Cool, what are your ideas? Maybe I can help you decide.

A villain who just loves to destroy for the sake of destroying stuff. Not sure whether this is because of a mental disorder or not.

A hero with moral issues wondering whether as a hero (s)he should follow the law to the letter or if the goal is stopping crime you should be able to do this without restrictions.

Then a couple more ideas but I'm on my phone and I'm exhausting my thumbs :-P.

Moral Code or principles: He is a crime boss and is ruthless but even though he is a cold blooded killer he took a vow not to hurt children or the eldery

As he grew up in sweden his powers of super strength started to emerge it reached new heights when he lifted up his fathers car. He was exposed to crime films shuch as the godfather and he wanted to be like them so he started he started to study the mafia. When he was 14 his father and mother moved to america and took olva with them there he quickly learned english and graduated high school with honors. Then he got a masters degree in buisness then he started his Criminal orginization called the swedish cartel. Today olav and his gang are greedily controling thier turf with an iron fist destroying any upstarts

His original plans were to stay off the criminal path, but after several events involving cars and real estate, Steven got back on track with his own gang. Her father, Michael Montieth and founder of Dallion HealthTec Institute has committed his life to testing various people in exchange he offers them cash. The mutations have only been successful at a limited rate and the last major experimentation was conducted on none other than Hazel. Hazel's power to speed up the growth of plants life and to control the plants was seen as an asset that the Institute needed for it's value and could they mass produce a machine that could grow plant life the possibilities would be endless. The tests ran clear results, if they continued she would undoubtedly die from the strain under which they were putting her. The Institutes high funding and greed prompted them to keep trying. As the final testing was being conducted, Hazel lost her powers. Her father Michael now rebranded the institute as one that would, for a price, help those who had genetic mutations or powers of any kind to become normal and even gave Hazel the job as chief operating officer. Now without powers and built up years of resentment she seeks to find any of these vigilantes and bring them to the institute before being brought to justice just like her father did.
Her father's disappearance in the past year led many to assume Hazel was now in charge and with her white lab coat already on and most of the institutes power being approved by the police, not many could argue against her.

The different "songs' she sings and plays during battle are concentrated into powerful blasts of sounds waves that are highly effective as a weapon and mainly disorient. She has a special move that when she screams, sound waves boom and crash, breaking property and quite a few ear drums. At her most powerful, she can create sonic booms.
Weaknesses(required)- any soundproof barrier, a deaf enemy and if she was rendered deaf she couldn't use her powers.
Equipment- Her super powered guitar, and also she possesses amplifying gloves and a necklace she wears during battle that make her attacks amplify when she uses them

She's now a very famous pop star, actress and singer known throughout the world for her hit movies and music but she's a perfectionist and always feels like she can get better so she puts her heart into every concert, album and movie she makes. She lived in Dallion nine years and felt like it was part of her home too as much as Oslo so she donates to charities as well but she always felt helpless not being able to help with the crime problem. As a famous star, she lives in a house with her parents in the Hills and also has a house in her native Norway. While rehearsing one day, she discovered her powers with sound waves by accident and decided to help out with the rampant crime in the city. Her main motivation for becoming Echo is this, she and her little sister Mette were very close and spent every day together. One day while playing in the streets, Mette was taken and kidnapped by a Dallion crime boss when they were little. Idunn tried to save her and eventually did, but because of the horrible things that had happened to her, Mette is mentally unstable and fearful, the young girl slowly descending into madness. Idunn cares for her, refusing to have her sent away and planning revenge on the mob bosses who did this to her sister. Not many people know because she doesn't like to speak about it.
