Great news for India! The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, along with a group of leading Indian business people have successfully negotiated an investment deal to be offered to Poland and Turkey. The goal of this investment package is to help these economies grow if they decide to place an embargo on Russian goods. With this economic proposal, India hopes that more Eastern European nations join in the struggle against sanctioning Russia for its despotic actions. The deals consists in investing in infrastructure, banking services, and the service sector of both economies. Additionally, the government of India wants to discuss with both nations the possible signing of Bilateral Investment Treaties that could ease the process of investing in each economy of the nations involved.

In other matters, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter to the North Korean government with the hopes of signing a new trade deal that could benefit both countries.

G8 Summit on the Future of the Russian Federation and the European Union/North Atlantic Treaty Organization
German Chancellor Remmer has launched in a Boeing 757 today, en route to Japan to meet with the various leaders of the G8. As the United Nations cannot end the hostilities, it is up for the nations to decide themselves.

German/Polish Airstrike
The airstrike was very effective, and reduced the stronghold on the state of Saxony

German invasion of Saxony
The Roar of the Luftwaffe jets flying overhead was intense. Leopards rolled out, followed by various other vehicles. 160,000 soldiers assaulted the state of Saxony. Two days later, the lest five rebels left alive surrendered in the Battle of Dresden. These rebels will be fiercely interogated.

Germany opens up financial options after the war
The United States of America, on of Germany's greatest allies, is in the midst of an economic crisis, with the external debt getting higher and higher. Germany proposes to trade more with the United States, and also wishes for the same with Canada. Germany also wishes for more trade and investment into India, ASEAN, Japan, and Northern Africa (minus egypt).

Germany seeks to end the possibility of another Civil War
Germany has launched a number of reforms to end the possibility of more disgruntled citizens, but has not made any modification to the constitution (mostly because I have not read it in full, so I don't know what the policy is to change it).

Volks Wagon gives up legal battle in the United States
Of recent (in the year 2014), a small legal battle in Tennessee has shown that the state government and the people do not want to be in a union. VW has given up this battle, facing fierce political backfire in America.

German introduces tariffs to Russian Made goods, if ever un-embargoed
With the G8 Summit about to start, Russian made goods will receive a set tariff of 15%, if it comes to the point that the Russian Federation is un-embargoed by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Germany introduces slight tariff to America, British, and French Made goods.
While Eastern and Central Europe face a major recession due to the abandonment of Russian energy exports, Germany makes a 4% tariff on American, British, and French made goods to increase the revenue of the state, so that Eastern and Central Europe regain economic stability
(If this is illegal, let me know. I will remove this part)

Germany seeks new carrier, light helicopter carrier
The German Government now has plans for a light helicopter carrier, and has been made the priority of Germany. At the current pace, it is expected to be finished in 2021.

I have permission from Roski to RP the Luftwaffe

Dresden, Rebel Territory
The air over the city was clear, as a high pressure system began to drive out the lower pressure that had been over Dresden for the last three days. The rebels were strongly entrenched, but lacked much in the nature of anti-aircraft weaponry. In the sky, specks began to near the city. They moved at an alarming rate, and the various insurgents watched as the objects streaked towards them.

German aircraft approached from the south, and Polish aircraft approached from the east. There was little turbulence over Dresden, as the first of the bombs hit a rebel position. The insurgents fired into the air with machine guns, and some tried to throw the few explosives that they had up at the fighters, but they were short on the complex weapons needed to shoot down modern bombers.

When Dresden had been confirmed to be cleared of civilians, it became a target for air raids. Bomb bays whistled, and the aircraft unleashed their deadly cargo onto the enemy below. The second bombing of Dresden had begun, but civilian casualties were highly unlikely. Communication between the two squadrons had been mastered, and the Polish and the Luftwaffe continuously attacked rebel strongholds in the city with deadly accuracy.

Poland, Europe
With the end of trade with Russia, the recession in the Polish economy had caused the government to scramble for solutions. Turkish specialists in clean energy collaborated with Poles in an effort to fill the energy deficit that was caused by the halting of Russian gas shipments, and Polish officials eyed the possibility of pipelines to Central Europe, once the fighting in Germany was at it's close. Tariffs with Japan had been lowered, in an effort to establish new a trade partner.

