I think he means Greece as a home country and Somalia as a colony. Though I doubt that is plausible as the Scramble for Africa never happened.

Even if the scramble for Africa did happen that would be unlikely. The Greeks weren't exactly a colonial power.

If you want to invade Africa, Spain or the Dutch is possibly your best bet as they aren't involved in the Great War.

Seriously though, you should do it. There's a lot of benefits to it, some of them being that you don't have to deal with angry Ukrainian rebels in your country, you'll gain a big ally in the case of war, and a subsequent trade agreement would make you and us richer.

You just had a great war that killed 30 million people, not sure your depleted and demoralized army can successfully match the rebels in combat. If you're recruiting ethnic Ukrainians, they'd probably desert and join us.

Russia, support Serbobulgaria in the conference. It is in your best interests to see a large Pan-Slavic state that is Pro-Russia in the Balkans. Allowing the Serbs their own nation could result in a Serb attack against a Bulgarian nation (Controlled by me), Albania, and even A-H. Then, Serbia would be crushed.

In other words, Serbobulgaria is good, Serbia on her own, bad.
