a new government in Mendoya. But something went terribly wrong. The teleportation machine suffered a fatal malfunction when the power went out for those few seconds and it messed up one of the main drives that guide the teleporters towards their desired destination. Luckily for Mario's group they were sent to the AO, but not in Mendoya, no, they were sent to some place between Demot and Shishevyu in a dense forest. But they didn't know that until their GPS told them otherwise. Meanwhile groups 2 and 3 were placed in the most terrible of spots. Group 2 teleported to Rushmore in the Sea of Sibir where the group would either drown or freeze to death as not a single ship was near the doomed group. Lastly, Group 3 was teleported to the most unfortunate of places. Space. The vacuum and lack of oxygen killed everyone in matter of two minutes. No one knew back in Felix or Mendoya knew this though, the two sides were still expecting them to reach their desired destination. Little did they know of what actually happened.

Ten days later the Nationalists surrendered and the civil war that lasted three years was finally over. The scientists in Felix were still puzzled on what happened to those three groups. Mendoya reported that the groups never made it to the other transporter and probably perished in an accident they will never tell. For the next few weeks though the new government did an investigation on the Nationalist building look at files and looking for Mario Bellini. They never found him but they did find a lot of files depicting what really went on in the Nationalist government. War Trials would be held and former generals, staff and other key players in the Nationalist side would either be sentenced to life in jail or were executed for horrendous crimes against humanity. The Nationalists and Corvidae were now gone in Felix. A brighter future began to unravel for Felixians all over the multiverse.

Three Weeks And Three Days Ago

Somewhere in Atlantian Oceania

The 1st Group all woke up near each other and looked around the forested area, dazed, confused, and even frightened, Mario Bellini looked at some of his colleagues and said, "This isn't Cordoba..." He looked around again and then at the cloudless blue sky and shouted, "Where the hell are we!?"

The End, For Now...

(OOC: Well that does it for me. The Corvidae are officially "gone" in the Felixverse. I am probably going to write a Corvidae side story as I start to write what happens to Felix post-civil war. I hope you guys read it and loved it as much as I had loved writing it. Special thanks to Inev, Asto, Ytt, Sari, NSI, Queb, GAS, SJG, Mizu and everyone and anyone that was apart of this great storyline. I love all of you guys.)

Semarland looked dominant for the vast majority of the first half but a few defensive errors cost the Semars, but the Octinstinians’ finishing looked poor and Marco Valbuena pulled off some brilliant saves. Midfield wise, Pedersen, Strand and Snow performed well and Gunner Brickwalk alternated with the holding midfield position or slotting in as a third centre-back. The midfield trio mentioned before seemed to create most of the chances, but Luune and Moss did not seem keen to score them.

In the second half, Soren Maaksemstad and Amos Nkuna-Ybangwa were both bought on for Luune and Moss and they looked much better. It was Nkuna-Ybangwa that grabbed the Semars’ goal, with brilliant play from Diego Snow and an excellent, weighted pass from Marc Strand, who found Maaksemstad on the right-wing who floated in a sumptious cross for Nkuna-Ybangwa to head home.

Pascal Adebayo was brought on for a rather-tired looking Brickwalk, and Adebayo had two attempts well saved by the Octinstine goalkeeper. Semarland had another chance to double the lead, from Maaksemstad’s corner came a well-headed effort from captain Lasse Pedersen, which hit the bar, but rebounded to Niko Schone who struck it expertly but was well saved by the goalkeeper.

All in all, a fab match from the team but more goals could have been scored.

Marco VALBUENA - 7 - Was moderately busy throughout the game, but pulled off some fantastic saves.
Kristo AALMKJAER - 7 - Looked solid at left-back, made some darting runs.
Niko SCHONE - 9 - Commanded the defence well, and worked superbly with Brickwalk and Jakobsen in the centre.
Lasse JAKOBSEN - 6 - Could have performed better, seemed to be at his best when Brickwalk was playing in defence too.
Reto JANSSEN - 6 - Showed good attack, but not a very good defence.
Gunner BRICKWALK - 8 - Was solid in both defensive midfield and centre-back, and slotted in perfectly with Schone and Jakobsen.
Lasse PEDERSEN - 9 - Showed brilliant captain skills in place of Matjas Nordland, who is representing Semarland at AOCAF 45.

