As the industrial program set in motion by the government continues to see new factories raised in Imperial Poland and new resource mines and other producers are found and exploited the imperial government begins talks with Czechoslovakia regarding admission into the Empire.

Ragnarum today held one of the largest military parades and hence show of power in recorded history, most bits of Ragnaran technology and equipment were shown off (apart from the obvious bits); impressing millions of people as it was recorded and shown live. Some recordings where in full colour.

Meanwhile, the Kannapian invasion of Chad is complete. The citizenry of the nation is granted full rights of Kannapian citizens, and this makes them happy to become part of the empire. Chad becomes the 14th nation to join the Kannapian Empire.

Kannap launches a quick new campaign to bring many more African nations into the Empire. The citizens of these nations will be made full citizens of the Kannapian Empire. They will have representation in the Kannapian parliament.

The campaign consists of many large invasions, becoming the largest single invasion in Kannapian history.

Mali Campaign - 30,000 Kannapian troops will rush over the border from Mauritania into Mali. They will be accompanied by 1,500 tanks and they will be given air cover by 400 fighters and 100 bombers.

Senegal Invasion Campaign - 15,000 Kannapian troops and 2,500 Mauritanian militiamen will storm into Senegal to quickly secure the country. They will be joined by 500 tanks.

Gambia Secondary Invasion Campaign - Upon securing Senegal, 5,000 Kannapian troops will quickly secure Gambia. They will be assisted by 150 tanks.

Twin Invasions of Niger Campaign - For this part of the large scale invasion, 20,000 troops from Libya and 20,000 troops from Algeria will both invade Niger from their respectful lands. They will quickly secure the nation and join it into the Empire. They will be assisted by 200 tanks and 201 tanks from Algeria and Libya, respectively.

Central African Republic Campaign - 35,000 Kannapian and 10,000 Sudanese troops will invade the Central African Republic, launching across the border from Chad. This invasion force will be joined by 3,000 tanks and 200 bombers. The air force has also put forth 325 fighters to protect the bombers.

Eritrea-Ethiopia Campaign - 10,000 Kannapian troops and 12,000 Sudanese troops are to enter Eritrea and quickly take the nation without the support of tanks or the air force. Meanwhile, 50,000 Kannapian troops will take Ethiopia with the assistance of 4,500 tanks. They will then assist in the taking of Eritrea if reinforcements need be required there.

Djibouti Campaign - After Eritrea and Ethiopia are secured, the forces in both nations will send smaller detachments to take Djibouti quickly. This invasion force will consist of 7,000 Kannapian troops from Ethiopia and 6,000 kannapian troops from Eritrea.

This is the large scale invasion plan made by Kannap. The invasions should be complete in less than a year, as projected by the government. However, the army believes they'll take a little longer, though they will try to get this complete as soon as possible. Kannap is hoping for her allies to stick behind her and support her with any materials or resources they can spare to sell to Kannap.

All nations taken in this campaign will be given full citizenship of any other citizens already in the Empire.

Seeing as the New Koln incident never actually amounted to much, the Aqmul GOVERNEMNT has decided, in recent light of incidents involving Kannap, to invade the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the event that the invasion is successful, a three-pronged attack on Angola, Gabon, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea, and Cameroon will begin, in order to secure the standing of the Aqmul empire with the world.

Meanwhile, our economy has mostly recovered from the devastation of the war. We know are focussing once more on growing our economy. We are currently bound by our agreement, but we are nonetheless seeking new markets for our goods, and new sources for our stuff. We begin by turning our eyes on the resources in central Africa. So as not to conflict with either Aqmuland or Kannap, we currently focussing on Zaire as a protectorate of sorts. Since the region was horribly devastated by Belgian rule, any sort of democracy would be immediately unstable, so we're leaving the current regime be. However, we have entered into an economic trade deal where we get to create our mining operations there, provided the government gets a small (1%) tax on exports.

That is it, I think. We pulled out of the Demorcratic Republic of the Congo, or Congo-Kinshasa, in order to prevent aggravating Uieurnthlaal. However, we do go to Angola, in order to completely secure our control of much of the central band of Africa, as there are many mineral deposits and resources in this part of the world.
