In the interests of ours, as well as others' national security, we conduct counter-terrorist and intelligence activities all over the world, including on the internet.

The official stance of the Republic of Seattile: "Gentlemen do not read other gentlemen's mail."

What some people (who have disappeared) think is the Truth: We spy on every other nation on our planet, mostly for laughs. We know what the other leaders of the world will do before they know what they'll do. When they sneeze we will know the year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and millisecond of the sneeze. We also like watching foreign channels not in our mighty nation.

Of course we do. However, you'd have a much easier time tracking one specific Neutrino in a sea of trillions to the power of trillions of them. Do other people spy on us? Absolutely. Of course, we know just about every spy who's heard the name Dalcaria, and we enjoy tracking them, taking a few secrets from them, and of course leaving them trails of breadcrumbs that lead to nothing.

His excellency the Grand Chancellor had previously been the head of Dalcaria's intelligence agency, but stepped down when he took the position of Grand Chancellor at the conclusion of the Civil War. He still uses this vast net of spies to his fullest advantage though, and it's said he probably knows more about most people in Dalcaria then they know about themselves. Of course, unlike other spy groups (like the NSA), he pays little attention to the lives of the average person and instead directs his attention to finding actual threats. So if you're seeing a mistress here in Dalcaria, he probably won't bother with you, unless you're some sort of an obstacle to progress.

Of course.

The Royal Military Intelligence Agency was formed in 1900 in order to gather intelligence on rebel forces that were massing within the Kingdom. The agency proved to be quite futile as the agents were often improperly trained and under equipped. During a period of time known as 'the Struggle', much of the Kingdom seceded and formed two independent states. The RMIA still operates to this day, gathering information on the military capabilities and intentions of the Free State of Dunegaul and the Republic of Eryeland.

It operates in a small capacity on a larger world scale. Although initially under-funded, ill-trained and ill-equipped, the agency went through a period of modernization in the 1940s and again in the 1980s which has brought almost on par with other agencies around the world.

We spy on everybody all the time. It has been said that every Fatatatutian abroad is a spy to some degree. Of course, they're not all wearing Hawaiian shirts and carrying surfboards. And we do often employ foreign nationals to spy for us too.

Of course we do. It would be criminally irresponsible not to make our best effort to ensure that we know what the other nations of the world are up to, even the things they don't want us to know about. Especially the things they don't want us to know about.

the Imperial Iranian intelligence organization, known as SAVAK, dedicated itself to both domestic security and foreign intelligence. It is comprised of nine bureaus; foreign ntelligence being concentrated in the second bureau. Which both gathered and analyzed foreign information. The responsibility for analysis is subsequently transferred to the seventh bureau, which has become a repository for the organizations brainier members, looking into a wide array of subjects, including such matters as the effect of trends in the world economy on the Iranian society. The eight bureau is responsible for counter-espionage. Over the years, it's has grown into a superb organization with significant information on the soviet bloc, later the Russian federation, as well as the regional countries. Back in the 70s, it predicted the soviet designs in Afghanistan before any other intelligence organizations, including Mossad and the CIA. As early as 1976 it advised the shah that Iraq was building and stockpiling chemical and biological weapons.

The third bureau is responsible for domestic security. Like most security agencies that preceded it, this bureau has mainly been concerned with the left and its operations in Iran. Though the Cold War no longer creates a communist threat in Iran, the Tudeh Party remains under the eyes of national security for suspicious activities. However, the third bureau's intelligence is not limited to the left, and takes all threats regardless seriously. In 2011, it was discovered that a network of Savak agents, working with Mossad were engaging with the secularist groups as well as the Egyptian military, in coordinating an uprising against Morsi's government.

That park bench must be buried in envelopes by now, with how often you've used it. Good policy though.

As we have said before, we spy on everybody. Do you have an embassy exchange with us? Makes no difference either way. We're spying on you.