It was a short interview limited to only to three fast questions that would be answered by the fast, versatile, and effective goal scoring Lamar Adams, This because of a scheduled fund raising event inside the host city of Whitetail, Equestrian States to support job training programs. The sport of football was a older more sport but many in the United States of Devonta did not pay attention to the U-21 Team more in favor of watching the regular national team, But increased media coverage propped up U-21 and more viewers and fans sparked another sports frenzy like Kronum did.

The reporter and player who was set to be interviewed set across from each other in the luxury hotels private lounging room. To there sides where the camera crew eager to began filming the interview. As the cameras ruled in came Lamar Adams in an elegant black suit and a short black fro-hawk, shiny brown eyes, caramel skin, with a superb jawline, Many women found him attractive but they would have to wait because this football player was only 17 years old. He sat down after shaking hands with his interviewer looking happier then ever after his teams 2-1 victory over Western Borderlands.

1. Q: "I couldn't have helped noticing even after your teams victory your moods seemed to be more upbeat? Was it stress?"

A: "Well as a team and we had our doubts about are abilities to make it through Group 1, But after today we all agree we did well but can do better. Where not perfect... I mean we made a few mistakes today. Hell I doubt we could of done it without are goalkeeper Vanburen. I guess the lesson we learned was not to doubt ourselves. This victory was unexpected so yea where happy you see."

2. Q: "What do you think of Whitetail so far?"

A: "I got to say this cities pretty chill but can easily get hyped about anything! The people, buildings, and most of all the food is amazing. Just the other day a women returned my two credit cards that I lost at the airport when we first arrived here. It just shows these peoples hospitality, God bless."

3. Q: "Many experts say its impossible for your team to win the U-21 WC-53, What do you say to that?"

A: "On behalf of my team I can say we can kick ass any day, How? Its simple... Where going into every game knowing we will win or at least saying we will, The rest is classified other then get ready for a surprise this world cup."

With that the interview was over and the two shook hands, Lamar left to the fundraising event.

Local Brewery

Part Two

The Workman's Rest was packed full of villagers all squeezed into every available inch of the local pub. A hand-full of lucky individuals had been fortunate enough to find a seet; either at one of the few tables, or along the bar. The rest were crammed shoulder to shoulder up against one another. The barman, a Chris Speem, had lain on a traditional spread for the occasion; or perhaps it was more accurate to say, his wife had. The old woman had no doubt been up since the crack of dawn preparing sandwiches and cooking sausages, all Speem would have done is put the food on the table. The fruits of her efforts now adorned the tables in huge silver platters. They were so large in fact, that the patrons had little room to lay their glasses.

The Speems had a daughter Martha, who often helped out behind the bar when they were hard pushed, tonight was no exception. Martha was one of the few people in Gullane who could have claimed to have escaped. She had left home when she was eighteen to study nursing at a technical college in the closest city Lammerton. Five years on she was now fully qualified and had a job at a small hospital specialising in hearing difficulties. Although Martha had lived on her own for several years now, she still visited her parents to help out whenever needed.

Martha hadn't known Craig overly well, although they had attended the same schools. Martha was a few years older, with a gap that was enough to keep them apart. She of course knew his family though, his mum and dad were both regulars in the pub.

However, you couldn't really escape the fact that Craig was something special in the town. It didn't matter where you went, it was always on the tip of everyone’s lips: the local boy that made the big-time.

This was a massive departure from the day job for Martha, pulling pints and pouring whiskies in a busy bar was a world away from the job of staff nurse. However she had been imbued from a young age with a sense of community, where everyone put a shoulder to wheel, and you supported one another. That was why she was here helping her parents and that was why the whole village was here supporting Craig. That was what it was to grow up in Belker, in a village like Gullane.

The game itself got of to a rather slow start with Schottia falling behind to the other team. Martha didn't know who exactly who they were playing, she wasn't able to pay much attention and the name on the tv screen was too small to make out. She could tell though, whenever Craig touched the ball, as it was accompanied by chants of "Go on son" and "C'mon Crairgie."

