Kalosia is the new overseer of the WHF
After reviewing some applications and starting dialogue with the candidates and a few personal advisers, I decided to choose Kalosia as the new overseer for the World Hit Festival. I believe (and in fact, assure you), that he will lead the WHF into a new and better era, where all the talent of you guys as songwriters will be properly showcased. I knew I had to get a replacement, and I'm sorry I lasted this long into determining it; but I'm sure you'll see a very great and good change coming. I want to thank you all for your infinite patience and comprehension whilst it was my duty.

Euskirribakondara will not host WHF14
Unfortunately, my previous calculations of 'free time' were all wrong, and now I struggle to keep up with my college and home responsibilities. So I have to announce too, that I won't be able to host or even participate in the 14th edition of the World Hit Festival. I leave to the discretion of Kalosia, who will be in charge of hosting the contest. I really hope you all have fun, which is the main purpose behind the whole thing. I really had a great time writing entries and devising performances; but as I said, I cannot keep up with the rhythm anymore. I have a new life practically devoted to Engineering, and I just have to choose what I can and will do, and what I cannot and won't. Sadly, NS is part of those things I'm leaving behind. I hope you remember me for my Euskal entries.... Full of culture, fun, and always with a background story. I hope "The Call" raised a bit of awareness about nature; and I hope my constant effort to showcase languages and culture serves as an excuse for you guys to value your own culture and languages (and I don't mean your IC traditions, I also mean your RL culture and language(s)).... The world would be a boring place without diversity. I might come back in the summer with a song or two, but for now it's a goodbye....

I felt this was going to happen (the position handover taking place mid-contest rather than before the next one) but didn't anticipate the declination of Euski to host.

As your new overseer, my first move would be finding a new suitable host, which will be determined using the results of the last contest. Stay tuned.
