The stout but wide gentleman nodded his head, "I would say, Secretary Kong." He says while adjusting his sunglasses.

He had just arrived at the colonies along with Mr. Wright a couple days ago, wanting to study under the up and coming Praetor. He hadn't expected to be sent on a foreign relations mission any time soon, but here he was, about to mingle with foreign dignitaries from across the continent.

A loyal man to the Grand Empress, fighting for her in the grand Western Campaign from several decades ago, aiding her in the overthrow of the previous Grand Imperial, acting as a heavy handed Viceroy for the Imperial Court. He has mellowed in his old age as he has become more religious to atone for his blood stained life. But he is still a strict man."

She smiles as they enter the light again, she shields her eyes, "Tis' why you made a good impression on him today. This will settle with him well when he becomes a little more of his normal self. He will remain a man of his word and look onto you favorably. Luck was on your side tpday. Maybe the Dragon Empress helped you today." She looks out to see the giant white statue of Dragon Empress Sheng Tai standing in the bay that can be seen from the hilltop.

Aaron left his room to try and look for the Xībān diplomat. After a whole looking around he aw him admiring the building and walked up to him. He bowed to him as was the Sheng custom and said, "Greetings sir, my name is Aaron Donnelly, I'm the Flazian diplomat."

It is a great pleasure to meet you, sir. I am the Ministerial Secretary of the Imperial Colony of Xiban and Gelu. Kong Rong of Shenyang Province." He stands straight with a smile. He gestures to the man next to him, "This is my bodyguard and attendant, Wei Zhao." Wei Zhao bows without a word.

The Soldiers Inc. had landed in Volveken Territory, as well as Alahanian Territory, the Kingdom of the Pac, as well as a small contingent inside the New Turian Hierarchy. Aiden was stationed in Volveken Territory. He was sitting in the woods, beside him was another Panther 2A1 they had stolen. The Soldiers Inc. had been expanding, not wanting their land, European Land, to be defiled by the other worlders.

"Personally, I wish she valued people of compassion, but she has the Crown Prince for that. He is compassionate. Dreamy really with how loving he is of the people. Also the most loyal man in the Empire to the Grand Empress, some say that this is a fault, but I see it as endearing." She speaks fondly.

She perked up though, after looking at the majesty of the Dragon Empress' statue. "Well, on our way to the Port Authority, we can pass through the colony's botanical garden and... oh there is a large festival being held near the harbor. We took the long way to avoid it. That would be a fun time to have!" She beamed with a bright smile.

The soldiers continuously advance deeper into mainland Europe along with science teams who are trying to discover more about the missing civilisation, hoping to find the people.

"But yes by all means let us also discuss some projects for our two colonies to work together on for mutual gains and prosperity. The Viceroy would very much so be interested to see that we have a good and beneficial relationship."
