Oh I know, but don't we have to do 10 seconds with a motion to start voting or has that been overruled? I'm probably wrong...

It's a bit of a pickle, isn't it? The Constitution didn't explicitly remove that; however, it does directly contradict it.
Well then, unless there is an admin on, we can decide it for ourselves right now through precedent establishment.
So, should we get rid of the 10 seconds or keep it? I think we should start voting now

I don't know...I'd rather be safe than sorry, but I am eager to start voting...

The Second Constitution appears to suggest that debate should end automatically after 24 hours. This contrasts with the 10 motions to end voting we have used.
That 10 motion procedure was part of the first constitution if I'm not mistaken, therefore the 24 hour procedure should be the one in effect. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Repeal of the First Amendment to the Limiting Legislation Act
Urgency: High
Authors: Kamchastkia (USLP)
Sponsors: Byzantium Imperial (NIFP), CTALNH (USLP), Regnum Dominae (LFP), Mishmahig (IND), Eliasonia (NIFP), New Zepuha (IND), Kalmath (PCP), Liberated Counties, The Zeonic States (NIFP)
Noting that the First Amendment to the Limiting Legislation Act opens a gateway to the violation of the human right to bear arms,
Appalled that inside the First Amendment to the Limiting Legislation Act it makes foreign influence and internal policies of foreign nations relevant to the unique conditions of our own,
Believing that the owning of firearms is a right of the people that shall not be taken away by the state,
Hereby repeals the First Amendment to the Limiting Legislation Act.

No i believe your correct.
In that case voting has begun, with only the edit to the small buisness act surviving
(was the fire act moved up?)