Schottia only scored one goal it the game a Martha missed it, while emptying the dishwasher, the embarrassing thing was she didn't know who scored the goal, and worse still she wasn't 100% what the score was. Although she was pretty sure it finished 1-1.

Game style: The game who SJG does, is essentially technical, based on the agility of movement of players, using his intelligence for the game for single passes very accurate soil to accumulate players when attacking or using the surprise factor which is use the speed of the players to perform counterattacks that can hurt any team.

In the defense area, they tend to use more physical to play aggressively without damaging the rivals, except that the defenses are of medium height stands that are agile in the aerial game, so it is very difficult to beat thereby, expect always a fair game from this team.

Players like try long-distance shots to beat the goalkeeper, but SJG can have more surprises because it is a team that does not give up that easy.

WE'VE DONE IT! Well, we aren't exactly through yet. We still might crash to third in the final match. Y'know, on goal difference. Not very likely considering that...you know, we do have a goal difference of +5.

SALT LICK CITY, EQUESTRIAN STATES - It's a nice day for playing football right now here in the Equestrian States, which is hosting the 32nd edition of the Di Bradini Cup, also known as the 53rd U21 World Cup. Today, the two teams meeting on the pitch will be our very own Abanhfleft and a new, small nation called Error 458. No, I'm not kidding. That's really the nation name. It's a very small state, with only a population of 900, which makes it only slightly larger than Vatican City in terms of population. Also, it's only got 23 football players, and they're all under 21 years of age. What are the odds? Meanwhile, our own XI are made up of the substitutes and reserves of both our men's and women's national football teams because the first team players are still in Antarctica playing for the gold medal in the Antarctic Games. Also, I actually shouldn't be the one writing this report because Noburo Paulsky is actually here, but the old geezer immediately came down with some local bug and now he's decorating the restrooms brown, and now I'm stuck with the job. I only came here to see my younger brother Rory play hard and fail hard. (Just kidding, little bro; I love you, man.) Also, I'm sitting right beside the great Martin Tyler, and I'm sure that if my girlfriend's right here, she would be creaming herself in excitement. She has this unexplainable crush on old men, even though she's in a relationship with me.

And now it's time for the national anthems. But before that, Rory Edwards has asked permission to make a little speech to commemorate the 37 boys and girls of our U21 hockey teams that lost their lives in an air crash in the Myleishi Plateau nine months ago. Here's the most important line: "Even though we played different games, we are all friends with each other, because we have been bonded by one common factor: sports." After that, they held a moment of silence in the stadium, and you can clearly see them wearing black armbands with the names of the deceased hockey players sewn on the bands. Rory's wearing his over his captain's armband.

Abanhfleft's national anthem is up first, and already the stadium is ringing with the lyrics of el himno. A lot of of countrymen have brought big flags with them, and although I have no idea about the political situation in the Equestrian States, I can see a lot of concerned ponies every time the camera focuses on the big hammer and sickle in the middle of our tricolor. Well, tough luck, bronies, but our Communist Party practically forced it upon us when they went into a coalition with our Democratic Party.

Now it's time for Error 458's anthem. Is it titled "No Anthem Found"? Oh, I'm just kidding! Can't go around insulting people's national anthems when they're in a position to insult yours, too! But honestly, though, I can't hear a lot of people singing along. Maybe it's because 900 supporters just can't compare to 10,000.

Here's the customary exchange of souvenirs from both nations. Both captains have shook hands, and are now looking at the referee for the coin toss. I can't see who won, but Help I'm Trapped in a Driver's License Factory (henceforth to be called as Driver's License) pointing at the goal behind him, so maybe he won the toss.

1 minute: And it's kickoff! The game has officially begun! What is His Name, Again? (henceforth Whatsisname) passes the ball to his captain, who tries to break through our defense, but he's dispossessed by my younger brother Rory. Good lad.

4 minutes: Oh, Error 458's going on the attack! Driver's License passes to Fire in the Stadium. Back to Driver's License. To Whatsisname. To Jersey Factory. Jersey Factory kicks! Carlos Cohen reaches for the ball, but it hits the crossbar and goes over! Close call already for Abanhfleft.

