Backstory of your tribe: The Phoenixes formed from a union of two tribes that had been beaten steadily east, much like the Khans- the Jackals and Vipers. After the breaking of the Legion, these two loosely organised tribes banded together under a new banner- the Phoenixes and combined the two tribes cultures together. As they fled before the advance of the NCR into the Mojave, the Phoenixes slowly made their way through the crumbling Legion, continuing their raiding habits for many years before they came across the city of Phoenix. The tribe believed this city was named for them, and immediately began to settle the ruins.

The city had survived the Great War in decent condition, but having almost no industry located in it placed the Phoenixes at a major disadvantage, until the two AFBs were broken open. These two airbases, both in very good condition, provided the Phoenixes with their main weapons- around 20 intact nuclear-powered Pre-war fighter/bombers. Using simulators contained within the two bases, the Phoenixes soon learned to fly these planes and used them to pacify the southern parts of the city. Now the Phoenixes are biding their time, growing stronger and waiting for the right time to strike.
What is your tribe's goal: Hold Phoenix and grow large enough to destroy the NCR utterly.

You can get Phoenix but not the surrounding area, also your aircraft numbers are too high, edit it and post when you have.

I'm going to be adding something to the App part of the OP, you guys don't have to repost your apps, just tell me if you want it and what, the thing is a Special Weapon for each tribe, you get unlimited ammo, and guns of what it is, but mods for it will cost twice as much, you may not make an ammo weapon, mine and grenades, your primary weapon, if its an unmoddable weapon, you must, RP with an extra challenge to your Tribe, no two tribes may have the same weapon, and we need to figure out where Big MT, the divide, and the sierra madre casino was as tribes near those, will get the option of having weapons there used as their special weapons, and tribes near Utah, can have Honest Hearts Weapons, again this is optional, but if you decide to have it post what it is here, and add in on this thread how your tribe got it, and you must use the limitations I've posted, I'm choosing the 25mm Grenade APW, my tribe got it after years of dealing with the gun runners, they gradually gained their trust and are now after the move of their HQ to Tuscon, able to make them.

Judging by the all caps, I'm assuming you're trying to make a point with that, I'm not getting what you're going after.

The Madre is in the middle of nowhere, the Big MT and Divide are on the other side of the Mojave.

More specifically, the Big MT is near to I-15 and the Divide is the Mesquite Wilderness Area, so they arent relevant.

The Madre is in the middle of nowhere, and no one living except Dog and Dean know where it is.
