I'm getting pretty tired too. I'll just add one more post (hopefully better quality), and then go to bed. Anyway, I will look for ways to improve my writing.

They're not releasing actual radioactive particles, they project gamma rays

Three quick problems with this:
(1) Gamma rays will pass through thin layers of most material, so they'll still affect pilots regardless of how airtight the plane is.
(2) By the same logic, they will radiate out in all directions and affect all soldiers and ground troops within visual range of the bomb.
(3) I'm not sure how you could create Gamma radiation separately from Alpha and Beta particles, but I believe that the gamma rays will produce radioactive particles themselves by energizing atoms in the air.
I could go on in more detail after finding a more detailed source about radiation and its effects, but in general "controlled-radiation bombs" will often get you a reputation as a n00b.

At this distance, there's no reasonable way to tell if the enemy aircraft are suicide planes or not. It makes for a better RP if you let them get close then respond in shock as they ram, instead of miraculously guessing the entire enemy strategy from the very start.
@Releign: I do hope those suicide aircraft are going to be used in ground attack, not air-to-air combat. I believe a 200-kg bomb has a roughly 100-meter kill radius, while most modern air combat rarely involves distances under 200 meters. Against rapidly maneuvering, oncoming supersonic fighters it would take superhuman precision to get the plane close enough to ensure a kill. However, if the target is a slow-moving bomber or a warship with very little AA, the chances of a direct collision are very good.