9 minutes: Yoshinobu Mori is tackled hard by Bomb Joke! Free kick to Abanhfleft, and Bomb Joke is warned. Karen Villegas to take the free kick. And already we can see the referee taking out his can of vanishing spray and marking out the spot where to take the kick, and where the wall has to stand.

10 minutes: Invalid Name palms Karen's shot away from the net. But it ends up on Tomas Walters' left foot! Can he take the opportunity? No, Invalid Name catches it again, and this time he's not letting go.

17 minutes: The game has slowed down after that frantic first fifteen minutes. Right down both teams are content with just keeping the ball close to the half line.

26 minutes: Wait, what's this? Cedric Pearson's broken away from his defender! He sees Rory Edwards free right in the opponent's half. He passes. Rory receives. Mori and Villegas are both making a run for it. Little bro considers his options while still running with the ball. Mori is in an offside position right now, so he's currently out of the equation. To Karen, who is barely just onside. She fakes a shot! Give Me All Your Money (henceforth Mugger) is bamboozled! And now she takes the real shot! Invalid Name stretches his arms, but his fingertips... can't reach the ball! GOAL!!! ABANHFLEFT 1-0 ERROR 458

27 minutes: Error 458 restarts play. Once again they're probing our defenses.

33 minutes: Florence Patterson tackles Driver's License. Driver's License is so surprised to see a girl tackling him like a grown man that he's still lying down on the ground in disbelief. The ref takes it wrongly, though, and awards a free kick to Error 458. Florence is warned: next time, your name's going to the notebook, young lass.

34 minutes: Three Error 458 players waiting for the whistle. Driver's License... is a fake. Whatsisname... makes the kick! Luckily, Carlos Cohen catches the ball with both hands.

39 minutes: Breakthrough for Error 458! Game Forfeited gets away from Joe Warren's steely defense! And now he's running for it! Jersey Factory's waiting for the ball, and Game Forfeited obliges him! Jersey Factory slots it into the lower right corner. Cohen's gone the right way, but he's too high! GOAL!!! Patterson and Kristin Pittmann are saying that Jersey Factory's offside, but here comes the slow-mo replay, and... sorry, girls, but Jersey Factory's onside. ABANHFLEFT 1-1 ERROR 458

40 minutes: Abanhfleft restarts play. Some bit of passing play from our boys and girls. Hello, what have we here? Yoshinobu's got the ball! But he's been led to the side of the box. I see Karen inside the box. Will Yoshinobu be selfish? Of course not! It's a cross! The diminutive Karen Villegas manages to jump higher than every opponent in the box, including the keeper, and it's an easy header that goes off the crossbar and into the back of the net! GOAL!!! ABANHFLEFT 2-1 ERROR 458

41 minutes: Error 458 to restart play.

45 minutes: As we near the end of the first half, the ref signals for three minutes of extra time.

45 minutes + 3: And that's it. The first half is history. What an exciting one it had been in the last ten minutes. Two goals already for Karen Villegas, who is already showing why she is ready to be promoted to the first team.

46 minutes: It's now the beginning of the second half. Abanhfleft has now been given the honor of kicking off this second half. And already, they're on the attack. Tomas Walters has pushed into the box. He kicks! And he goes wide. Goal kick to Error 458.

50 minutes: Oh! I heard that crunch even up here in the press box! Joe Warren has been brought down hard by I Am Going to Kill the Prime Minister (henceforth Assassin)! And here comes the ref, reaching into his pocket... yellow card. Warren's clutching his leg. I'm not sure he can play on. And indeed he won't. Radoslaw Montwill has decided that Joe Warren's day is now over, and here's Lea Choi in the sidelines, just waiting for the substitution to be official. And there it is. 90 minutes + 5: This is, quite possibly, the last play of the game. Corner kick to Error 458. Oh, and here comes Invalid Name going out of his box and into Cohen's. No Name Found will take the corner. Cohen jumps the highest, and he punches the ball out! And the ball lands at Karen Villegas' feet! And she's running! Invalid Name can't keep up with Karen! Can she add a fourth to her already impressive tally? Karen goes for goal! And... it's over the crossbar. And the ref blows the whistle. Error 458 dodged a big bullet there. Karen's down on the ground, crying. A few of her teammates are standing over her, the same emotion coursing throughout their collective.

