Laws have been enacted to bring the Kingdom of Muratonia into compliance with the World Assembly resolution "Humanitarian Aid Coordination".

Yeah, it means some WA resolution passed, and when your nation is in the WA you then get a TG like that and your nation's political position shifts a bit to follow said resolution.

This is really just to tell you that the resolution's been passed, in case you didn't already know & might find it interesting. Every member of the WA gets a message along these lines every time that a resolution passes.
Each & every WA resolution that's passed by the 'General Assembly' [rather than by the 'Security Council'] while you're a member will have some effect on one or more your nation's stats, automatically, and so it is officially assumed by the game's management that nations complying with these resolutions' terms -- to the letter, although not necessarily to the spirit as well if you can find a reasonable loophole in the wording -- is also automatic. The 'Compliance Commission' (which some people consider to be staffed by The WA Gnomes...) is therefore assumed to have checked that your nation has incorporated the resolution into your own law-code...
