As for our quality service and customer care, these are areas we are always striving to be the absolute best at. Pricing is competitive for the quality we offer. Our Network Continues Moving Forward

We are excited to provide a network upgrade. A year ago, we announced we were beginning to rip up and replace our existing 2G and 3G network, replacing it with LTE Advanced. We already had the fastest LTE network at that time, however we wanted to further improve our network for you.

We projected it would take two years to replace all our 2G and 3G towers and spectrum, replacing them with LTE Advanced. Why would we do this? There is no reason our customers should not have access to the very fastest network type avalaible. However, we are a full year ahead of schedule. Heading into 2015, every single customer of ours will be connecting up to our faster LTE network - no more 2G, no more 3G.

We will now begin upgrading our HSPA+42 network to LTE Advanced. Already, 93% of our customers have access to LTE Advanced, up from 89% a year ago. The remaining 7% of our customers are on HSPA+42. A year ago? 6% of our customers were on 2G and standard 3G. Now, they are all on HSPA+42 or LTE Advanced.

We expect in one year to have our full network completely LTE Advanced. During this process, we are upgrading our customers to LTE capable phones - free upgrades - to ensure everyone is able to take advantage of our faster, always improving network.

Optimized Network Enhancement Program Enters Phase II

We were excited to announce earlier in the day the completion of Phase I of our Optimized Network Enhancement Program at Kingston Mobility. As a recap, we finished well ahead of our proposed time frame for that phase. In Phase I, we completely replaced all of our 2G and 3G network with LTE Advanced. Thus, the 98% of our coverage that has access to 2G and 3G - and the 6% of our network which relied on 2G or 3G, with nothing higher - is now completely LTE Advanced.

Now, currently 7% of our customers connect up to our HSPA+42, which has a footprint of about 90% of our coverage. As we now launch Phase II, we will be replacing our entire HSPA+42 with LTE Advanced. In addition, we will be rolling out 5 Ghz spectrum in crowded urban locations, as well as in locations such as airports, arenas, and other high-density locations. In all areas where we roll out the 5 Ghz spectrum, we will be combining it with our other spectrum, allowing for, at lowest, twin-band, and up to pena-band combined spectrum, allowing for absolutely unparalleled data speeds on our LTE Advanced network.

Phase II of our Optimized Network Enhancement Program is expected to be finished by mid 2016.