And that's game over. Karen Villegas gets the hattrick, but not the goal that would have tied the game once again. The players of both sides are shaking hands; knowing that it's just a game. Semarland continued their solid form with another 1-0 win, this time against the favourites KIIADSK, who had thumped Independent Gredavcat 3-1 previously. Unfortunately for the Semars, they were without Gunner Brickwalk, as he was to be rested for the final match against Independent Gredavcat. Jacob Mtiliga started in his place (which Pascal Adebayo finished) but on the left-wing, in a 4-4-2 formation, with the same team that finished the previous 1-0 win against Octinstine, but Jacob’s younger brother Per, started up front instead of Soren Maakstemstad.

KIIADSK looked especially dangerous from the start, but their opportunities were fended off by the brilliant Marco Valbuena. Semarland gained the upper advantage thanks to a blistering run from Kristo Aalmkjaer who crossed the ball in, only to find an offside Per Mtiliga who tapped the ball home despite being offside. This seemed to worry KIIADSK, and they played in a sort of, stressed manner.

This finally came to the Semars’ advantage, when in the 60th minute, a sweetly struck effort from Diego Snow slammed into the back of KIIADSK’s net. KIIADSK responded with a blazing barrage of attacks, but were well stopped by Niko Schone and Lasse Jakobsen in defence. Semarland managed to finally finish the game with three points, ahead of a game against Independent Gredavcat soon.

Fredericks Scores A Hat Trick
The Oaklands took a convincing win to go well ahead at the top of the group. The way they walked out of the dressing room suggested that they thought they were superior, a certain amount of confidence could be seen in the way they puffed out their chests and the look on their faces. One man on the team, with a 10 on his back, needed goals as he had a point to prove after a poor performance from him in the last match left it to others for goal scoring.

As soon as the game started, it was clear to see that The Oaklands had a clear formation and game play, which could not be said for Bandwagon. In the first ten minutes alone, The Oaklands had three scoring chances, including an excellent through ball from Shaun Mitchell that Liam Fredericks just couldn't hold on to to touch it over the keeper. By the time the first goal came, in the form of an excellent counter attack from a poor attack from Bandwagon leaving Ryan Yuri an easy tap in, one would think they deserved to be at least 3-0 up. After this goal, The Oaklands continued to pile on the pressure, and eventually the man at the front got his first goal, with another good counter attack that left him and Idris Trock with just the goalie to beat. Many more chance were created by Oaklandian midfielders, but the Bandwagon back row seemed to get their act together and no more Oaklandian shots came until the very end of the first half when a corner, taken by Ryan Yuri, was pounced upon by Left Back Tyler Grogg, leaving The Oaklands 3-0 up at half time. Some avid Bandwagon fans could be seen leaving, and who could blame them? They had been completely outplayed in the 1st half.

The game was a lot more even when Bandwagon kicked off the 2nd half, and the sudden change in the level of football from Bandwagon was rewarded just five minutes in, with a free kick ending with the ball being headed into the back of the net, ending Paul Tinns' 149 minute international clean record. The game afterwards was very even, with both teams creating an equal number of chances. The fifth goal came when a long range shot from Owen Gower was parried away only for Liam Fredericks to pounce and test the strength of the netting. Before the crowds had lost the initial sense of excitement after the goal, he did it again with a solo run that ended with a cheeky instep that made the keeper fall over. The last 20 minutes were played out with no more changes to the score line, although it could have easily have been 6-2 if it wasn't for brilliant acrobatics from both keepers. When the final whistle blew, one could spot a look of relief on the face of Liam Fredericks: he had put on a good performance to redeem himself.

The Dire Wolves take their first win in Di Bradini Cup Qualifying, with the Wolves now in a good position to make it to the playoffs. They could even make it to the finals directly, but that's unlikely with how well the Tumbrans are playing and their next match being against Thatius, a team we dispatched pretty easily.

Our game started well when Baldur Takala nearly headed a ball into the goal within the first minute, hitting the crossbar and ultimately going out for a goal kick. The Little Wolves had many opportunities like that for the whole first half, and Wolfbenz finally scored in the 39th minute, with a powerful left-footed kick into the top of the goal. The ball looked like it would go over, but it landed in the top of the net. The Thatian goalkeeper wasn't sure if the ball was going over or not, and he paid the price for it.

