Don't worry, even a nigh-unstoppable superfast tiger of doom can't evade every missile hitting him. He'll only have enough time to do mild damage before being driven away.

hey, I had a idea of having a warrior-psychic race, but using the same premise of how the Orks use their collective numbers to do psychic abilities, I want to be in to border Toshima if he/she will allow it.

Actually, I was thinking of being a primitive/ tribal species that the people getting wiped out from the Empire of Toshima found and did what the Salarians did to the Krogans in Mass Effect, which was basically advance the Krogan race to being spacefaring in order for the Salarians to win a war, I forgot which one, but I was going to use my NS population for the race so it seems that they are still trying to advance in their races history.

Still, it has to be far away enough that the Imperial Navy would have gotten bored of chasing the survivors out of Imperial Space.

Just to be discovered sooner or later in a sort of realistic sense, and I liked to get swiped in the giant genocide war you have.

Goddamnit we're not even trying to spread our genocidal ways across the whole damned galaxy.

A thorough explanation of the Genocide should be in order, to clear up doubts. The Toishiman people are just pure isolationists, somewhat like 1800s Japan but worse. We don't expand at all at this point, and we just sit in our little corner of the galaxy, quietly killing the three major sentient alien species that were unfortunate enough to have been situated within Imperial Space. This is because of our isolationism, where we are afraid of anything that doesn't look like a human (and are suspicious of humans who don't speak Japanese, Chinese or Korean).

There are three species I invented to kill, the Xylox, which are cyborgs akin to Daleks but more like Super Battle Droids in appearance, Greenskins, which are humanoids which generally look like Voldemort and are green, as well as an undefined third race that can be used as Ralnis' progenitor race. These races are basically NPC races and exist in the background only. For over 300 years, the Empire has been fighting these three races within Imperial Space and enforcing the space border to ensure new aliens do not arrive. The "genocide" is basically this. There is no great crusade to purge the galaxy of alien life, since we have not met any and don't intend to either.

Also, if you have not met my civilisation in the RP, and I mean really gone into it and experienced what some life there is like and how aliens are even lower than cattle and are killed on sight etc., you should not know about the genocidal wars, which are still going on. I'm only announcing all of this in this OOC thread to explain why Ralnis can't put his new species so close to Imperial Space.