Elections began to draw closer and closer, and surveyors noticed a decline in the membership of the PiS, and an increase in support for more progressive factions of the Civic Platform. Euroscepticism was slowly declining, as aid from the European Union began to arrive, however support for NATO was still at an all-time low. Analysts predict that Polish public opinion will favor the European Union increasingly as European aid enters the country, and once the economy recovers support for NATO will begin to climb again.

København
The Elections are finished, and the Interim government disbanded. The Election results are in, and a Socialdemokraterne and Enhedslisten Rød-Grøn coalition has won the majority. The new Prime minister is Marc Remmer, ironically a distant cousin to the German Remmer.
His Cabinent consists of:
Martin Blødmænd -enl.,ø
Margrethe Schildesdatter - sdp
Jeppe Claasson - enl. , ø
Niclaas Haraaldsson - sdp
Georg von Nuremburg - sdp
This otherwise typical government is notable for it's high number of Communists: two. This has caused the Danish people to hope for a new outlook on political affairs that isn't as dependent on their German relatives to the south.
Japan
The Danish delegation has arrived in Tokyo to prepare for the G8 meeting. They have a goal of returning to Nato under their conditions, and not Germany's. They also wish to make it abundantly clear to the Tysk that they will open the blockade themselves if necessary to save lives. Far too many have died from this stupid stand off. They invite the German and Russian ambassadors to an informal meeting to help outline the talks at G8.

Øresund
A Danish Frigate arrives near the German blockade. They radio in to the Germans.
Bremen, this is the HDMS Absalon. We are here to inform you that diplomatic talks are currently under way between our governments, and ask that you please abstain from the blockade. People are starving to death in here. Please, open up. We need to get food from Sweden. Please help us. Please leave. We are out of food, and we need to get trade from Sweden. We need relief from this blockade. Please let it go.

Slesvig
Starving, hollow eyed infantrymen slowly clamber out of the trenches, on government orders. They walk, with their arms raised towards the German lines. They shuffle, stumble, and a few collapse from exhaustion to be picked up by their comrades. These scenes are the worst of the siege, Slesvig having the least food of all Denmark. They ran out over three days ago, and the last store shelf in the country was cleared yesterday. This is the Danish surrender. When they reach the German lines, some begin to plead for rations, while other simply stare with either contempt or skepticism.

Germany enters Denmark

Upon seeing the Danish soldiers march closer, a commander raises his hand, as if to get the men ready to fire. The Bundeswehr was well fed, despite the cries in Saxony for more food (which would be given to them, as they were now under German hands again). But, upon seeing the soldiers stumble, the commander lowers his arm, and the Germans lower their weapons.
Upon hearing their plea, the commander orders the Bundeswehr to feed the Danish troops.

Later, this conversation took place.
"The Danish people are in a pathetic state. They can not get to food, and Remmer will not allow that blockade to end, until Denmark bows to NATO again."

"Hmm. Ask Remmer to let us enter Denmark, and give food to the people."

The letter is sent, and lo and behold, Remmer accepts it. German transport planes fly over major cities in Denmark, dropping thousands of pounds of food into each city.

But, 4,000 armed Bundeswehr forces now enter Denmark, followed by semis which are full of food. They will go from town to town, giving out food. There will be no more than 12,000 Bundeswehr forces in Denmark at any one time. The Bundeswehr is only armed to prevent raiding of the food.

The Germans are well received in Denmark, though there is suspicion as to their motives, the civilians do not blame the soldiers themselves, and welcome them with woodcarvings, knives, and shoes. Danish children can be seen showing German troops their pets and crowds wave both Dannebrog and German flags.

Meanwhile, Marc Remmer makes trips to visit the German troops, and speak with them about the current affairs. He also walks about meeting the average Dane and asking them their expectations of him while on office. A day into the German presence in Denmark, Marc Remmer boards a plane headed for Berlin to speak to his cousin.