After halftime and about ten minutes after Takala's goal, Teuvo Keller received a cross from Gøran Aldersflügel and fired a powerful volley in the goal. There was nothing the keeper could do that time, Keller's shot was just too powerful for him.

After the two goals, the match became more even, with both sides getting about the same amount of shots on goal. Around the 75th minute though, The Little Wolves started dominating possesion again and substitute Vasko Schmeling scored in the final goal of the match, assisted by Jerimias Blumstein with a smart through pass. Schmeling could have got a second in added time, but he shot wide, and the final whistle blew afterwards.

"It was a great win by the team," spoke manager Oksar Neuhaus in the post-match conference, "We started out shaky in the first qualifying match, but then we started to get a grip and work hard, and we showed it in our last match. We need to be prepared for the match against the Democratic States of Fenbar, as we cannot afford a loss against them.

Most people, myself included, don't think that the Fenbari team will be a problem. They are currently last in the group, and were beaten by the Tumbrans 6-2 in their last match, but they could pull a surprise out of their hat.

So...We're through to the final group stages, winning all three matches. Geez, I must sound like an idiot now, predicting we'd only get four points and finish third.
Jones scored another hat-trick, that's his goal count up to 9 now. I think he's gonna get an In-Form on WCFC 15. Team of the Qualification Round. Seems likely.
Back to the game, unfortunately we got an injury (J.Cooper in the 44th minute, it looks serious but we don't have official confirmation yet though), and our dear boy Peter converted the resulting penalty. 9 goals in 3 games really does tell you that he should be playing more for the Lions.
The group stage draw has yet to be revealed-it's in a lavish ceremony after the playoffs.

SALT LICK CITY - It's another warm and windy day here in Salt Lick City, as we prepare to kick off this game against Abanhfleft and Schottia. Luke Edwards here, still sitting in for Noburo Paulsky, and still sitting beside Martin Tyler. For those who didn't watch yesterday's game, let me reiterate that it was definitely one of the craziest games that I have witnessed. Both sides are on the scoreboard, but only one team actually did all the scoring, and it is our very own Democratic Republic. Yes, we scored all six goals in that 4-2 triumph over Estope. Their two goals? Own goals, courtesy of Florence Patterson, Ainsley Gibson, and a very strong wind that came into the stadium during the second half of the game. Walters, Mori, and Villegas are now making attacking runs. Rory kicks to Yoshinobu. Yoshinobu to Karen. Karen to Tomas. Tomas to Rory. Rory to Tomas. Walters goes for goal! ...And it's saved by Jeremy McNott.

16 minutes: Uh-oh, Schottia's on the counterattack after Mori got dispossessed by Dickson. And they're on the run. To Crillin. To O'Maramy. To Killanen. Eoin Killanen shoots! GOAL!!! 32 minutes: Four red shirts surround the ball as the ref blows his whistle. Rory Edwards... is a fake. Karen VIllegas... is a fake too. Yoshinobu Mori... is also a fake. Lea Choi will kick. Right over the crossbar. That didn't even bother Jeremy McNott.

37 minutes: Corner kick to Schottia. Thio Crillin will go to the corner. Looks like they'll be playing it short, as Till Ümann closes in on him. Connie Anderson trying to stick to Ümann like glue. Till will pass to Christopher Dickson. Here's the cross! ...And Carlos Cohen punches it away with ease.

45 minutes: The ref will give us just one minute of added time.

45 minutes + 1: And the first half is over. Good play for both sides, both offensive and defensive. Possession has been mostly to Schottia this half, but play has been kept mostly to their own half, ironically. Meanwhile, in the other game, both Estope and Error 458 are also scoreless. Remember, Estope must win this game for us to advance on H2H against them. Drawing to Schottia is okay, but getting that three points is definitely much more preferable.

As the players get back onto the pitch, I can see that both coaches have decided not to change their lineups before the start of the second half.

