It appears that the extreme left has factionalized even further.

There are now five communist parties in Aurentina.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

Updated map of the city of Leishaagen. I added the Bay and named some more streets. Thought I should post it here since my thread got pruned. This might be the last update I get to in a while, but I hope you like it.

If anything has ever stood out to me as a reason why internet communism is fucked, this is it. What the hell happened? When I was here previously, the Communists were a respectable party with a ton of active members and it was the same with the USLP. Meanwhile fascism is actually pretty big. Its like if the Golden Dawn won in Greece

There are no active member of the party now. Some come and vote in elections but they don't take an active part.

If you are a Marxist-Leninist why do you have a pic of Trotsky?

A Trotskyist is by definition a Marxist Leninist, so are Stalinists and Maoists in that any of them would tell you they were following Lenins true intentions

As for the citation of communism thing, im not sure why you are all circle jerking on Marxism, Marx was a giant of economics and sociology and even if he was wrong about some thing, his school of though is and always will be relevant

If you mean the street names, I just gave them names so they'd have names. Anyone is welcome to suggest a rename.

If you mean the layout, we had this discussion months ago.

Yeah... I realized that after I drew it. I don't really know what to do about that now. The idea at the time was to make it easier for people to reference places on the map for IC roleplay as well as to put their buildings on the map. I didn't read about European house numbering schemes until after that. I see that British streets are short, unlike their much longer American counterparts, and houses are numbered counterclockwise starting from 1 rather than the even/odd scheme used in the USA.

I don't want to Americanize everything, but at the same time I don't want to start all over again and draw more European-style streets, because I don't really have time and already invested a lot of time into this. Because of this, I'm attempting to make the rest of the city (everywhere other than the downtown area) look more European and older, and have shorter streets where we can use the British numbering scheme rather than the N/S/E/W American scheme.
