Frankly, in the railroad world, taggers are regarded as vermin, posing a safety threat to themselves (no one would mourn if they were hit by trains, but the investigations and delays while the blood and guts are wiped off the tracks cost money) and others. Since eternal vigilance is required even of a founder, there seems no point in creating a special-interest region for casual nations. Thanks for spoiling things for the rest of us, and spare me your taunts about gaining more influence in NS... you might get what you asked for, and it will bite back.
