It isn't and self-identified "socialist states" in the past have been prone to occassionally use religion to advance its causes, such as with Stalin abolishing the Society of Militant Godless and restoring relations with the Russian Orthodox Church in an attempt to provide a boost in nationalism to better support his policy of "socialism in one country"

I had the lesbians at the Ministry of Dryness.
Was what I was going for there.
I fucked it up.

Socialism and religion aren't linked though. Christian socialists as a point of matter.
It is, though I was simply challenging the statements about "socialist states'Nervium wrote:Threlizdun wrote:It isn't and self-identified "socialist states" in the past have been prone to occassionally use religion to advance its causes, such as with Stalin abolishing the Society of Militant Godless and restoring relations with the Russian Orthodox Church in an attempt to provide a boost in nationalism to better support his policy of "socialism in one country"
