I actually lost most of my appetite after a 7 mile walk yesterday, I almost didn't finish my burrito. But I would not let it go to waste.

Such is the spirit of our dormitory, Renee. We live to eat. Chose to walk 7 miles for recreational purposes? Or you just had to go somewhere?

To get that burrito. 3.5miles (45-50 minutes) each way. I thought I deserved a treat for dinner, and wouldn't be able to afford the bus tomorrow to the therapist (which would be nearly twice as far roundtrip) if I bought a burrito as well, even with it on sale for $6 with chips and a drink on Mondays and Thursdays.
A bit more than 1/3 of it is along a nice trail by a creek. It's an enjoyable walk.

Well, it is a bit over the top. Americans may disagree, but that only explains why USA is numero uno when it comes to morbid obesity.

If I wasn't supplementing with protein shakes, I'd be eating around that, if not more. But that's for muscle growth. In normal circumstances most of that protein would just get turned into Glycogen for energy. Also, if the majority is red meat, then it wouldn't be very good for you.
