What's the point of this exactly? And are you going to render all the current established emergency services null and void? What about Civil Defence?

So, you're creating a band of volunteers, presumably? Why not have them as party of the Civil Defence Agency as that is primarily where they would be employed.

EDIT: It should all be modified now to show that it's a branch of the Civil Defence Agency.

I'm unfamiliar with how ministry and cabinet works, does the PM have a different cabinet than the PM, if not could you elaborate? Also, how could the Presidential election, affect my current Cabinet position?

I'm interested in Interior, Deputy-Prime Minister, and Justice. Especially justice, as I served a rather successful two terms in the past, seeing an overall lowering of crime in the nation.