Beijing, China

In an interview with the press, the Premier or China announced that the military bases in Iran were fully operational, and the troops were ready for combat. If the "country" of Kurdistan intended to use force, they would have to attack The People's Republic of China. The government also announced it is looking forward to developing clean energy projects with Japan in an effort to protect our children's future. In addition, the People's Republic of China will be attending the G8 summit, as it was invited by the members. (I believe this was OOCly) China looks forward to the conference.

The People's Republic of China also announced it would be committing peacekeepers to the UN mission in Morocco, however China would like to note that the resolution does not permit an offensive war against Sawhri, only to maintain stability within Morocco's current borders, and protect it defensively.

Greetings great ally!

The People's Republic of China has already begun improving infrastructure on major roads that connect Beijing and Moscow, however to commit to an oil pipeline we must be assured that the current oil rates stay at its current price of a 69 percent decrease. Once this is agreed upon formally, we will gladly commit to building pipelines on the Chinese side of the border.

The Folketing has voted in support of joining the EUNAVFOR. They have sent an application to join, and in anticipation have volunteered the Knud Ramussen, Triton, and the HDMS Freja. They have been sent to the horn of Africa in order to help patrol, and are hoping to capture as many pirates as possible alive, so that they may be rehabilitated in Denmark.

A letter has been sent to Japan requesting to buy a destroyer or the plans for one from the JMSDF.

In other news, recruitment drives for the military are at their highest since the end of the Cold War.

Osaka, Japan

Stephan Harper arrived to the Summit, as always, fashionably late.

"Fack. Facking fack. How facking hard is it to get this goddamned 'copter off the ground? Now all these representatives are gonna be in my fackin' ass." He slammed his hand down on the seat next to him, made of hard plastic. His normal helicopter had decided to act up, so this was an experimental one; albeit, a late-stage experimental one, but still dangerous. Stephan was in a decidedly bad mood.

"Somebody shoulda tode ya, I'm only gettin oda, I'm on-" started part of Stephan's escort.

"Shut your facking mouth!" Stephan shouted. He despised rap music almost as much as he despised country. As he lit a cigarette (which he wasn't supposed to do, but 'fack' it, it was his goddamn country), he ordered, "Get the escort ready, we're landing soon. A Mari Usque Ad Mare. From sea to fackin' sea, goddamn right."

Ontario, Canada

Joe Oliver, the newly elected Canadian Minister of Finances, sat down with James Moore, the Minister of Industry.

"Well, tell me one downside - James, please - go ahead - I bet you can't," Joe said in Joe's usual manner - frequently pausing, letting the words sink in, and quite possibly giving the listener a moment of respite from his terrible voice before they simply disregarded what he had to say.

"Well, for one, Joe ... uh, well shit. There aren't none, rea-"

"Double negative - really, James - you're the Minister of Industry - and you still use double negatives?" James sighed, a long, restless, quite irritated sigh.

"Yes, Joe. Now, as I was saying, there aren't any, really. Japan gets along very well economically, as do we. Just ... do the math. Good plus good equals great. I feel like Japan presents the best opportunity for economical expansion we've had in years."

"Well, James - I completely agree." Joe nodded, James nodded, and the decision was final.

OPERATION ATALANTA

Operation Atalanta is a European Union Operation made to stop the Piracy on the Somali Territorial Waters. The Serbian Armed Forces will be going on a "little" trip to the most dangerous zones where the Pirate Threat is. Since the Somali Pirates are pretty armed with Machine Games, and have captured a lot of boats/ships, the Serbian Soldiers will need to travel with a Danish Frigate to the most dangerous zones on the Territorial Waters of Somalia. Denmark for now is not a member of the European Union Naval Force Somalia or EUNAVFOR for short, but might be a good help stopping the Somali Pirates. The Danes have a really good Navy, and should be a great help on stopping the threat in Somali Waters. Serbian Soldiers will be getting ready to kick some pirate scum.

