I'm still here. My mother had a kidney infection so that's taken up the majority of my time.....

There is a Latino gang banger in the hospital after getting into a altercation at a local nighclub, 2 dead gang members in Ganton and plus whatever else is going on...

It's okay to RP minor actions of NPCs so long as they don't affect the Rp in a major way(deaths,jail time and etc). All the stories are going to intersect at some point and time; just flesh yourself out first and wait for everything else to come to together.
