EPAN is the Union of Nations that are willing to progress Economically and Politically together. Member Nations are required to attend the Forums.

• An attack on a fellow member of the assembly will not be tolerated and will result in being ejected
• EPAN is not a Military Organisation
• EPAN recognises all member nations as Independent States unless they say otherwise
