Arkotania wrote:Nationalist Eminral Republic wrote:Carl Johnston: Other religions have faction. Christianity have Catholicism and Protestant, Islam have Sunni and Shiites, and Judaism have to. Does your religion have this kind of factions too and how did they form if there are any?
"One might say in the simplest sense that the Arkos is one. One God-Emperor, and only one way of dedication. However, on a more complex level there exists a form of 'factions'. In fact we have a military organization system with groups known as Factions. They're best described as various militant holy orders. All worship the God-Emperor, but each Faction is unique in it's own form. They form the fist of the Imperium. While a standard army exists, they often serve in a localized system and more often then not are tasked with the protection of planetary systems. The Factions on the other hand continue to expand the Imperium, spreading the teachings of the God-Emperor to heretics and crushing any threats to the Imperium beyond it's borders."
"And as for sects, they would not necessarily exist. However, there are groups dedicated to one specific prophet rather than purely the God-Emperor. This does not mean they worship the prophet instead of God-Emperor, but these are men and women who have chosen to progress their level of dedication and worship the God-Emperor through following the practices of one specific prophet. Thus it can be said that 5 sects exist, out the standard worship of the God-Emperor. These sects are simply paths that the faithful take to get closer to their God-Emperor."
Sacheyenya wrote:"i feel as though the best course of action to strengthen any diplomatic bond is through trade. A weapons trade, in this case. Other ways I believe we could strengthen our military bond is through joint training operations, the construction of military bases in each others territory, etc. I'll allow Eminrallian bases in my nation gladly, for future reference."
Anarchist States Of America wrote:Natasha Freeman: Sort of, frankly speaking. I apologize to that. So what events led to this talks of possible merger between the Democratic and Libertarian Party?
President Joseph Stenger: Basically, because we are 2 Right Wing parties, and we believe that the Right Wing in the country will become stronger if we have a combination.

President Joseph Stenger: No, not yet it is something we would worry about when we combine. Honestly, none of our parties really have any platforms. The candidates just run on what they believe in.
Asigna wrote:Felipe Gonzales: That's a good point you raised there Punong. Uhmm now I would like to focus this interview with Asigna-Eminral relations. How do your government view Eminral? And how do your citizens view Eminral and Eminrallians? Are there any stereotypes about us, negative or otherwise?
Terten: I myself, wants our foreign policy to be a good and nonabrasive one, if it weren't for the existence of our political enemies. I myself have to be honest that i want my nation to be like yours, dominative, high, and have a formidable sphere of diplomatic influence around Asia. It is good that we, the Asigna Filipinos, learn from you, e must know how you managed to become a nation that is quite setting an example for us. Development as good and as consistent as yours is something we want to achieve.

"To be honest, I didn't know your nation existed until three days ago! Apologies!
"From what I've read, though, Eminral seems like a decent enough place. Good quality of life, responsive to the peoples' concerns... a bit more militaristic than I'd like, but with a violence-laden history like your own I guess that's justifiable."
Sacheyenya wrote:"That sounds like a most excellent plan, comrade." Tal'eu smiled, taking a large drink of wine. "I actually already had two platoons picked out in the event you allowed us a joint base. Eminerastrictus 45, the first of which, is made up of Eminrallian immigrants that signed up for the military, and the second group, Commado L Sn'crasti, who are led by an Eminrallian general. I must request though, what is the approximate location of these bases?"

Anarchist States Of America wrote:Natasha Freeman: If this merger did push through, what changes do you expect will happen, in terms of political landscape?
President Joseph Stenger: Honestly, we just had an opinion poll, so now the merger is looking kind of unlikely, but it can still happen. If it does, my guess is, is that The Communists and Syndicalists and Syndicalists will probably want to combine as well. All I can say, is that if we and the Libertarians combine, there will be a lot more alliances in the Senate and whatnot.

President Joseph Stenger: No, not at all. If we combine, and the Commies and Syndicalists combine, it leaves 2 parties uncombined. The Republicans, who are centrist, and The Fascists, who to us are Moderate Left wing. And trust me, those two hate each other. So there should be no two party state.
Arkotania wrote:"The religion itself literally forms the back-bone of our government. Our national leader, and his prophet advisors, are not just the heads of Government and State, but also the leadership of the Arkos. As a Pope is to the heretical Christianity, The God-Emperor is our Pope, though being a God himself in existence in our physical realm means that there is no need for an intermediary as our God is already with us and already leading us. We are the purest definition of a theocracy, as our God truly does lead our nation."

"It is not surprising our religion has been heard of so little. Our location in the universe has meant that our nation must embark upon a Crusade in order to spread word of the truth. The God-Emperor has finished his duties in turning us into his most loyal and dedicated servants. It is now our turn to spread the very teachings he spread to us, to enlighten all others as we were enlightened ourselves. We would not call it "our" religion, for is the religion of the universe. There can only be one God, and that must be enforced even if it means death to the false gods worshiped by all others. In fact, this interview was intended to be the initial stage of introducing the great truth to the universe, for we give everyone a single chance to peacefully submit, before we are made to use our might to demonstrate the will of our God-Emperor."

However, for us, our biggest challenge really are two nations; Aurora Confederacy and Van Luxemburg. Both fine nations to visit, but a tough proposition to market to. Having said that, I must visit Esch-sur-Alzette again; good holiday destination. But nations like the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Slovenia have proven remarkably successful for us."
