I, personally, am a trombone player who plays other brass instruments as well as a little bit of keyboard synth. I love playing classical, jazz, and electronic music with those instruments.

If in exact order, I can't really do that, too many too good songs

Seeing my favorite artist of all time (John Darnielle) rock out and sing with them like he's their biggest fan gives me a feeling of glee that nothing else does. Their earlier stuff is far superior, but this video's a TV performance gem.

Don't like either. Can't get into the vocal style.

Reaming through old-ass bookmarks. A lot of it's shit, but there are gold nuggets here and there. Cream tends to rise to the top, though.
Anyone know a band that mixes harder alternative rock with progressive rock, and YES I KNOW TOOL
pls

I think one problem with me "Going through" Tangerine Dream, as I mentioned, is that they have a shitton of albums...
So thanks for the suggestion. I'll find that album and give it a listen...
Their work on the Grand Theft Auto V soundtrack is pretty good, as well. Along with all the others involved, including the guys behind one of my favorite soundtracks (Red Dead Redemption Soundtrack)
Edit: Tangerine Dream has released over one hundred albums
Holy shit.
