Powers, abilities, and skills: He has a suit of armour that has decent protection against bullets, electric shocks and fire. He has amazing navigational skills, his special weapon, Strelok' s SGI 5k and is the greatest STALKER in the Zone.
Equipment (If any): Stalker suit, Gas Mask, Black fingerless gloves and a customized SGI-5k
Short backstory: Strelok arrived in the Zone in 2007, one year after the zone was created. He formed a group called 'Strelok's Group' that composed of 'Fang', 'Ghost' , 'Guide' and 'Doctor'. He tried to pierce to the centre of the Zone, which was heavily defended by a fanatical, huge, religious cult called the 'Monolith'. He made it, but a massive release of energy wounded Strelok, and he was recruited into the ranks of the Monolith. He gained amnesia after the transportation the Monolith were using to send their agents to their locations was hit by lightning. He gained the nickname, 'Marked One'. After this, he pierced to the centre of the Zone. Ghost and Fang were killed, Doctor and Guide survived.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Absent minded, prone to memory loss, is very unlucky and has a bad scar on his head.

How large is the faction in numbers: 35 infantry soldiers.
Short description of Tech level: Warsaw Pact, MT tech.
Short history of the faction: Duty was founded by General Tachenko, who was originally a Captain in the Ukrainian State Service. He had feelings that he wanted to become a Faction leader in the Zone , because of these feelings, he arranged a communications breakdown in his group to become Loners, however, his group was too tightly held together. So he created a faction called Duty along with his fellow soldiers, and to this day Duty will stop at nothing to destroy the Zone. General Tachenko was killed in an artifact hunt, and General Kyrlov led Duty until he was killed. General Voronin is the current leader of duty.
Race(s) the faction is made up of: All of the faction are humans.

I am planning on introducing Hamzah and Arkith at a later time due to them being medieval characters. Hamzah might fit in because he did live in a post-modern era before they decided to nuke themselves, but Arkith is a medieval character and I feel that by throwing them in a futuristic Universe they're going to have problems. Perhaps a Universe that isn't that advanced. However, if the next Universe isn't a medieval type of thing then I'm putting them in.

As crazy as people go over that fight. I would rather see them swap villians. Goku vs Doomsday, Darkseid, or Lex Luthor. And Superman up against Freiza, Cell, and for shiggles, Super Buu.

World Manipulation - Steve has a limited amount of control on the world he's in through the use of command magic - a long forgotten field of magic rediscovered by Steve himself. He can use this to:

- create any kind of weapon he wants
Creative Mode - Steve's ultimate form. In this mode, Steve is almost completely invincible(he can only die due to lack of oxygen), can fly and has infinite resources and weaponry.

Short backstory: Since the common theorized story of Minecraft is that Steve is trying to save the world and Testificates from the Endermen army and their leader the Dragon, it can be based on that Steve is caring and brave. However; since its personality is based on the player, it's up to him to decide what it does and how it acts. Is Steve going to risk everything for the Testificates, is it going to procrastinate and save the world later, is it going to be a morally ambigious anti hero who constantly steals from the Testificates and makes it rather unclear whether it's doing it for the greater good or just its own selfish gain, or is it not even going to be the slightest bit heroic and just run around mindlessly killing animals and testificates not even trying to save the world? Another factor is what mode you pick, if you pick Hardcore mode and fail that ultimately means that Steve failed its quest to save the world and that the Ender-Dragon succeeds in whatever his goal was, however; if you chose survival mode and died you simply come back without your tools.
Weaknesses: Weapons and armor can break after a long time of usage. Limited strength without equipment. Command magic takes time to be used. I don't want to use Creative, so it takes away a lot of his potential.
