I thought I had posted a letter about accepting it and everything but I guess it slipped my mind. I will post a letter about accepting it and everything but how much is this program gonna cost and everything?

Meh, it's all private university stuff backed by the government, so it shouldn't be much.

I would be willing to end this war if all of Qirim's territory to the east of the Don River is transferred over to me, however that won't extend to the Sassanids or the Japanese(Sassanids because they were detaining and miss treating those of Russian descent and Japan because they have no reason to be in the war).

I specifically stated that this is a response to war, I am more than willing to free all Russians and return their possessions to them in exchange for peace
I thought that you were in the war to conquer the entire Khagnate, which is unacceptable
If my allies are willing to come to peace then I will release all Russians and their property without issue if we have peace

Russia is simply in it for the gain of the Russian people, the Holy Russian Empire wishes to secure its economic and military positions by gaining access to the Black Sea. Plus, holding the Don River means that the Russian people can prevent river raids from privateers or other parties... I'm willing to make peace with you for the release of the Russians you have detained, along with Qirim and the UHS, however I will not forgive Japan for attempting to conquest me and joining your alliance simply to further their imperialistic policies.

However, it seems a bit late for us to resolve this diplomatically...

While I do agree that things have gone too far to be fully solved diplomatically, I am relieved at the more clear intentions of Russia (disadvantageous as they may be)
Expect no problem releasing the Russian citizens and goods that have been detained once we have decided upon peace

How is appeasing your population and regaining lost territory, specifically beachfront (which is more prestigious than other lands) disadvantageous to the Russian people? From an outside observer, Russia will be coming out ahead in any diplomatic meeting to end the war.

Disadvantageous to me and my allies (specifically the Qirim)
Personally my people will view the war as a draw, we lost nothing and we succeeded in our mission, preserving the Qirim Khagnate, although it is likely that the Qirim will lose land
I would prefer that we preserved all lands in the Khagnate though, it is still likely that we can repel the Russians, but I am looking out for my people before my allies

Can I just take a minute to point out how hypocritical this is?

And Russia, you're not in much of a position to talk bad about me, I have armies invading you whereas your main embodiment is in Europe.

You know that you are allowed to treat Spain as NPC, which means you may act for him as long as it is within reason and no one objects.

Indeed. Plus, Spain would probably want the railroad so Algers can have access to the vast resources of West Africa and the Sahara.

Depends on how you did it, if it would be realistic, such as for the sake of building a major international railroad, then yes.

But if you are just aiming for a landgrab, then let's just say it would be difficult.

Well, it appears that myself and Sweden have come to an agreement regarding the former Ionian South American colony, and after further talks, it appears that we will form a strong alliance to send materials down from his colony to my industrialized urban centres in my main homeland, producing materials much faster then they could be by the traditional method of shipping them back to Europe to get to factories. To do this, we will need to build a railroad stretching from the new territory back down to Bellonne(my capital city). To do so we will need to cut through Prussia's holdings of the Pampas Region, so basically we would have to have the first major South American International Railroad.

Now, this leave Soodean with a choice, he can either object to it, which would bring outcry from Sweden, myself, and possibly other European nations, or he can accept it, which will open new markets for the Pampas Region to sell their wares.

Also, here is the map of the proposed divide between me and Sweden, which will take place ICly by matter of popular vote, which I will cover in an IC post that will be approved via telegram by Sweden before it is poster.
Light Blue is me, Medium Blue is Sweden.Image

I will ask again. FPCCOS, you know that the entirety of New Zealand is under the sovereignty of the United Federation of Dvipantaran States, right. If you truly wish to form a colony there, it would be seen as an act of undermining the sovereignty of the Federation.

Also, got my wi-fi fixed, sorry for not posting in the IC for a while. The Socialist International will be founded soon.

If I have a bit of Home problems, which would 'force' me to pull some of my troops out of the Khaganate I could always use that to try and broker peace between the two of us and then widen that truce agreement to include the whole of the alliance. Thoughts? Suggestions?

We can help you with EVERYTHING.

Musoma is a mostly industrialised power, who in some respects is far more advanced than Europe. Our cities have had running water and sewage systems for centuries, the concept coming from Al Andalus. We managed to attract dozens of scientists, such as Ibn Haytham, who is credited with formulating the scientific process.