45:01 - Schottia will start this second half. Now it's their turn to probe our defenses. Florence, Ainsley, Connie, and Shelly will greet them with a defensive wall. I just realized that the first letters of their first names spell "F-A-C-S." Ooh, Martin Tyler's just noticed it too. What a game where nothing is happening.

61 minutes: Hello, what have we here? Lea Choi trips up Eoin Killanen! That tackle would have had other players on the ground begging the ref to give the tackler a yellow or more preferably a red, but Killanen's already up and running around, and he's pushed Lea. Looks like someone's not happy that a girl beat him. Watch out, Eoin; Fleftic women don't back down easily, especially against foreigners whom they see as either egotistic, chauvinistic, or both. And now Lea's staring down Killanen, practically daring him to make the next move. Only now will their teammates try to break up the brewing confrontation. After some deliberation, the ref hands a yellow card to both Choi and Killanen. I won't be surprised if both of their bookings are for unsportsmanlike conduct. Unfortunately for Schottia, that's just a free kick from 29 yards.

Season review:
The young Greenblues in the various Project +90 programs have played a good number of games last year. Not a lot of cup successes though, but the youth teams have held up fairly well in the leagues. Fligsive's Samra and Volkov helped to keep the team in the top 5, and Kjelstad's Yol and Doublet finished seventh in their division.

Sook, previous Project +90 player, since moved to Kickflip Nosegrind and will join the team to the Globe Cup after a fantastic eighth place in the Sun. League 1. Unfortunately he turned 22 just before the deadline, so he cannot appear for the Di Bradini squad. Medeiros, with the Semarlandic team FC Kolberg, finished fifth which means he will not appear in the Globe Cup, no matter how close he was. There were no records for the recent season in Florgania and Schiavonia.

In the Project +90 Cup, Samra and Volkov took on Yol and Doublet in Group A. Fligsive took on Kjelstad there. Still most of our players play for Schiavonia, and they were eliminated painfully early with just one win in five games in Group B. The Pony Lands players did not even record a win in Group C. Luckily both Fligsive and Kjelstad advanced to the second round from their group, and there they both won their second round game. Kjelstad's youngsters beat those of Eura 3-2 (and with just Ko-orenite defenders in the Kjelstad team, that is arguably not a good thing...) while Fligsive took Apox to penalties and won 4-3. That means we still had four players in the Quarterfinals. Here Samra and Volkov lost with Fligsive to Quebec 2-0, while the Yol and Doublet advanced another round against Legalese: 4-3. And that's five goals conceded in the knockout rounds, with again Ko-oren solely represented in the admittedly poor defence. The Semifinals were better with a 3-1 AET win, and that still means that despite the amount of goals conceded, we had Yol and Doublet in the Project +90 Cup final... which they lost to Dainer anyway.

Draw Made!

After the training of 30th September, the players just got ready to go to the draw. Yuri Makareshi, the captain had to go on the front seat and he was very nervous, he didn't want to have Furellum or Audioslavia panthers of U21 but they just got unlucky, for sure h, being in the same group with Farfadillis, The Calanian Union, The Sarian and the Abanhfleft, just to get you know, Abanhfleft is readier than the other teams of the group as it played in the Qualifying stages of the cup and also played in the playoffs, crushing Octistine with 2-6 at Shady Grove, in Whitetail. Anyway, let's talk about the big deal and favourite of the group, the nation name is Farfadillis, the Farfadillas as we call in Estenia is big deal having won the title 2 editions ago, as our predictors say it wil be our hardest game and they predict a 1-3 lose on home and 4-3 on away. The sure position is the 1st position.

The Sarian, yeah we are not going to talk about that, for a reason, as we do not have reports on how they play, so goes with the Calanian Union and so, we are goin to talk about the big rival, Abanhfleft after the (insert score and type of result here) in a friendly match. After the got ready in the qualifying stage, the predictors still predict on Estenia's side on both games, home and away. They predict a 2-1 win on home and 1-2 win away. Sure position as predictors say for Abanhfleft is either 2nd or 3rd as it goes with us.

After the pre-Di Bradini Cup friendlies, the Estenian player feel readier than ever after a draw and a loss. They stayed on a draw with Devontia, the best team in the group stages with 4-4 and a loss to Furellum after we kept them from doing chances with a 1-2 loss.