Port of Mogadishu, Somalia

Serbian Solders are getting ready on the Port of Mogadishu, preparing the Weapons. Meanwhile, one of the Serbian Generals is looking up some pictures of captured Somali Pirates. Anyway, 2015 should be the year where the Somali Piracy should be stopped! One Serbian Soldier came into the room where the General is, saying "Sir, Somali Pirates took a cruise ship in the zone where most Somali Pirates are!". The General replied "What?! Those scums stroke again?! Was the captain of the ship who sent this report to us?", then the Soldier "Yes, it was the captain, but I bet now they are holding them as a Hostage on the ship.", the General said "That did happen, those pirate scums take every innocent on a single ship as a Hostage. Prepare the boats! It's time to kick some pirate ass!". The Serbian Soldiers are preparing the boats, they cannot exactly wait for the Danes to arrive, since this very important, there are 317 lives on that cruise ship, and they have to be saved. Now the moment has come to kill Somali Pirates!

The Danish Frigate opens fire upon upon the cruiser. Canisters filled with a watered down tear gas pelt the deck. Followed by that are stink canisters that give a foul smell in order to keep the pirates away from the stern. They send a helicopter out to drop a team out onto the stern, and storm the bedroom where the hostages are being held.

Blockade of Denmark Removed, Bundeswehr agents withdrawn from Denmark
The Blockade by the Germany navy closing all Denmark ports has been lifted, and they return to their original positions in the Baltic, blocking the Russian Federation once more. Another increase, Spain's ships are no longer allowed to sail down the Baltic.

German Nationalism switches to possible military advancements
With the German Civil War behind them, and the possiblity of a Russian Threat still looming overhead, the Government has asked this newfound "nationalism" to be put to something productive. The Productivity in Germany dramatically increases, with companies like VW taking a large possible profit. However, the development of Germany's light carrier, set to be the F550 Berlin Class, may have the resources of the Dutch Boatmaking skillls put into it.

Undisclosed location, Siberia, Russia

"Viktor, Wake up."

"Huh?" Viktor looked around, seeing the approaching military installation. It was not as large as he expected, but indeed this was the strategy; in event of Nuclear war, it was a lot harder to wipe out 20 small bases the one big one.

"You got the I.D's?"

"Yeah"

Viktor reached into the passengers compartment, grabbing elaberate Russian military I.D's, They would get them past the first booth; that's all they needed.

"Greetings" said the booth guard, Viktor handed him there ID's, and he looked over his computer screen; The guard looked up and down, obviously not fooled by the I.D's

*pssht* He dropped dead, killed by a silenced pistol from the back seat.

"Jesus!"

"He wouldove raised the alarm"

The men nodded, and the 3 SUV's proceeded into the base.

"Loud & proud, gentlemen."

The 20 or so men exited from the SUV's, AK's and PKM's ready, and burst down the door into the small installation.

"HANDS!"

The 5 soldiers inside quickly surrendered, and where tied and thrown into the back closet.

"How long will it take to crack the launch codes?" asked Viktor, looking at Ivan, the group hacker.

"Certainly not impossible, but itle take time- 12 to 24 hours?"

"Make it happen"

"Already on it, boss."

"Are we ready to go load?"

"Yep." Chernov had brought in a camera.

"Greetings, citizens. Behind me is a nuclear facility in Siberia, in it are 3 nuclear warheads capable of flattening any city in the globe. We have them at our disposal and are not afraid to use them."

"We demand the resignation of president Vladimir Putin, the Russian people have suffered long enough under this regime!. Should any Russian military strike come at this base or we detect any launches at it, We will fire these warheads, the first one at Moscow."

"Should any Foreign Power feel the need to intervene, they will suffer the same fate." He signalled the connection to be cut, and the video was uploaded to YouTube and various other sites.

"How long would it take them to get here?"

"The nearest force they have capable of pyschically storming the base is at least a few hours away - By the time they get any sizeable force here, We'll have the launch codes."

"Good, Good."

"Now, comrades, We wait." With that, he lifted up a bottle of vodka and the group drank.

Possibility of a Russian Nuclear Threat
The German Government is horrified that rebels have take a nuclear facility in Russia. They are the first to activate their defence shield, and call on the rest of the world to do the same immediately.

The German government is tempted to ask the Russian Federation if the can send KSK Agents to help end the issue.

"This nuclear threat is one that must be taken seriously. These... terrorists have taken one of the most defended silos in the world, and if they seriously risk the possibility of instant death just to take a silo, the world has serious issues at hand. I have activated the German Nuclear Defence shield, and I urge other nations, like the People's Republic of China to activate theirs as well." said the new German Chancellor.

