Let this declaration stand as an official proposal backed by the authority of the voting ministers of the Aetherian People's Council, and the House of Proletarians.

In order to prevent unnecessary bloodshed, the Council hereby proposes a diplomatic solution it views as a fair and serviceable compromise for involved parties. As the council recognizes that the government of Gran Chile fits the description of a politically insane national system, the People's Republic of Aethrys officially offers emergency refugee status to any individuals seeking to flee from the borders of Gran Chile. With the approval of the Gran Chilean government, the Aetherian People's Freedom Army (PFA) and associate branches of the Republic's self defense forces will coordinate large scale transportation of said refugees to the PRA. This will both avoid further bloodshed, and allow the government of Gran Chile a suitable exit from the negative attention it finds itself shrouded in.

Upon arrival in the PRA, refugees will be placed in transitional lodgings until they are processed, with basic sustenance and emergency medical services provided. Refugee processing will include comprehensive medical/psychological evaluations, with treatment prescribed as needed by physicians, background checks, assignment of a refugee identification number, and standard immigration procedures. This will include linguistic classes for those who require them, political socialization classes, to acclimate the new arrivals to the political system of the Republic, followed by a 3 month period of assignment to public works projects, such as housing development, sanitation, etc as the need arises. At this point refugees will be permitted to begin the path of applying for Aetherian citizenship, remain as a non-citizen resident alien, or make travel arrangements elsewhere.

It is my personal belief, as a minister of the Republic, that the Gran Chilean government would be wise to accept a way out of this situation when offered.

All Chilean prisoners in Ardoki were rounded up from the camps at midnight, they were taken to trucks to nearby fields.
They were dumped in big, deep holes dug out of the earth, about 20 cubic metres in size.
Petrol was then poured into the holes from oil tankers, a match was set, and dropped.

All 5 million Chileans within Ardoki were dead within 7 hours, this was almost as bad as the Sesame Street incident.

Aleksandro grinned and said "This is fun, I was a bit bored and genocide is usually fun"
"Yes comrade, the other nations do not agree unfortunately" Dasha replied
"It's a pity, don't do anything to warrant an invasion, not that a forign invasion will prove fruitful for the enemy." Aleksandro answered
"The military is on high alert, the Interior Guard also, they will not attack the motherland, not ever! Dasha said as they got up to leave the room

Aleksandro picked up the book on his desk he had been reading and continued it.

Rojaz commander of the 31st battalion infamous for their war-crimes. The large SCUD launcher drove to the nearest town Blackumaz, created for the impure. A cargo plane was flying above the wasteland in it were 15 000 members of an underground communist group. The crew of the plane were wearing gas masks while the communists weren't. The guards awoke from their sleep. They readied their "Patria" assault rifles and handed the communists parachutes. One guard hit the open button of the cargo bay door. "Jump" yelled one guard. All 15 000 people jumped out of the cargo plane into the wasteland below
