He'll walk into a base without the AI even knowing it. When he's done, several barracks have been burnt down. The enemy builders have been assassinated. The enemy's income has been cut up by the hero due to smuggling resources out. When they finally discover him, I send him running while he bribes a good chunk of the enemy's army to turn turncoat.
Broken as hell.
What are you, Zeus' son? You find all that out by yourself or did you look some of it up?
You select powers from a tree while completely personalizing the hero. It's hard as hell to get him to the maximum level in a skirmish, but he gets damn stompy in War of the Ring Mode (essentially a Risk-style setup with Real Time battles). Sure the Fellbeasts are really OP (they can fly over to the enemy base before they've got units or well, anything, and wipe out the enemy in War Of the Ring Mode. But when they've already got a garrison up, yeah, Alpharius is broken.
