3. The Judicial Branch will be composed of a Supreme Court and as many other courts as specified by the Legislature. Each court shall have judges who must be nominated by the Chief Executive but approved of by the Legislature.

4. The Legislative Branch shall make and pass all legislation. Any legislation that passes must have the Chief Executive's signature to become a law. If not, it is vetoed by the Chief Executive and does not become law, unless 70% of the population support the law. The Supreme Court has the power to suggest to knock out any law as unconstitutional.

5. This process shall be the same for states as well. Each state shall have a governor that must be elected by popular vote for a specified number of years in each term (the term cannot exceed 6 years) and the legislature must also be elected by popular vote but does not have to be in the exact same layout as the Federal legislature.

8: ALL fighting in the Derman Iles ceases.
