The Imperium Reich, a nation based around the entire Arctic, using both the land as a geographical defense of the national capital to defend the major population area while also using the areas to gain a large amount of various resources, most of which are exported in huge trade programs and anything needed sent to the capital in inland-district trade.
Foreign trade is always welcome in the entire Imperium Reich and, as a result, in order to increase trade relations, certain pieces of it's once-isolated lands, recently opening to foreign national trade and travel, are now allowing embassy building. However, in order to build an embassy in the nation, the following rules must be followed:
- Embassy buildings, being recognized as international land area, receive diplomatic immunity to all laws of the Imperium Reich and, if on the grounds of the embassy, an ambassador may not be taken into custody without permission of the outside nation but, in another note, if on Imperium land when committing a crime, the ambassador may be arrested by authorities.
- The embassy is to be created on the plot of land designated to a foreign nation and, as a result, building of the embassy building is completely up to foreign workforce, while the Imperium workforce may be hired to follow specified instructions of it's building. Interior design is also up to the foreign nation on what it may look like. Any other thing created other than the embassy building or interior design should be put in the special request area.
- If a nation is denied the right to create an embassy, it is for a certain reason which, if not explained in the Imperium response, should be questioned via telegram.
- While the embassy program is meant to increase diplomatic ties, if a nation with an embassy within the Reich threatens the Reich or any allies, the embassy building may be shut down and removed from the program under the clause of defending an ally. While, furthermore, all allies are encourages to set up an embassy in the nation, any national embassy within the Reich, unless said otherwise by Reich authority, is neutral in the sense diplomatic ties are simply attempting to be strengthened between the nations.
- Do not make the security force overwhelmingly high in the sense that they may threaten the nation. The force should either be large enough to defend the embassy effectively or small enough to be a personal guard, or in the middle of this, but not in overwhelming military numbers. Diplomatic numbers should be reasonable if they hold weapons but, if not, can be risen by up to (perhaps) 30 or so, while any service staff may be in similar numbers. However, vehicles provided are limited to the amount of numbers and specific types should be given.
Information on Embassy-Open Cities
Kalte Höhe
(Image can't be given)
Position of Power: Most defended city in the entire Imperium Reich, as well as having the largest population, with it and it's surrounding settlements holding 60% of the entire population, and is a major trade-importation area from the other Settlement Districts of the Imperium Reich, thus making it full of direct economic trade. It is also capital of the Imperium Reich as well as a large underground mountain city, going downward miles underground, with only two ways inside it: 1 water-way entrance and 1 aircraft entrance, only opening to designated aircrafts that may enter. It's also self-sufficient on fuel due to a large amount of hydroelectricity power, supplying electricity within the city itself and many of it's settlements, as well as fueling their own cars with cheap battery power. Besides this, it has an extremely low amount of unemployment, below 1% due to being a direct workforce power and having the largest welfare regulation. It's also home of the Reichsmark Bank, where the nation's currency is printed and distributed around the nation, making it both the direct defensive and economic power, it's only weakness being foreign trade which is made up due to inner-importation trade, which trades between the major foreign trading powers within the Settlement Districts. It's very name is German for Cold Height.
Festung Frieden
Position of Power: Festung Frieden, the German phrase for Fortress Peace, is a huge trade area and the southern-most city in the entire Imperium Reich, while holding a very small citizen population, it's a direct trading area to foreign nations for both supplies and, furthermore, a huge military defensive area, with little actual citizen work involvement, it's geographic location makes it both a military fortress and an area of huge export trade, thus bringing in profit for the nation from foreign nations in exchange for large amounts of items in which they have. The city, due to it's lowest crime rate and safety, is thus given it's name and is chosen as the diplomatic center city of the Imperium Reich, where the Fuhrer visits commonly, especially during any requested meetings. It's also the location of the Imperium International Court program, with it's court building also, furthermore, being the main meeting base of the Rightist Alliance, headed by the Imperium Reich.
Arsuff
Position of Power: Arsuff, the regional capital of the Eastern Settlements District of the Imperium Reich, is a large workforce city, noticable due to both it's large Russian and Jewish population, as well as the major practice of Russian Orthodox and Judaism as major religions with high taxes, while Islam and other religions are locally not funded by much of the population. After the invasion of North Russia upon request of Russian minorities of the Reich in 1989, gaining much of the land in a direct northern assault, in order to keep the Soviet Union looking powerful against outside nations, it was agreed that the northern strip of land most occupied would be given to the Imperium Reich under secrecy, where the Reich may administer the area under the clause it is recognized as Soviet land. In agreement, they kept the area but, due to lack of control, as well as loss of a major economic area, the Soviet Union was closer to it's crumbling as a nation, which would be years later. Now, in 2013, the Imperium Reich now administers to area directly as recognized lands, annexing it directly from the Russian Federation on the clause that the Soviet Union fell, making the treaty absolutely worthless. Meanwhile, after the invasion, it was agreed that the city of Arsuff would be set up in the Settlement District, where, in correspondent, Jewish minorities of the Reich asked if the city may be a land where they may live in near autonomy in exchange of support, where they'd pay their major religion taxes in the area. Although a small minority, it was felt it'd give a huge economic boost in the entire Imperium Reich, so it was agreed, the city near-autonomous to the Russians and Jewish minorities, with the most population of both groups in the area. It is one of the highest economic workforce areas, while it also stands as a symbol of independence to multiple minority groups, causing the creation of separate cities and towns for minorities later on in the history, these groups simply having the agree under the clause that they're ruled by the higher nation of the Imperium Germanic nation.
