Powers, abilities, and skills: He is a great leader and experienced soldier
Equipment (If any): M16A3 (A highly modified M16), Kriss Kard pistol
Short backstory: Despite the fact he look like Stalin, Grand Emperor Faldularor Longbottom is a pretty nice guy. When he rose to power he had unlimited control of th nation, so he limited it by writing a constitution.

Are you actually planning on having Riot be able to take over Mercer (Or at least merge with him), or are you planning on him resisting?