To: Federal Republic Germany
From: Kingdom Denmark
We urgently request that we be able to shield our government in Berlin for the duration of the Nuclear threat. We also would like to evacuate our military to a place within the German shield. We are currently building blast shelters in the country side, and canceling work indefinitely. Let it also be known, that Danish scientists, Engineers, and military men are willing to coordinate with the Bundeswehr to stop this threat. We may have had a diplomatic bump lately, but God Knowing the entire world is united this day in one goal.

Spain would be more than happy to provide economic, diplomatic and military support to the Sahrawi people. We will be happy to send advisers to help train the army for open combat and we will send military equipment so that you can continue your struggle for Independence. Should Morocco attempt invade the Sahrawi homeland, we hope that you will put up a good fight giving us a legitimate Casus Belli to intervene to prevent the return of oppression.

President Barack Obama, had been conducting a small chat with the Secretary of State when he suddenly got a call from the Secretary of Defense. He soon placed his original call on hold, and answered.

"President Berry Here", Obama said.

The Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel began talking really fast after that.

"Mr President, we have a high priority situation developing here in the Pentagon. I think you need to get down here."

President Obama noticed the tone in the mans voice, which had never ever been like that, he sat down in his chair and asked what was going on, and Chuck responded.

"Mr President, Terrorist in the Russian Siberian Area have seized a Russian Nuclear Base, and have threatend to launch nukes on any city on the Globe."

Obama stood in shock, then quickly began to stand and gave his finishing remarks.

"I'll be right there", before hanging up.

Barack barged into the Pentagon, and took a seat around a conference room set up in the lower basement, as he prepared to speak to his generals and Defense Secretary.

"Whats the situation?"

Defense Secretary Chuck, immediately replied.

"At the moment sir, we don't know. We received this broadcast thirty minutes ago."

The screen in the conference room began to show the video feed that was broadcasted.

"Should any Foreign Power feel the need to intervene, they will suffer the same fate."

"Jesus, take us to Defcon two, get the important Government Secretaries to secure locations, and send a message to Putin, asking what he intends to do about this."

The President finished, and soon they played a waiting game, as the letter was sent to Putin about what he was going to do, and the Defcon level was announced to the public.

Foreign Minister Margrethe Schildesdatter sends a letter to the terrorists in Siberia in order to make safety calculations for Denmark.
To: Anti-Putin Combatants
From: MS, Foreign Minister
We would like to enquire into the tonnage of these 'large warheads' so that we may make safety calculations for the minimal protection required for Danish innocents should a strike be perpetrated on one of our neighbours. We will also warn you that after your three strikes are carried out, Russian police will most definitely not be amused. While any loss of life is unfortunate and tragic, unfortunately for you, three strikes and your out, means that Russia could easily destroy your entire army when you've used up those opportunities. We beg you to reconsider and go home to your families.

In other news, King Fredrik has refused to accompany the active government in their flight to Tórshavn, and has instead chosen to remain in Fredriksborg.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper

TOKYO, JAPAN - After years of elaborate negotiation, Canada and Japan have finally concluded the signing of a free trade agreement. The agreement will remove barriers to trade and create jobs in both countries. In particular, Japanese automotive manufacturers are keen on setting up production operation in Ontario and Quebec. Japan will also be receiving increased amounts of oil from Canada's burgeoning petroleum industry. The leaders of both countries signed the agreement earlier this week at a special press gallery in Tokyo.

The Japanese Navy has been placed on alert status and has deployed additional warships to the Kuril Islands in Hokkaido Prefecture

TOKYO, JAPAN - Prime Minister Shinzo Abe addressed the media today in regards to the nuclear threat from Siberia. "We are taking the situation very seriously" he said when asked how dire the threat was. Russia's nuclear arsenal has been subject to much scepticism since the end of the Cold War as a weakness in global control of advanced nuclear weapons. Abe continued "I have personally directed the Navy to maintain significantly increased assets in the Hokkaido region. These include assets equipped with anti-ICBM technology. Japan has been preparing for an event like this since North Korea began testing its missile technology and we are prepared for whatever the outcome." Abe was unable to elaborate on further negotiations with the terrorist organization, saying that the issue was being handled by Russian authorities. He said his office has been in contact with Russia and is prepared to offer whatever support is needed to resolve the situation. "We must remember that we live in a time where our extinction is still a very real possibility. It would be foolish to forget that." Abe remarked before departing for another emergency Cabinet meeting.

