To clarify, it has all of the hallmarks of a sovereign state: its own military, foreign policy, independent government, etc; and the Imperial Commonwealth of Libraria and Ausitoria tacitly acknowledges this and has no interest in ending it.

I think it'd be a good idea to update the Parliament with seats from every country. This can be done through a canon change or an IC election.

Anyway, if people could TG me the number of seats each group gets from their country (for groups, see here: http://iiwiki.com/wiki/Esquarian_Parliament) and then update the EC parliament iiwiki page, I'll sort out the composition diagram.

Doesn't really seem that material a concern. I guess I'd go with the latter, though.

I would like to see the EC page updated with the current nation roster, though. Are we missing anyone who was approved (and hasn't defected)?
