Preamble:
This document is to establish the values of our organization and to Promote human rights.
Section 1-Enforcement
While it is encouraged that these laws are complied with, it is not mandatory unless if the nation is in a high level government position, then the nation in power must comply with the basic rights charter, however the secondary rights is not required and merely encouraged.
However these laws will be encouraged to be followed in all member states.
Section 2-The Basic rights
A. The Freedom of speech shall not be restricted in member states except when what is said is not true, or is vulgar.
B. Right To association shall not be infringed on peaceful groups
C. The Right to peacefully assemble shall not be infringed
Section 3- Secondary rights
A. The Right to bear arms shall not be infringed
B. All People have the right to petition
C. The People Are entitled to Free and Fair Elections.