Project Tree Diagram control room

Prime Minister Abe arrived at the mountain base by helicopter with key Cabinet members in tow. The politicians were greeted by the base commander. The general and several other senior officers saluted them. "Prime Minister, Cabinet members, please follow me there is little time to spare." The group quickly moved to inside the base. After a considerable trip through the mountain complex they reached an elaborate control room. Another soldier stood up and greeted them when they entered the room. "Prime Minister, glad you made it here safely. This is your first time here, is it not?". The Prime Minister took a seat at one of the desks. "General Kataoka, I hope this was worth the funding we had to creatively come up with." The General smiled and then took a seat next to the Prime Minister. "This is the control area for Project Tree Diagram. From this room we have completed perception of Japanese territory and control over all defence assets. Of course, we have been monitoring the situation in Siberia for a while now, but the terrorists appear well holed up and aren't coming out for us to take their picture." Prime Minister Abe leaned forward on the desk and steepled him hands. The Foreign Affairs Minister took up post at another desk, and had an operator connect him to NATO and the United States.

It was going to be a long day.

Warsaw, Poland
The morning light dawned, as Poles began to wake up. A few thousand lazily checked YouTube, browsing through channels. Then, the news hit the country like a freight train.
Terrorists had captured three ICBMS in Russia, and were threatening to use them. Panic spread, as fearful citizens bough iodine tablets and turned fearfully to the news. As the nation went about it's business with it's heart in it's mouth, as the President prepared to make an announcement.

There have been rumors circulating, and they are believed to be true. Anti-government extremists in Russia have gotten their hands on multiple nuclear warheads. We have mobilized our missile defense systems in preparation for the worst, however I believe that we will not face the worst. It is possible that the terrorists can be talked out of a nuclear strike. To those holding the weapons in Russia, I only say this: Is it worth millions of innocent lives? There are other ways to solve our problems in this world, and death will not change the world for the better.

-The Air Force has been mobilized
-Iodine tablets have been distributed, in the case that fallout should reach Poland

Paris, France
April 10th, 2015

President Hollande sat in his briefing room, an emergency meeting of the cabinet was called by the President to discuss what action France would take against the recent happenings in the Siberian tundra in Russia.

"What's the current situation in Siberia?" Hollande asked his fellow government officials.

"No updates as of yet, situation remains just as tense as before. Terrorists control the base, no military forces have been mobilized in the base's vicinity for the fear of them launching the weapons towards populated regions. Vladimir Putin has not yet released a statement, but is expected to make a statement in the very near future." Was the response given to him.

"Any military operations we could launch?" Hollande asked looking through stack of papers.

"None as of yet sir, but we will be working closely with Russians and the Americans to help conduct a covert operation to terminate the terrorist threat within their deadline." He was told

"Good, good. Now, I must address the French people at once if you may excuse me. Stay alert." Hollande said leaving the room and heading towards a press conference, where he would address the people of the French Republic.

Upon arriving, he first notified the press that no questions would be taken as this was simply for informational reasons to inform the nation on the current state of the crisis at hand.

"My fellow citizens, I stand here before not just as President, but as a concerned French civilian as well. Within the last few hours, the French government has gained the knowledge of what is suspected to Siberian terrorists who have taken over a nuclear base in Russia. The terrorists state that they have 3 nuclear armed warheads and are willing to launch them at any city in the world. Now, we have no conclusive evidence if they have the launch codes to fire off these warheads, but this situation is still a threat to France's national security nonetheless. The alert level of France has been placed at level 3, meaning that there is a possible chance of an attack. For now, we would like to advise citizens to stay within their homes until further notice. Thank you."

Francois Hollande said to the crowd of reporters before darting back to the briefing room to check for updates on the situation. This was going to be a test of France's willpower and it's motivation to power through any opposition it may face now or in the future, and Hollande was determined to complete this objective.
