For the RP, are all games including group play being played in the two host countries? Or will group play be played in the countries playing the game?

With 53 signups not including the three provisionals, we've decided we'll be aiming for 60 teams overall. We believe that setting a 72 hour deadline from the time of this post will accomplish that, so if the thread title could be edited to reflect this decision, that would be appreciated.

Disclaimer 1: we may pass 60 teams before that deadline, and if that is the case, all signups past 60 will be put on a wait list, which Saintland and I will then review after the deadline and determine how many teams we'll take off the list. If there is a feasible number obtainable from the wait list, or one obtainable with only a couple changes, we will likely go with that. Wait listed teams have priority over provisional signups.

Disclaimer 2: If we do not reach 60 signups but have 57-59, we will take the appropriate number of teams off the provisional list.

Consider this an official Last Chance warning for anybody that still wishes to sign up. There are currently 58 signups, not 59, since the list OP includes Qazox twice.

Signups will be cutoff when:

A) 2 more nations sign up
B) Maklohi cuts them off (likely within the next few hours)

And with that, sign ups are cut off and closed. I will have to check my numbers to confirm the participants, but no new teams will be needed. I will have a confirmation of this, as well as pots, when I get access to a computer in 4+ hours.
