They could just put the baby up for adoption. Seriously it is a win win.

Can you point me to a baby that can
Get a job
Take care of itself
Buy a house
Do taxes
Etc.
If not, then the baby is dependent on the parents for X years, and dosent have the chance like the poor and depressed do.

People don't abort for nothing. Abortion is traumatic, so they obviously have their own reasons for going ahead with it anyway in light of what they have to face if they bring it to term. Think, man.

What do you do? Remember, you are poor and you do not have the financial means to move out of the country.
Government agencies like that already exist for the poor![]()
I'm not going to do a hypothetical sorry.

Fetus=/=Human
It has potential, but what makes a human human isn't shown to be in a fetus.
Organs, of course, are.
The fetus, however, isn't:
Sentient
Or Sapient.
Among a few other things, this is what makes humans, well human.
I just don't think it is fair for someone to have the power to kill someone that can't defend itself.

Abortion...traumatic? When the number of repeat abortions has been increasing, yeah freakin right. Must be so horrifying if they're getting knocked up and comin' back for more!!! WOOT, Death Factory...erm, I mean "Planned Parenthood" must be drowning in wads of cash, not to mention their good pal Obama shoveling them billions of dollars for more abortions.

Adoption is not even close to an alternative to abortion. Mathematically, the difference is: Adoption - Abortion = The remaining months of pregnancy to go through, together with all the suffering and permanent physiological and hormonal and emotional changes, heightened risk of injury or future infertility or death, and the whole arduous process of giving birth itself.
I'm not a woman, so I don't know enough and I must have still missed out some things in there.

Well... economically... large socioeconomic forces that are insurmountable in a generation barring, say, victory in the lottery can be blamed. Individuals cannot. Maintaining economic status cannot be deemed "failure". I know where you're going with this.

its irrelevant to the topic. we'll move on now
if you believe that individuals are to blame, you're much more likely not to be in favor of abortion. If you don't then the reverse is more likely to be true. It's a basic philosophical thing. We have "true" and "false". You have chosen "false".Advertisement
